Investigation on the Effect of Project-based Learning in Postgraduate Education of Epidemiology

Objective: to investigate the effect of project-based learning method in postgraduate education of infectious diseases. Objective: to investigate the effect of project-based learning method in postgraduate education of infectious diseases. Methods: the teaching effect was evaluated by taking the research project of masters degree students as the learning project, and the students scored their own evaluation by using the "project-based learning evaluation form" in the form of a scale. Results: 61 questionnaires were distributed and recovered. Among the respondents, the type of institutions they currently work in, except for two who are studying for doctoral degree in infectious diseases at 985 universities and colleges, and the other 59 who are engaged in clinical doctor work in infectious diseases department of a top-three hospital with more than 1,000 beds or related specialties. Work and service locations, 24 people stay in Guiyang, 35 people return to the local. All 61 people passed the medical practitioner examination at one time. The situation of obtaining professional titles, 2 are senior professional titles, 14 are intermediate professional titles and 45 are junior professional titles. The survey of 24 questions in 8 dimensions was selected as "Help Larger" with a score of 8.31-8.95. Conclusion: the project-based learning method has achieved good results in the postgraduate education of infectious diseases. 展开更多
