Methods: by sorting out the relevant data, and analyzing the patients condition characteristics, clinical medication and other comprehensive analysis. Results: the adverse reactions of this patient were generally caused by injection of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium. Conclusion: clinical pharmacists must put adverse drug reactions in an important position for prevention and control, and prepare a scientific and reasonable drug treatment plan under the guidance of clinicians to ensure the safety and effectiveness of patients clinical medication, and maximize the professional value of clinical pharmacists.展开更多
