Results: after the implementation, the enthusiasm of nursing promotion and job rotation and patients satisfaction with nursing were significantly improved, the incidence of nursing adverse events was significantly reduced, and the difference was significant before and after nursing (P 0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of the promotion and rotation of nursing staff and the inclusion of the promotion and rotation of nursing staff into the hierarchical management measures can ease the temporary shortage of human resources in departments caused by the family planning policy and the nurses going out for further study and training, promote the communication of nursing culture among departments, and improve the multidisciplinary adaptability and scope of nursing staff.展开更多
