Methods: From March 2021 t...Objective:To analyze and explore the role and value of personalized nursing intervention mode for hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula failure in improving their quality of life. Methods: From March 2021 to March 2022, 80 patients were selected for personality analysis, of which more than 80 patients received individualized nursing intervention, and their psychology and quality of life were compared before and after treatment. Results: After the intervention, the SAS and SDS of patients were significantly lower than before the intervention, and the quality of life was significantly higher than before the intervention (P > 0.05). The difference between prevention measures and constipation rupture after intervention is significantly greater (P > 0.05);The evaluation of sleep quality after intervention should be lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Individualized nursing intervention for hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula is of high clinical nursing value. Multidimensional nursing measures can significantly improve the patients mood, which is worthy of popularization and application to improve their quality of life.展开更多
