Plasma turbulence may lead to additional wavefront distortion of inter-spacecraft laser beams during the operation of spaceborne gravitational wave(GW)observatories,e.g.Tian Qin.By making use of the Space Weather Mode...Plasma turbulence may lead to additional wavefront distortion of inter-spacecraft laser beams during the operation of spaceborne gravitational wave(GW)observatories,e.g.Tian Qin.By making use of the Space Weather Modelling Framework(SWMF)model and realistic orbit data for the Tian Qin constellation,the characteristic parameters of the plasma turbulence present at the Tian Qin orbit are obtained.As a first step,this work is based on the assumptions that the cold plasma approximation is valid and that the effects of the electromagnetic field induced by charge separation within the Debye length on the laser's wavefront can be ignored.An atmospheric turbulence-laser interaction model is then applied to analyze the effects of the plasma turbulence on the inter-spacecraft laser's wavefront.The preliminary results show that the wavefront distortion caused by the plasma turbulence is 10^-9 rad,which is significantly less than the designated error budget,i.e.10^-6 rad,and thus will not affect the laser interferometry.展开更多
Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of bacterial resistance monitoring in clinical microbiology testing.Methods:600 microbial specimens collected in our hospital in the past year(April 2021 to April 2022)were ...Objective:To observe and analyze the effect of bacterial resistance monitoring in clinical microbiology testing.Methods:600 microbial specimens collected in our hospital in the past year(April 2021 to April 2022)were used as the test subjects of this study.The specimens were divided into Group A(control group)and Group B(research group),with 300 cases in each group.Group A consisted of blood culture specimens,while Group B consisted of sputum specimens.After the tests were completed,the rates of unfavorable and favorable results,bacterial species distribution,and bacterial drug resistance of the specimens in both groups were compared.Results:Among group A specimens,29 cases were positive(9.67%)and 271 cases were negative(90.33%);among group B specimens,99 cases were positive(33.00%)and 201 cases were negative(66.00%);the difference between the two groups of data was statistically significant(P<0.05).As for the distribution of the types of bacteria,there were 472 cases of Gram-negative bacteria and 128 cases of Gram-positive bacteria.Conclusion:Bacterial resistance monitoring is helpful in clinical microbiology testing.Through proper monitoring,bacterial resistance can be well understood.In this way,patients get to receive appropriate treatment measures and suitable antibacterial prescriptions,thereby improving the patient outcome.展开更多

Integrated sensing and communication(ISAC)is a spectrum and energy efficient approach to realizing dual functions by a unified hardware platform.In this paper,we consider a multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)ISAC sys...Integrated sensing and communication(ISAC)is a spectrum and energy efficient approach to realizing dual functions by a unified hardware platform.In this paper,we consider a multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO)ISAC system,where the transmitted waveform consisting of communication signals and dedicated sensing signal is optimized for dual purposes of estimating targets and serving downlink single-antenna users.Specifically,the sensing interference and multi-user interference are exploited,rather than suppressed,by the waveform design scheme.The joint waveform design problem is formulated by maximizing the constructive interference(CI)while ensuring the power budget and waveform similarity error with the benchmark signal,which limits the sensing estimation accuracy.To obtain the benchmark signal which achieves the optimal estimation performance,we propose a semidefinite relaxation based algorithm to solve the optimization problem.For clarity,we derive the real representation of the complex joint waveform design problem and prove its convexity.Numerical results verify the superiority of the proposed CI-based waveform design when the interference was efficiently exploited as a useful signal source achieving favorable symbol error ratio performance.Moreover,the dedicated sensing signal provides more degree of freedom for waveform design.展开更多
