Methods: 100 patients undergoing coronary artery bypass surgery without cardiopulmonary bypass were selected and divided into groups according to a certain way. The number of patients in each group was controlled at 50 cases, of which the observation group was given intensive nursing in operating room, while the control group was given routine nursing. The data between groups were compared. Results: compared with the control group, the hemodynamic indexes of the observation group were significantly lower at 30min after operation, and the serum IL-6 of the observation group was significantly lower at the end of operation and at the 1st day after operation, and the scores of bad emotions in the observation group were significantly lower at the 1st day after operation, P < 0.05;the clinical indexes, hemodynamic indexes 30min before operation, preoperative serum IL-6, preoperative adverse emotions and the incidence of adverse events in the operating room were compared between the two groups, P > 0.05. Conclusion: the application of refined operating room nursing in patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass surgery has an ideal nursing effect.展开更多
