油田采出液处理工艺中化学破乳剂的使用能够大大提升工作效率并且节约成本,其中聚醚类破乳剂的应用最为广泛,研究聚醚类破乳剂的构效关系对于新型破乳剂的研发及应用至关重要。本文首先对几种聚醚类破乳剂和反相破乳剂的破乳效果进行了... 油田采出液处理工艺中化学破乳剂的使用能够大大提升工作效率并且节约成本,其中聚醚类破乳剂的应用最为广泛,研究聚醚类破乳剂的构效关系对于新型破乳剂的研发及应用至关重要。本文首先对几种聚醚类破乳剂和反相破乳剂的破乳效果进行了评价和比较,然后根据沥青质分子的结构特点及现有聚醚类破乳剂和反相破乳剂的类型,选取了相应的模型分子,通过密度泛函理论(DFT)中B3LYP/6-31G基组得到其最优分子几何构型和静电势分布图,并利用泛函M062X/6-31G基组计算了聚醚类破乳剂模型分子分别与沥青质模型分子和水分子之间的相互作用能。结合聚醚类破乳剂和反相破乳剂的破乳性能评价结果,进而分析了聚醚类破乳剂的构效关系。结果表明,由理论化学计算结果所推测的破乳剂的破乳性能差异与其实际破乳效果相一致:具有支状结构、聚合度较高的聚醚类破乳剂的效果优于线型结构、聚合度较低的聚醚类破乳剂;酚醛树脂聚醚的破乳效果优于酚胺树脂聚醚,而反相破乳剂中则是多元醇聚醚类反相破乳剂的效果较优。该工作的开展表明采用密度泛函理论进行破乳剂的构效关系研究是可行的,能够为未来新型破乳剂的制备及选用奠定重要的理论基础和提供参考依据。 展开更多

Non-line-of-sight[NLOS]imaging enables the detection and reconstruction of hidden objects around corners,offering promising applications in autonomous driving,remote sensing,and medical diagnosis.However,existing steady-state NLOS imaging methods face challenges in achieving high efficiency and precision due to the need for multiple diffuse reflections and incomplete Fourier amplitude sampling.This study proposes,to our knowledge,a novel steady-state NLOS imaging technique via polarization differential correlography[PDC-NLOS].By employing the polarization difference of the laser speckle,the method designs a single-shot polarized speckle illumination strategy.The fast and stable real-time encoding for hidden objects ensures stable imaging quality of the PDC-NLOS system.The proposed method demonstrates millimeter-level imaging resolution when imaging horizontally and vertically striped objects. 展开更多

Non-line-of-sight(NLOS)imaging is a challenging task aimed at reconstructing objects outside the direct view of the observer.Nevertheless,traditional NLOS imaging methods typically rely on intricate and costly equipment to scan and sample the hidden object.These methods often suffer from restricted imaging resolution and require high system stability.Herein,we propose a single-shot high-resolution NLOS imaging method via chromato-axial differential correlography,which adopts low-cost continuous-wave lasers and a conventional camera.By leveraging the uncorrelated laser speckle patterns along the chromato-axis,this method can reconstruct hidden objects of diverse complexity using only one exposure measurement.The achieved background stability through singleshot acquisition,along with the inherent information redundancy in the chromato-axial differential speckles,enhances the robustness of the system against vibration and colored stain interference.This approach overcomes the limitations of conventional methods by simplifying the sampling process,improving system stability,and achieving enhanced imaging resolution using available equipment.This work serves as a valuable reference for the real-time development and practical implementation of NLOS imaging. 展开更多

Induction of cancer cell ferroptosis has been proposed as a potential treatment in several cancer types.Tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)play a key role in promoting tumor malignant progression and therapy resistance.However,the roles and mechanisms of TAMs in regulating tumor ferroptosis is still unexplored and remains enigmatic.This study shows ferroptosis inducers has shown therapeutic outcomes in cervical cancer in vitro and in vivo.TAMs have been found to suppress cervical cancer cells ferroptosis.Mechanistically,macrophage-derived miRNA-660-5p packaged into exosomes are transported into cancer cells.In cancer cells,miRNA-660-5p attenuates ALOX15 expression to inhibit ferroptosis.Moreover,the upregulation of miRNA-660-5p in macrophages depends on autocrine IL4/IL13-activated STAT6 pathway.Importantly,in clinical cervical cancer cases,ALOX15 is negatively associated with macrophages infiltration,which also raises the possibility that macrophages reduce ALOX15 levels in cervical cancer.Moreover,both univariate and multivariate Cox analyses show ALOX15 expression is independent prognostic factor and positively associated with good prognosis in cervical cancer.Altogether,this study reveals the potential utility of targeting TAMs in ferroptosis-based treatment and ALOX15 as prognosis indicators for cervical cancer. 展开更多

Molecular beacon was employed here to convert the ligation information into fluo-rescence signal quickly and quantitatively. This method pro-vides effective and original approach to researching the dy-namic ligation process and the interactions between nucleic acids and ligase. An analytical method for T4 DNA ligase based on this way has been built up with a linear detection range from 2.3×10-4 U/mL to 0.23 U/mL. It is rapid and sensitive to detect 2.8×10-5 U T4 DNA ligase in 10 min. 展开更多
