Methods: the differences between traditional pharmaceutical education and practical needs and the problems of pharmaceutical curriculum were discussed, and the importance of communication skills training between doctors and patients was analyzed. Results & conclusion: strengthening the training of communication skills between doctors and patients for undergraduates majoring in pharmacy is of great significance in easing the doctor-patient conflicts, reducing the doctor-patient disputes and building a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.展开更多
