Objective: to analyze the application of PDCA cycle in nursing management of disinfection supply room. Methods: from March, 2019 to March, 2020, 42 cases of nursing management of disinfection supply room in our hospital were selected as the control group. From June, 2020 to June, 2021, 42 cases of PDCA cycle in nursing management of disinfection supply room in our hospital were selected as observation group. We should not only compare the nursing scores of each index of the two groups of supply rooms, but also compare the satisfaction of medical staff. Results: the disinfection quality of the observation group was 94.9+3.2, the packaging quality was 91.9+3.1, the environmental quality was 94.8+1.5, and the instrument management was 96.9+4.2, while that of the control group was 86.9+3.9, the packaging quality was 88.6+4.1, the environmental quality was 86.8+1.2 and the instrument management was 86.9+4.2. It can be seen that the disinfection quality, packaging quality, environmental management and equipment management in the observation group are significantly higher than those in the control group, P<0.05. The satisfaction rate of medical staff in the observation group was 95.24%(40 cases) and the dissatisfaction rate was 4.76%(2 cases), while the satisfaction rate of medical staff in the control group was not 83.33%(35 cases) and the dissatisfaction rate was 6.67%(7 cases). The satisfaction rate of medical staff in the observation group was better than that in the control group. It can be seen that the nursing scores of each index in the supply room of the observation group are better than those of the control group, and the satisfaction of medical staff is also higher than that of the control group. Conclusion: in the nursing management of disinfection supply room, the application of PDCA cycle mode can not only improve the nursing scores of each index in the supply room, but also improve the satisfaction of medical staff, and timely adjust the deficiencies in management.展开更多
