Each finger has 3-DOFsand 4 joints, the last 2 joints are mechanically coupled by means of four-bar linkage mechanism. Italso has an additional DOF to realize motion of the thumb relative to the palm. The fingertip forcecan reach up to 10 N. Full integration of mechanical body, actuation system, multisensory system andelectronics is a significant feature. Yunnan is famous for its attractive karst landscapes especially shilins, fengcong and fenglin. The development of caves beneath the shilins in the vicinity of Lunan is closely connected with the formation of shilins. ...Yunnan is famous for its attractive karst landscapes especially shilins, fengcong and fenglin. The development of caves beneath the shilins in the vicinity of Lunan is closely connected with the formation of shilins. Most of the waters percolating through shilins run through the caves beneath them and are responsible for their formation. The study of cave speleogenesis deepens knowledge about both the development of shilins and karst structure. In the vicinity of the Lunan Shilin, speleological, morphological and structural geological studies of four karst caves have been accomplished. At Puzhehei, Qiubei, which is characterised by numerous fenglin, fengcong and caves, speleological and morphological studies have been performed. Cave sediments for paleomagnetic analyses have been taken from all studied areas (samples CH 1-9). Karst caves in SE Yunnan are probably much older than the age of the cave sediments (<780,000 years B.P.). The studied areas are located in the vicinity of the Xiaojiang fault (N-S direction I and the Red River fault (NW-SE direction). The general directions of both active faults are assumed to influence the direction of the most frequent fissures as well as the cave passages near the Lunan Shilin. The Xiaojiang fault more strongly influences cave passage orientation, while the more distant Red River fault most strongly influences fissure orientation.展开更多

The subsequentgeneration of two nonlinear force driven blocks has been demonstrated experimentally and inextensive numerical studies where one block moves against the laser light and the other block intothe irradiated target. These blocks of nearly solid state density DT plasma correspond to ion beamcurrent densities exceeding 10^(10) A/cm^2 where the ion velocity can be chosen up to highlyrelativistic values. Using the results of the expected ignition of DT fuel by light ion beams, aself-sustained fusion reaction front may be generated even into uncompressed solid DT fuel similarto the Nuckolls-Wood scheme where 10 kJ laser pulses produce 100 MJ fusion energy. Methods: 100 premature infants were selected from our hospital from January 2021 to February 2022. They were divided into control group (50 cases, peripheral venous indwelling needle treatment) and observation group (50 cases, umbilical vein indwelling treatment) by computer lottery. The indwelling condition, treatment condition and adverse events of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: the success rate of one-time puncture in the observation group was 96.00%, higher than 80.00% in the control group (P < 0.05);The puncture point search time (84.54 ± 15.69) s and the compression coagulation time (264.54 ± 30.55) s were shorter than those in the control group (288.36 ± 15.54) s and (480.25 ± 42.22) s (P < 0.05);The retention time was (6.05 ± 1.27) d, which was longer than that in the control group (4.22 ± 1.65) d (P < 0.05);The number of intravenous indwelling needles (12.69 ± 5.04) was less than that in the control group (16.45 ± 7.28) (P < 0.05);The duration of intravenous treatment (20.47 ± 2.24) d and the total incidence of adverse events was 4.00%, lower than that of the control group (24.65 ± 2.66) d and 20.00% (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the effective application of umbilical vein catheterization during the treatment of premature infants can effectively improve the success rate of one-time puncture and make intravenous therapy more effective. Strengthening relevant nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events and make intravenous therapy more safe, so as to better maintain the health and safety of children.展开更多

However, besides their flora-or strain-specific genes,those floras with closer relationship in the ev...Difference in the genomic compositions of prokaryotes is the basis of the diversity in their biological characters. However, besides their flora-or strain-specific genes,those floras with closer relationship in the evolution also have conserved “backbone sequences”, which reveal the marks of their origin and evolution, and these “backbone sequences”are just the basis of their elementary living abilities and common biological properties. Shigella is very closely related to E. coli in the origin and evolution, and may turn out to belong to the same genus. In this study, a microarray containing E. coli K-12 whole genome and Sf301 specific ORFs is used to investigate the genomic components of four Shigella strains. The results indicate that 16%-22% K-12 ORFs sequences are not detected in the genome of Shigella strains while the genome of Shigella contains at least 2800 conserved ORFs, which compose the common “backbone sequences”.Advanced analysis indicated that the “backbone sequences”are the essential components in maintaining the normal physiological activities of intestinal bacteria. Furthermore,only 20% Sf301-specific ORFs exist in other strains simultaneously, which demonstrate the great genome heterogeneity and the genetic diversity among the strains.展开更多
