Especially under the background of deepening the reform of the current market economy system, to ensure that the cost of construction projects can be controlled scientifically and reasonably, so that the construction cost can be fully reduced, which plays a key role in the construction of the overall project and the sound development of the enterprise. Therefore, we should attach great importance to the control and management of construction project cost, implement more practical control measures, analyze the problems or deficiencies in each stage and deal with them in a timely manner, so as to provide necessary support for the sustainable development of enterprises.
