With the world's energy demand increasing and energy sources drying up, oil and gas pipelines have to meet the requirements of high-pressure and long-distance transportation, low temperature, large displacement, deep sea, acidic medium, frozen soil and other harsh environments. Pipeline steel is mainly used for the transportation of crude oil, refined oil, natural gas and coal water slurry. In order to ensure the safety and economy of pipeline transportation engineering, the development trend of pipeline steel must be high strength and toughness, thick wall and large deformation. High corrosion resistance and weldability in harsh environment. In this paper, through the adjustment of China's energy structure and the change of material transportation mode, X65 pipeline steel has a good market application prospect, and through microalloying and multi-element alloying in alloy design, the strength and toughness of pipeline steel are improved to ensure the transportation capacity of long-distance pipeline steel. 展开更多

In this paper, aiming at LF furnace of steelmaking plant of Delong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., through measures such as reducing slag oxidizability, improving qualified rate of steel samples and optimizing argon blowing effect in ladle, the hit rate of narrow composition in LF furnace is optimized and improved, which effectively reduces the consumption of steel and alloy, reduces the production cost, and at the same time, narrows the fluctuation range of molten steel composition and plays a certain role in promoting the stability of strip steel performance. 展开更多
