本篇文章对常温及均匀高温条件下的冷成型薄壁短槽钢的轴向强度进行了初步研究。对常温及均匀高温下的一系列卷边的或非卷边的槽钢进行了试验研究。应用一系列的设计方法和商业化的有限元软件ABAQUS( 1998)对试验进行了分析。本文中涉... 本篇文章对常温及均匀高温条件下的冷成型薄壁短槽钢的轴向强度进行了初步研究。对常温及均匀高温下的一系列卷边的或非卷边的槽钢进行了试验研究。应用一系列的设计方法和商业化的有限元软件ABAQUS( 1998)对试验进行了分析。本文中涉及的设计方法包括 :英国规范BS5 95 0 ( 1987)、欧洲规范Eurocode 3Part1.3 (CEN1996)和美国规范AISI( 1996) ,在有限元分析中 ,考虑了几何非线性和材料非线性。高温下钢材的应力 -应变曲线根据欧洲规范Eurocode 3Part 1.2(CEN1995 )和Qutinen ( 2 0 0 1)采用。在某些试验中发现扭转屈曲 ,为了扩展针对这种破坏模式的设计方法 ,在这些规范中引用了Yong和Hancock( 1992 )考虑扭转屈曲的方法。对设计规范BS5 95 0Part 5 ( 1987)、欧洲规范Eurocode 3Part 1.3(CEN1996)和美国规范AISI( 1996)中常温下薄壁柱的设计方法加以修改 ,来考虑钢材高温下的强度和刚度的变化。从试验结果、规范预期的结果和数值分析的比较可见 。 展开更多

We are interested in investigating whether cancer therapy may alter the mitochondrial redox state in cancer cells to inhibit their growth and survival.The redox state can be imaged by the redox scanner that collects the fuorescence signals from both the oxidized-fAavoproteins(Fp)and the reduced form of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide(NADH)in snap frozen tissues and has been previously employed to study tumor aggressiveness and treatment responses.Here,with the redox scanner we investigated the effects of chemotherapy on mouse xenografts of a human diffuse large B.cell lymphoma cell line(DLCL2).The mice were treated with CHOP therapy,i.e,cyclophosphamide(C)+hydroxydoxorubicin(H)+Oncovin(O)+prednisone(P)with CHO administration on day 1 and prednisone administration on days 1-5.The Fp content of the treated group was significantly decreased(p=0.033)on day 5,and the mitochondrial redox state of the treated group was slightly more reduced than that of the control group(p=0.048).The decrease of the Fp heterogeneity(measured by the mean st andard deviation)had a border-line statistical significance(p=0.071).The result suggests that the mitochondrial metabolism of lymphoma cells was slightly suppressed and the lymphomas became less aggressive after the CHOP therapy. 展开更多

We achieve the robust nonadiabatic holonomic two-qubit controlled gate in one step based on the groundstate blockade mechanism between two Rydberg atoms. By using the Rydberg-blockade effect and the Raman transition mechanism, we can produce the blockade effect of double occupation of the corresponding ground state,i.e., ground-state blockade, to encode the computational subspace into the ground state, thus effectively avoiding the spontaneous emission of the excited Rydberg state. On the other hand, the feature of geometric quantum computation independent of the evolutionary details makes the scheme robust to control errors. In this way,the controlled quantum gate constructed by our scheme not only greatly reduces the gate infidelity caused by spontaneous emission but is also robust to control errors. 展开更多
