Recently significant progress has been ma... The restriction on sulfur level in gasoline has been increasingly tightened. The U.S.Tier 22222 regulation requires a reduction from average 340ppm to 30ppm from 2004 to 2008. Recently significant progress has been made in effective high sulfur removal, such as post treatment of FCC gasoline by selective hydrotreating, S Zorb sulfur removal technology, OATS process etc. The sulfur content of FCC gasoline can be deceased to less than 10ppm. With regard to gasoline pool composition in China, it is very important to look for effective desulfurization processes that are simple, straightforward, with less hydrogen consumption. Post-treatment of FCC gasoline is a preferred option. From the point of view of comprehensive utilization, alkylation, polymerization, isomerisation etc. can be added to desulfurization process to meet the requirement of ultra low sulfur, premium. 展开更多

The concept was used to design a novel reactor with corresponding operation measures. Experiments were conducted on the newly designed pilot plant riser reactor. In comparison with the conventional FCC at relatively equivalent conversion, the pilot plant test results showed that the olefin content in the cracked naphtha dropped by 12.4%, and both contents of iso paraffin and aromatic increased by 6%, and its MON increased by 1.3 units while maintaining the RON of the naphtha unchanged, and its sulfur content reduced by 15% with a significant extension of its induction period for Shengli VGO+VR. The run test results of commercial trial were conformable with the results of pilot plant test. 展开更多

为了探求贵州乡村宜居建设的适当方式,以黔东南为例,采用交通道路情况、网络覆盖状况、住房结构形式、公共娱乐实施等16项指标,以调查问卷的形式对黔东南州18个村组的基础设施、社会保障、文化教育、经济发展、生态环境等方面进行调研,... 为了探求贵州乡村宜居建设的适当方式,以黔东南为例,采用交通道路情况、网络覆盖状况、住房结构形式、公共娱乐实施等16项指标,以调查问卷的形式对黔东南州18个村组的基础设施、社会保障、文化教育、经济发展、生态环境等方面进行调研,并分析生态区位的不同特点对乡村生态宜居情况的影响。根据对调研结果分析,乡村居住现状可分为生态宜居型、发展居住型、传统居住型、宜居改善型四种类型,在基础设施、民生保障、村容村貌、乡村特色等方面变化突出,但在基础设施维护与管理、文化教育资源、人与生态环境矛盾、经济收入来源等方面影响着乡村生态宜居的发展。通过调研分析,结合贵州乡村实际,提出了“生态+特色化”“生态+多产业化”“生态+城镇化”三种建设模式,为贵州乡村生态宜居建设提供参考意见。 展开更多

The energy barriers of thermal decarboxylation reactions of petroleum acids and catalytic decarboxylation reactions of Bronsted acid and Lewis acid were analyzed using molecular simulation technology. Compared with thermal decarboxylation reactions of petroleum acids, the decarboxylation reactions by acid catalysts were easier to occur. The decarboxylaton effect by Lewis acid was better than Bronsted acid. The mechanisms of catalytic decarboxylation over acid catalyst were also verified by experiments on a fixed bed and a fluidized bed, the experimental results showed that the rate of acid removal could reach up to 97% over the acidic catalyst at a temperature above 400℃. 展开更多

The current technology for producing the petroleum needle coke is apt to cause overflow of feedstock from the coke drums, instability in operation of coking unit, low mechanical strength of petroleum coke, and high percentage of coke powder, leading to difficulties in improving the overall quality of needle coke. Therefore, we have developed a new technology for producing the needle coke,featuring the manipulation of temperature range in a narrow scale at high pressure coupled with feedstock alternations. This new kind of technology has been successfully applied in a 60kt/a commercial coking unit. Provided that demand for the feedstock quality is satisfied, petroleum needle coke meeting the international quality standard can be manufactured using RIPP's technology for producing petroleum needle coke. 展开更多
