Methods: 80 patients with convalescent schizophrenia who were treated in the psychiatric department of our hospital were divided into the reference group (40 cases of conventional nursing) and the experimental group (40 cases of systematic holistic nursing) according to different nursing modes. The recovery of rehabilitation status (MRSS score), social function (SDSS score) and daily life self-care ability (ALD score) of the two groups were compared. Results: before the intervention, the MRSS, SDSS and ALD scores of the two groups were compared (P > 0.05). After the intervention, the MRSS score and SDSS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group (P < 0.05). The ALD score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion: systematic holistic nursing care for patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation period can effectively improve their disease symptoms, improve the rehabilitation effect, and improve their social function and daily living ability, which is worthy of recommendation.展开更多
