目的观察大黄消痔栓治疗湿热瘀阻型慢性非细菌性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征(CABP/CPPS)的临床疗效。方法选取CABP/CPPS湿热瘀阻型患者200例,随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。2组均停用抗感染药物和其他制剂,予饮食及生活干预。对照组... 目的观察大黄消痔栓治疗湿热瘀阻型慢性非细菌性前列腺炎/慢性骨盆疼痛综合征(CABP/CPPS)的临床疗效。方法选取CABP/CPPS湿热瘀阻型患者200例,随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。2组均停用抗感染药物和其他制剂,予饮食及生活干预。对照组予前列安栓,观察组予大黄消痔栓,每次1粒,每日1次,纳肛,置入肛门3~4 cm。10 d为1个疗程,疗程间隔2 d,治疗3个疗程。观察2组临床疗效及治疗前后NIH慢性前列腺炎症状指数(NIH-CPSI)评分、前列腺液白细胞计数、卵磷脂小体、尿流率变化。结果观察组总有效率为100%(100/100),对照组为78%(78/100),观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组前列腺液白细胞计数、NIH-CPSI评分均降低(P<0.01),观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗后2组卵磷脂小体++++者均增多(P<0.01),观察组明显多于对照组(P<0.01);2组尿流率均升高(P<0.05),观察组高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论大黄消痔栓治疗湿热瘀阻型CABP/CPPS疗效显著,效果优于前列安栓。 展开更多

目的:观察颊针对腰椎融合术后患者疼痛的影响。方法:将60例行腰椎融合术的患者随机分为观察组(30例,脱落1例)和对照组(30例,剔除1例)。对照组予常规麻醉方案;观察组在对照组基础上行颊针治疗,穴取双侧背穴、腰穴、骶穴,每次30 min,首次... 目的:观察颊针对腰椎融合术后患者疼痛的影响。方法:将60例行腰椎融合术的患者随机分为观察组(30例,脱落1例)和对照组(30例,剔除1例)。对照组予常规麻醉方案;观察组在对照组基础上行颊针治疗,穴取双侧背穴、腰穴、骶穴,每次30 min,首次施针时间为麻醉诱导前,术后每日1次,共3次。比较两组患者术后48 h内舒芬太尼用量、补救镇痛次数及恶心、呕吐发生率;术后2(T1)、8(T2)、12(T3)、24(T4)、48(T5)h静息和运动视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分;术后24、48 h 15项恢复质量量表(QoR-15)评分。结果:观察组术后48 h内舒芬太尼用量和补救镇痛次数均少于对照组(P<0.01);两组T1、T2、T3、T4、T5时间点静息和运动VAS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后24、48 h QoR-15评分均高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组恶心发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:颊针可减少腰椎融合术后疼痛患者镇痛药物用量,促进术后早期康复。 展开更多

The entomopathogenic nematode,Steinernema carpocapsae,was evaluated for control of the potato tuber moth,Phthorimaea operculella,under laboratory conditions.We evaluated different concentrations of S.carpocapsae for control of 2 nd,3 rd,and 4 th instar P.operculella.The median lethal concentration(LC50)of S.carpocapsae infective juveniles(IJs)to 2 nd,3 rd and 4 th instar larvae of P.operculella was 200,363,181 IJs mL–1,respectively.With the extension of treatment time,the cumulative mortality increased for 2 nd,3 rd,and 4 th instar larvae and pupae of P.operculella.Fourth instars were the most susceptible for all observation periods.Therefore,our results suggest that S.carpocapsae could be an effective biological control agent for P.operculella. 展开更多

Despite the identification of the potato tuber moth Phthorimaea operculella(Zeller)sex pheromone,no effective application based on this pheromone has yet been developed and evaluated.This study investigated the effect of pheromone lures,trap densities,heights of trap deployment,and pheromone doses in Yunnan,China,for the purpose of increasing the control efficiency of P.operculella and improving the application of pheromone technology in the field.The results showed that lures made of corn oil and red PVC pipes attracted the highest number of moths(11.73±1.90 per trap per day).Sex pheromone loading of 100μg was optimal for trapping moths,but higher doses of pheromone inhibited attraction.The density of traps did not affect capture rates;therefore,the optimum trap density was 30–40 traps ha^(–1).The optimum height of trap deployment was not above the height of the plant canopy.This study provides technical details necessary for the monitoring and control of potato tuber moth using sex pheromones. 展开更多
