针对装备HMCVT拖拉机液压调速系统响应迟滞及负载扰动引起的转速波动现象,导致换段时液压调速系统未达到预定的排量比,引起模式切换过程平顺性变差的问题,提出一种模式切换分层协调控制的策略。建立模糊PID控制器对液压调速系统进行控制... 针对装备HMCVT拖拉机液压调速系统响应迟滞及负载扰动引起的转速波动现象,导致换段时液压调速系统未达到预定的排量比,引起模式切换过程平顺性变差的问题,提出一种模式切换分层协调控制的策略。建立模糊PID控制器对液压调速系统进行控制,修正模式切换时排量比控制其输出转速;控制液压调速系统转速波动基础上,借助模型参考自适应控制进一步协调液压调速系统和机械传动系统之间的动态匹配,建立HMCVT拖拉机模式切换分层协调控制。最后,通过MATLAB仿真对控制策略进行验证。结果表明:液压机械HM1模式向液压机械HM2模式切换时,与模型参考自适应控制和基于规则控制相比,最大冲击度分别降低了36.3%和63.7%,滑摩功分别减少20%和25%。该策略可使HMCVT模式切换品质得到大幅度提高。 展开更多

Dichloromethane(DCM)dehalogenase stands as a crucial enzyme implicated in the degradation of methylene chloride across diverse environmental and biological contexts.However,the unbinding pathways of ligands from DCM dehalogenase remain unexplored.In order to gain a deeper understanding of the binding sites and dissociation pathways of dichloromethane(DCM)and glutathione(GSH)from the DCM dehalogenase,random accelerated molecular dynamics(RAMD)simulations were performed,in which DCM and GSH were forced to leave the active site.The protein structure was predicted using Alphafold2,and the conformations of GSH and DCM in the binding pocket were predicted by docking.A long equilibrium simulation was conducted to validate the structure of the complex.The results show that GSH is most commonly observed in three main pathways,one of which is more important than the other two.In addition,DCM was observed to escape along a unique pathway.The key residues and protein helices of each pathway were identified.The results can provide a theoretical foundation for the subsequent dissociation mechanism of DCM dehalogenase. 展开更多

三相AC/DC整流器作为许多电力电子设备中不可或缺的电气环节得到了广泛的应用。相比于传统的二极管整流器及相控整流器,VIENNA整流器具有网侧谐波含量低、功率因数高的优点。同时,VIENNA整流器比普通桥式PWM整流器具有更少的功率开关数... 三相AC/DC整流器作为许多电力电子设备中不可或缺的电气环节得到了广泛的应用。相比于传统的二极管整流器及相控整流器,VIENNA整流器具有网侧谐波含量低、功率因数高的优点。同时,VIENNA整流器比普通桥式PWM整流器具有更少的功率开关数量,进一步提高了系统功率密度。在简要介绍VIENNA整流器原理的基础上,结合3 k W系统进行了相应的工程设计,主要包括储能元件设计、滤波环节设计和控制环路设计。此外,针对电网电压畸变带来的输入电流谐波问题,采用了一种结合VIENNA整流器控制环路的指定次谐波优化方法,并针对其中LCL滤波器带来的谐振问题,从工程设计的角度进行了相应的优化。3 k W工程样机的实验结果进一步验证了设计方法以及所采用的优化方法的有效性。 展开更多

为了进一步提高永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)无传感器控制的观测精度,提出了基于反步鲁棒控制与改进跟踪微分器的PMSM无传感器控制方法。首先,建立了PMSM的数学模型。其次,以Sigmoid函数为基础,设计跟踪微分... 为了进一步提高永磁同步电机(permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)无传感器控制的观测精度,提出了基于反步鲁棒控制与改进跟踪微分器的PMSM无传感器控制方法。首先,建立了PMSM的数学模型。其次,以Sigmoid函数为基础,设计跟踪微分器,实现对PMSM转子转速和位置的观测。然后,为了提高系统的抗扰能力,将反步控制和鲁棒控制相结合,对PMSM调速系统设计了反步鲁棒控制器。最后,设计了双曲正切跟踪微分器对外部负载进行实时观测,并将其补偿给控制系统,达到降低负载扰动对电机转速影响的目的。实验结果表明,该观测器对电机转子转速和位置具有良好的观测效果,同时反步鲁棒控制也具有较高的控制精度,对负载有很好的抑制效果。 展开更多

猫科动物运动时表现出极强的减振特性,爪垫作为与地面接触的唯一躯体部分是影响减振效果的关键因素。通过对家猫爪垫的组织学和接地力学试验研究表明,爪垫的减振机理主要体现在:爪垫组织结构呈现的多层特征有助于衰减接地应力;正常行走... 猫科动物运动时表现出极强的减振特性,爪垫作为与地面接触的唯一躯体部分是影响减振效果的关键因素。通过对家猫爪垫的组织学和接地力学试验研究表明,爪垫的减振机理主要体现在:爪垫组织结构呈现的多层特征有助于衰减接地应力;正常行走步态下爪垫力学特性表征出的爪垫-地接触中存在摆动变形的运动特征有利于缓冲储能的发挥。利用家猫爪垫的减振机理对PCR轮胎中间区域胎面的花纹沟壁结构进行仿生设计,采用仿蜂巢六边形凹坑非对称布局的花纹结构设计来实现家猫爪垫减振机理的仿生学应用。通过有限元仿真分析发现,当轮胎滚动时,所设计的仿生胎面花纹有效降低了轮胎接地压力偏度值和胎面-路面间径向激励力,改善了轮胎胎面磨损和振动噪声特性。 展开更多

以某车辆的横向稳定杆为研究对象,通过将仿真结果与理论计算得到的稳定杆杆臂端部位移和应力分布进行对比,检验了有限元分析的可行性;通过ISIGHT软件对CATIA和ABAQUS集成,设定横向稳定杆的杆臂长度、杆件外圆直径和内圆直径为变量,采用N... 以某车辆的横向稳定杆为研究对象,通过将仿真结果与理论计算得到的稳定杆杆臂端部位移和应力分布进行对比,检验了有限元分析的可行性;通过ISIGHT软件对CATIA和ABAQUS集成,设定横向稳定杆的杆臂长度、杆件外圆直径和内圆直径为变量,采用NSGA-II遗传优化算法实现了横向稳定杆的轻量化设计。对轻量化结果再次进行有限元仿真,结果表明,轻量化后横向稳定杆质量降低了18.1%,应力降低了7.1%,侧倾角刚度提升了26.4%,在大负荷工况下疲劳寿命提升了14.8%。研究结果既实现了横向稳定杆的轻量化,又提升了横向稳定杆的刚度和使用寿命。研究方法为同类产品的有限元分析及轻量化设计提供参考。 展开更多

目的:评价可吸收眶底板在眼眶骨折修复手术中的临床应用效果。方法:回顾性分析眼眶骨折患者48例48眼的临床资料,所有患者均采用可吸收眶底板进行眼眶骨折修复,术中充分暴露骨折缺损范围后还纳疝出的眶内组织,根据缺损范围塑形可吸收眶底... 目的:评价可吸收眶底板在眼眶骨折修复手术中的临床应用效果。方法:回顾性分析眼眶骨折患者48例48眼的临床资料,所有患者均采用可吸收眶底板进行眼眶骨折修复,术中充分暴露骨折缺损范围后还纳疝出的眶内组织,根据缺损范围塑形可吸收眶底板,植入眶内并以可吸收螺钉固定。手术前后通过眼部检查和眼眶CT扫描评价可吸收眶底板在眼眶骨折修复手术中应用的可行性和精确性。结果:本组患者均顺利完成手术,均未出现严重的并发症,CT扫描可见眼眶骨折均得到良好的解剖复位。术后1a复查,术前18眼眼球运动障碍患者中1眼好转(6%),17眼治愈(94%);术前30例复视患者中12例好转(40%),18例治愈(60%);术前32眼眼球凹陷患者中10眼好转(31%),22眼治愈(69%);术前40眼眶下神经分布区麻木患者中33眼好转(82%),7眼治愈(18%)。本组患者中1眼术前出现下睑内翻、倒睫,术后得以恢复。结论:可吸收眶底板在眶壁骨折修复术中应用效果良好,是一种较好的眼眶修复材料。 展开更多

党的二十大对推动绿色发展作出战略部署,明确提出到2035年,我国生态环境根本好转,绿色逐步成为高质量发展的鲜明底色。为此,构建测评指标和指数权重体系,运用2003-2019年的面板数据,通过指数分析、TOPSIS评价模型和等距划分法评级综合... 党的二十大对推动绿色发展作出战略部署,明确提出到2035年,我国生态环境根本好转,绿色逐步成为高质量发展的鲜明底色。为此,构建测评指标和指数权重体系,运用2003-2019年的面板数据,通过指数分析、TOPSIS评价模型和等距划分法评级综合测度我国自然生态环境治理质量。研究发现:2003-2019年自然生态环境治理质量明显提升,其中,自然状况环境治理质量提速最快,从2003年的0.3606升至2019年的0.9608;大气环境治理质量提速相对缓慢,从2003年的0.2448提至2019年的0.6570;治理质量等级2008年实现“较差”到“中等”的飞跃,2011年达到良好。因此,提出高质量发展的政策启示。 展开更多

金属-有机框架材料(MOFs)具有可控结构、多孔性以及不饱和活性位点等优点,在光催化领域中有广泛应用。将阴离子金属簇-杂多酸(POMs)与MOFs进行复合,可充分结合其氧化还原活性的特性和MOF多孔框架的结构特点,有利于提升材料的光催化性能... 金属-有机框架材料(MOFs)具有可控结构、多孔性以及不饱和活性位点等优点,在光催化领域中有广泛应用。将阴离子金属簇-杂多酸(POMs)与MOFs进行复合,可充分结合其氧化还原活性的特性和MOF多孔框架的结构特点,有利于提升材料的光催化性能。本文通过改变POMs和MOFs的基本结构单元,采用溶剂热法合成了SiW_(12)@Ni-MOF、PW_(12)@Ni-MOF、SiW_(12)@UiO-NH_(2)三种POM@MOF复合光催化剂,利用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、傅里叶-红外光谱等方法对其进行形貌结构表征,利用紫外-可见吸收光谱、稳态荧光光谱,电化学阻抗图谱、瞬态电流密度图等方法对其进行光学响应及光电化学性能测试,分析基本结构单元在光催化解水制氢过程中的协同作用机制。结果表明,以Ni-MOF为基本结构单元时,过渡金属Ni元素可拓宽样品的光吸收范围并提供更多的不饱和活性位点,而SiW_(12)基团的引入可改善光生电子-空穴对分离效率,使SiW_(12)@Ni-MOF的产氢效率为941μmol·h^(-1)·g^(-1),这为光催化剂的设计提供了新的途径。 展开更多

BACKGROUND Under physiological conditions,sputum produced during acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)can move passively with the cilia in the airway;the sputum is gradually excreted from the depth of the airways through the stimulation of the coughing reflex on the sensory nerve on the surface of the airway.However,when the sputum is thick,the cough is weak,or the tracheal cilia are abnormal,sputum accumulation may occur and affect the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the lung.Furthermore,the presence of pathogenic microorganisms in sputum may cause or aggravate the symptoms of pulmonary infection in patients,which is the main factor leading to AECOPD.Therefore,promoting effective drainage of sputum and maintaining airway opening are key points requiring clinical attention.AIM To explore the effect of refined nursing strategies in patients with AECOPD and dysphagia.METHODS We selected 126 patients with AECOPD and difficulty of expectoration at our hospital,and divided them into a refined care group and a routine care group,with 63 cases each,using a random number table.The two groups of patients were treated with expectorant,anti-infection,oxygen inhalation,and other basic treatment measures;patients in the refined care group were given refined nursing intervention during hospitalization,and the routine care group received conventional nursing intervention.The differences in sputum expectoration,negative pressure suction rate,blood gas parameters,dyspnea score measured through the tool developed by the Medical Research Council(MRC),and quality of life were compared between the two groups.RESULTS After 7 d of intervention,the sputum expectoration effect of the refined care group was 62.30%,the effective rate was 31.15%,and the inefficiency rate was 6.56%.The sputum expectoration effect of the routine care group was 44.07%,the effective rate was 42.37%,and the inefficiency rate was 13.56%.The refined care group had better sputum expectoration than the routine care group(P<0.05).The negative pressure suction rate in the refined care group was significantly lower than that of the routine care group during the treatment(22.95%vs 44.07%,P<0.05).Before the intervention,the arterial oxygen saturation(PaO2)and arterial carbon dioxide saturation(PaCO2)values were not significantly different between the two groups(P>0.05);the PaO2 and PaCO2 values in the refined care group were comparable to those in the routine care group after 7 d of intervention(P>0.05).Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the MRC score between the two groups(P>0.05);the MRC score of the refined care group was lower than that of the routine care group after 7 d of intervention,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the symptoms,activities,disease impact,or St.George’s Respiratory questionnaire(SGRQ)total scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 7 days of intervention,the symptoms,activities,and total score of SGRQ of the refined care group were higher than those of the routine care group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).CONCLUSION AECOPD with thick sputum,weak coughing reflex,and abnormal tracheal cilia function will lead to sputum accumulation and affect the exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide in the lung.Patients with AECOPD who have difficulty expectorating sputum may undergo refined nursing strategies that will promote expectoration,alleviate clinical symptoms,and improve the quality of life. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Medications for inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)have changed dramatically over time.However,no study on long-term medication profiles has been conducted in the Chinese population.AIM To evaluate temporal changes in medication use and treatment patterns for Chinese patients with IBD.METHODS A multicenter retrospective cohort study was conducted among Chinese patients newly diagnosed with Crohn’s disease(CD)and ulcerative colitis(UC)between January 1999 and December 2019.Baseline characteristics and drug prescriptions were collected.Trends in medication use and therapeutic patterns were analyzed.RESULTS In total,3610 patients were analyzed.During follow-up,5-aminosalicylates(5-ASA)and corticosteroids(CS)prescriptions gradually decreased,accompanied by a notable increase in immunosuppressants(IMS)and infliximab(IFX)prescriptions in patients with CD.Prescription rates of 5-ASA and CS were stable,whereas IMS and IFX slightly increased since 2007 in patients with UC.Subgroup(n=957)analyses showed a switch from conventional medications to IFX in patients with CD,while 5-ASA and CS were still steadily prescribed in patients with UC.Logistic regression analyses revealed that surgical history,disease behavior,and disease location were associated with initial therapeutic strategies in patients with CD.However,medications before diagnosis,disease location,and diagnostic year might affect initial strategies in patients with UC.CONCLUSION Long-term treatment strategies analyses has provided unique insight into the switch from conventional drugs to IFX in Chinese patients with CD. 展开更多

Laos is the only landlocked country in Southeast Asia and borders Thailand,Myanmar and Cambodia,the three countries in this region that have been hardest hit by human immunodeficiency virus(HIV).Laos has been regarded as a low-HIVprevalence country for decades.To understand the status of HIV in Laos in recent years,a retrospective study was performed among 2851 patients visiting a hospital in Vientiane,the capital of Laos,from November 2011 to May 2012.Whole blood samples were obtained from the patients,and DNA was extracted.HIV status was determined by HIV gag fragment-specific PCR assay.Sixty-nine samples were detected as HIV proviral DNA positive with a positive rate of 2.4%(69/2851).Sixty-one near full-length genomic sequences were obtained from the positive samples.The results of phylogenetic analysis showed that the vast majority(91.8%)of the HIV strains belonged to CRF01AE,and the other five(8.2%)strains were identified as a new HIV circulating recombinant form CRF9701B,which had a CRF01AE backbone with an insertion of subtype B in the gag-pol region.Phylogeographic analysis revealed that HIV CRF01AE circulating in Laos were multiply introduced from Thailand.These results indicated that Laos might be suffering a considerably more serious impact of HIV than previously believed.To keep this country from undergoing the same increase in HIV prevalence observed in its neighbors,immediate intervention measures and sufficient epidemiological research are urgently needed. 展开更多

This study aims to characterize the cell atlas of the epididymis derived from a 46,XY disorders of sex development(DSD)patient with a novel heterozygous mutation of the nuclear receptor subfamily 5 group A member 1(NR5A1)gene.Next-generation sequencing found a heterozygous c.124C>G mutation in NR5A1 that resulted in a p.Q42E missense mutation in the conserved DNA-binding domain of NR5A1.The patient demonstrated feminization of external genitalia and Tanner stage 1 breast development.The surgical procedure revealed a morphologically normal epididymis and vas deferens but a dysplastic testis.Microfluidic-based single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)analysis found that the fibroblast cells were significantly increased(approximately 46.5%),whereas the number of main epididymal epithelial cells(approximately 9.2%),such as principal cells and basal cells,was dramatically decreased.Bioinformatics analysis of cell–cell communications and gene regulatory networks at the single-cell level inferred that epididymal epithelial cell loss and fibroblast occupation are associated with the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition(EMT)process.The present study provides a cell atlas of the epididymis of a patient with 46,XY DSD and serves as an important resource for understanding the pathophysiology of DSD. 展开更多

Although the exact etiology of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)remains unclear,exaggerated immune response in genetically predisposed individuals has been reported.Th1 and Th17 cells mediate IBD development.Macrophages produce IL-12 and IL-23 that share p40 subunit encoded by IL12B gene as heteromer partner to drive Th1 and Th17 differentiation.The available animal and human data strongly support the pathogenic role of IL-12/IL-23 in IBD development and suggest that blocking p40 might be the potential strategy for IBD treatment.Furthermore,aberrant alteration of some cytokines expression via epigenetic mechanisms is involved in pathogenesis o f IBD.In this study,we analyzed core promoter region of IL12B gene and investigated whether IL12B expression could be regulated through targeted epigenetic modification with gene editing technology.Transcription activator-like effectors(TALEs)are widely used in the field of genome editing and can specifically target DNA sequence in the host genome.We synthesized the TALE DNA-binding domains that target the promoter of human IL12B gene and fused it with the functional catalytic domains of epigenetic enzymes.Transient expression of these engineered enzymes demonstrated that the TALE-DNMT3A targeted the selected IL12B promoter region,induced loci-specific DNA methylation,and down-regulated IL-12B expression in various human cell lines.Collectively,our data suggested that epigenetic editing of IL12B through methylating DNA on its promoter might be developed as a potential therapeutic strategy for IBD treatment. 展开更多
