针对催芽车间温度监测普遍采用PT100金属热电阻温度传感器,精度较低,电路较复杂的情况,设计了一个多路温度采集器,该采集器采用STM8S105K4单片机为主控制器,采用DS18B20数字温度传感器进行测温,抗干扰能力强,精度高误差小。单片机使用MO... 针对催芽车间温度监测普遍采用PT100金属热电阻温度传感器,精度较低,电路较复杂的情况,设计了一个多路温度采集器,该采集器采用STM8S105K4单片机为主控制器,采用DS18B20数字温度传感器进行测温,抗干扰能力强,精度高误差小。单片机使用MODBUS通讯协议,利用RS485通讯接口,可直接连接到各类采用485接口的工业系统及软件。通过实地测试,温度采集器能精确测量催芽车间内种子催芽过程中的多点位的温度以及温度变化趋势,论证了STM8单片机的多路温度采集器的可靠性和可行性。 展开更多
