Enhancing Autonomous Decision-Making (ADM) for unmanned combat aerial vehicle formations in beyond-visual-range air combat is pivotal for future battlefields, whereas the predominant reinforcement learning technique f...Enhancing Autonomous Decision-Making (ADM) for unmanned combat aerial vehicle formations in beyond-visual-range air combat is pivotal for future battlefields, whereas the predominant reinforcement learning technique for ADM has been proven to be inadequately fitting complex tactical Unit Coordination (UC), limiting the integrity of decision-making for formations. This study proposes a knowledge-enhanced ADM method, with a focus on UC, to elevate formation combat effectiveness. The main innovation is integrating data mining technique with tactical knowledge mining and integration. Foremost, based on Frequent Event Arrangement Mining (FEAM) theory, a cross-channel UC knowledge mining method is designed by introducing data flow, which is capable of capturing dynamic coordinative action sequences. Then, a dual-mode knowledge integration method is proposed by employing the Graph Attention Network (GAT) and attenuated structural similarity, bolstering the interplay between autonomous UC tactics fitting and knowledge injection. The experimental results demonstrate that the algorithm surpasses the existing methods, providing more strategic maneuver trajectories and a win rate of more than 90% in different scenarios. The method is promising to augment the autonomous operational capabilities of unmanned formations and drive the evolution of combat effectiveness.展开更多

Self-assembly is a powerful approach in molecular engineering for biomedical applications,in particu-lar for creating self-assembling prodrugs.Here,we report a self-assembling prodrug of the anticancer drug gemcitabin...Self-assembly is a powerful approach in molecular engineering for biomedical applications,in particu-lar for creating self-assembling prodrugs.Here,we report a self-assembling prodrug of the anticancer drug gemcitabine(Gem)based on amphiphilic dendrimer approach.The prodrug reported in this study demonstrates high drug loading(40%)and robust ability to self-assemble into small nanomicelles,which increase the metabolic stability of Gem and enable entry into cells via endocytosis,hence bypassing transport-mediated uptake.In addition,this prodrug nanosystem exhibited an effective pH-and enzyme-responsive release of Gem,resulting in enhanced anticancer activity and reduced toxicity.Harboring ad-vantageous features of both prodrug-and nanotechnology-based drug delivery,this self-assembling Gem prodrug nanosystem constitutes a promising anticancer candidate.This study also offers new perspectives of the amphiphilic dendrimer nanoplatforms for the development of self-assembling prodrugs.展开更多
BACKGROUND Owing to the advancement in bacterial identification techniques,the detection rate of non-tuberculous mycobacterium(NTM)has been on the rise.Different from Mycobacterium tuberculosis,the clinical symptoms o...BACKGROUND Owing to the advancement in bacterial identification techniques,the detection rate of non-tuberculous mycobacterium(NTM)has been on the rise.Different from Mycobacterium tuberculosis,the clinical symptoms of NTM are not easily detected,and the clinical efficacy and prognosis are somewhat heterogeneous.To report a case of Mycobacterium gordoniasis of cervical lymph node diagnosed in Anhui Chest Hospital in July 2022.CASE SUMMARY Upon examination,the patient who weighed 67.5 kg,was human immunodeficiency virus negative,healthy,without hypertension,diabetes,heart disease and other basic diseases microscopic analysis revealed granulomatous inflammation with coagulation necrosis in the lymphocyte,and tuberculosis was not ruled out.Plain computed tomography scans of the neck and chest indicated the presence of a single grayish-yellow and grayish-brown tissue,the dimensions of which was top of form 10.5 cm×3.0 cm×1.5 cm.After pathological consultation in our hospital,the diagnosis was confirmed as NTM infection.CONCLUSION This case report and the clinical epidemiological research on improving NTM have important guiding significance for improving decision-making in clinical treatments.展开更多
