Objective:This study aims to investigate the cognitive status of community medical staff and patients in Neijiang City towards general practitioners,and analyze the current cognitive status,cognitive needs,and the imp...Objective:This study aims to investigate the cognitive status of community medical staff and patients in Neijiang City towards general practitioners,and analyze the current cognitive status,cognitive needs,and the importance of knowledge dissemination and intervention regarding general practitioners.Methods:A total of 50 community medical staff and patients in Neijiang City were selected for a questionnaire survey conducted from April 2023 to March 2025.A self-designed questionnaire on the concepts of multimorbidity and general practitioners was employed,and the survey was carried out twice,before and after the dissemination of general practice knowledge.Based on the demographic characteristics of the participants and the differences in survey results before and after the knowledge dissemination,the influencing factors and cognitive needs of community medical staff and patients towards general practitioners at this stage were analyzed.Results:Individuals under the age of 35 acquired knowledge mainly through community education(50.00%)and electronic media(50.00%),while those aged 35-65 and over 65 primarily learned through peers,accounting for 57.14%and 48.72%,respectively.After general practice education,among individuals aged≤65,those with a college degree or higher demonstrated higher rates of multimorbidity and met the criteria for family doctor awareness compared to those aged>65 with a high school diploma or lower,with statistically significant differences(p<0.05).Logistic regression analysis revealed that educational attainment(college degree or higher)served as a protective factor for high awareness levels among general practitioners,while age(>65 years)emerged as a risk factor for high awareness levels among general practitioners,with statistically significant differences(p<0.05).Conclusion:To enhance the knowledge and awareness levels of general practitioners among community medical staff and patients,it is imperative to actively expand channels for proactive acquisition of relevant knowledge through education and outreach.Additionally,targeted educational efforts should be intensified for individuals with lower educational attainment and older age groups to establish a public awareness foundation for the effective promotion of general practitioner-led healthcare initiatives at the grassroots level.展开更多
Objective:To investigate and analyze the current situation of cognition,attitude,behavior,and influencing factors of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus(T2DM)patients in Neijiang City,and to explore the effectiveness of the appl...Objective:To investigate and analyze the current situation of cognition,attitude,behavior,and influencing factors of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus(T2DM)patients in Neijiang City,and to explore the effectiveness of the application of the education program based on the popularization of science in general medicine.Methods:Seventy cases of T2DM patients in Neijiang City were selected and randomly divided into 35 cases each in the observation group and the control group.The observation group received general medicine science education intervention and the control group received traditional health education.Indicators such as cognitive level,attitude,and behavioral change between the two groups were compared to assess the effect of general medical science education.Results:Before the intervention,there was no difference between the two groups in terms of knowledge,beliefs,and behaviors in general medicine,glycemic control,body mass index(BMI),and satisfaction with health education(P>0.05).After 3 months of the intervention,there was a highly significant difference in the aforementioned levels between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The approach of general medicine popularization had a significant effect on the treatment and management of T2DM patients in Neijiang City.It improved the patient’s cognitive level and self-management ability of the disease,increased their treatment adherence,and improved the therapeutic effect.展开更多
Combustion of agricultural organic solid waste(AOSW)was an ideal solution for their resource utilization in view of their massive annual production and great potential for reduction of fossil fuel utilization.However,...Combustion of agricultural organic solid waste(AOSW)was an ideal solution for their resource utilization in view of their massive annual production and great potential for reduction of fossil fuel utilization.However,high alkali and alkaline earth metals(AAEMs)content in the feedstock can arose severe fouling and slagging issues and thus prohibiting its vast utilization.In this study,a semi-continuous water washing method was proposed to preliminarily remove AAEMs from agricultural organic solid waste and its effects on the combustion behaviors of washed solid product were investigated.Results showed that the combustion index S were improved to 2.63×10-6,over 68%of the total ashes were removed from the cotton stalk,and 96.3%,89.0%and 74.7%of K,Na and Mg were effectively removed,respectively.Moreover,the softening temperature of low temperature ash from the washed sample was as high as 1450◦C,538◦C higher than the low temperature ash from the original sample;the base acid ratio and fouling index were improved from high slagging and fouling risk(1.7 and 90.8)of the original organic solid waste to low and medium risk(0.4 and 3.5),respectively.All these results signified the contributing effect of proposed semi-continuous water washing method on the combustion of agricultural organic solid waste.In a word,this study provided a promising method for fouling and slagging inhibition during the agricultural organic solid waste combustion.展开更多
