《外台秘要方》所引《张仲景伤寒论》编次框架探析

中唐王焘编撰的医方巨著《外台秘要方》中直接引用晋唐医书七十余种.《外台秘要方》所引医书中包括了一个后世亡佚的张仲景著述版本——至少十八卷的《张仲景伤寒论》.与今天通行宋本《伤寒论》不同,《张仲景伤寒论》包括了杂病内容,是... 中唐王焘编撰的医方巨著《外台秘要方》中直接引用晋唐医书七十余种.《外台秘要方》所引医书中包括了一个后世亡佚的张仲景著述版本——至少十八卷的《张仲景伤寒论》.与今天通行宋本《伤寒论》不同,《张仲景伤寒论》包括了杂病内容,是仲景著述伤寒与杂病未分的版本.《外台秘要方》共引用《张仲景伤寒论》条文210条,其中有86条标明了所出卷次.通过对这86条条文所出卷次的分析,我们发现这个唐本《张仲景伤寒论》的框架结构是伤寒在前,杂病在后;伤寒内容结构与宋本《伤寒论》基本相同;杂病结构与《脉经·卷八》非常近似.理清《外台秘要方》所引唐抄本《张仲景伤寒论》框架结构,对未来辑复唐本《张仲景伤寒论》具有重要意义. 展开更多

目的观察某高能脉冲紫外线消毒设备的杀菌效果,为实际消毒应用提供依据。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,对某高能脉冲紫外线消毒设备的杀菌效果进行观察。结果该高能脉冲紫外线消毒设备上装有氙气灯管,其所发出的紫外线强度在垂直1 m处... 目的观察某高能脉冲紫外线消毒设备的杀菌效果,为实际消毒应用提供依据。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,对某高能脉冲紫外线消毒设备的杀菌效果进行观察。结果该高能脉冲紫外线消毒设备上装有氙气灯管,其所发出的紫外线强度在垂直1 m处为1.28 mW/cm^(2)。在距离灯具垂直1 m处照射5 min,对玻片上金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠埃希菌杀灭对数值分别为3.05和3.40;照射5 min,对玻片上白念珠菌杀灭对数值为2.30。结论高能脉冲紫外线消毒设备对普通细菌繁殖体具有一定杀灭效果,对真菌杀灭效果稍差。 展开更多

【目标】为解决隧道穿越地形急变带软弱围岩地层时出现大变形导致的初期支护破坏问题,引入“抗放结合”的限阻耗能支护理念,以镇赫高速某隧道为工程背景,开展限阻耗能支护结构研究。【方法】通过数值计算建立地形急变带模型,分析隧道穿... 【目标】为解决隧道穿越地形急变带软弱围岩地层时出现大变形导致的初期支护破坏问题,引入“抗放结合”的限阻耗能支护理念,以镇赫高速某隧道为工程背景,开展限阻耗能支护结构研究。【方法】通过数值计算建立地形急变带模型,分析隧道穿越地形急变带产生大变形的原因。将钢板型限阻耗能支护结构简化为工字钢型,采用数值计算和模型试验分析工字钢型限阻器的受力-变形特征,确认其峰值、恒阻和可压缩率参数,并设计初期支护方案进行现场应用验证。【结果】山体自重应力向下转移是导致隧道穿越地形急变带出现大变形的主要原因。工字钢型限阻器受压变形有明显的阶段性,在变形过程中能够提供0.91 MPa以上的承载力。现场应用表明,通过工字钢型限阻器变形释放初期支护结构应力后,初期支护钢架和喷射混凝土最大受力为23.1 MPa和20.3 MPa,均小于材料极限强度。【结论】以工字钢型限阻器设计的初期支护,能够通过工字钢型限阻器的变形释放围岩应力,降低初期支护结构所受内力,保障支护结构施作质量和施工安全。 展开更多

电磁准零刚度隔振器的负载自适应滑模控制研究

准零刚度(quasi-zero-stiffness, QZS)隔振器可实现低频隔振性能。但其在诸如负载失配等复杂的激励环境下,隔振性能和稳定性会变差。为提高电磁准零刚度(electromagnetic-QZS,E-QZS)隔振器的隔振性能,降低其对负载突变的敏感度,提出了E-... 准零刚度(quasi-zero-stiffness, QZS)隔振器可实现低频隔振性能。但其在诸如负载失配等复杂的激励环境下,隔振性能和稳定性会变差。为提高电磁准零刚度(electromagnetic-QZS,E-QZS)隔振器的隔振性能,降低其对负载突变的敏感度,提出了E-QZS的负载自适应滑模控制(load adaptive sliding mode control,LASMC)方法。建立了电磁准零刚度隔振器的理论模型,设计了滑模控制器(sliding mode control, SMC),利用李雅普诺夫定理确定了稳定情况下增益系数的范围。设计了负载自适应控制律并进行稳定性分析。开展了仿真和试验研究,结果表明:合适的增益可提升90%的隔振性能;负载自适应滑模控制器的引入可有效降低载荷突变对隔振性能的影响,从而提升隔振器隔振性能的鲁棒性。 展开更多

Enhancing Autonomous Decision-Making (ADM) for unmanned combat aerial vehicle formations in beyond-visual-range air combat is pivotal for future battlefields, whereas the predominant reinforcement learning technique for ADM has been proven to be inadequately fitting complex tactical Unit Coordination (UC), limiting the integrity of decision-making for formations. This study proposes a knowledge-enhanced ADM method, with a focus on UC, to elevate formation combat effectiveness. The main innovation is integrating data mining technique with tactical knowledge mining and integration. Foremost, based on Frequent Event Arrangement Mining (FEAM) theory, a cross-channel UC knowledge mining method is designed by introducing data flow, which is capable of capturing dynamic coordinative action sequences. Then, a dual-mode knowledge integration method is proposed by employing the Graph Attention Network (GAT) and attenuated structural similarity, bolstering the interplay between autonomous UC tactics fitting and knowledge injection. The experimental results demonstrate that the algorithm surpasses the existing methods, providing more strategic maneuver trajectories and a win rate of more than 90% in different scenarios. The method is promising to augment the autonomous operational capabilities of unmanned formations and drive the evolution of combat effectiveness. 展开更多

陇中旱作区板蓝根“3414”优化栽培施肥模式研究

为探索优化栽培施肥模式对陇中旱作区板蓝根产量、品质及经济效益的影响,采用“3414”试验设计,选择氮、磷、钾三要素为主效因子,得到板蓝根优化施肥模式。结果表明,施肥模式对板蓝根主要农艺性状、产量、内在质量及经济效益均有显著影... 为探索优化栽培施肥模式对陇中旱作区板蓝根产量、品质及经济效益的影响,采用“3414”试验设计,选择氮、磷、钾三要素为主效因子,得到板蓝根优化施肥模式。结果表明,施肥模式对板蓝根主要农艺性状、产量、内在质量及经济效益均有显著影响,限制板蓝根产量和经济效益的主要养分因子表现为N>P>K,其中以施N 217.08 kg/hm^(2)、P2O5119.87 kg/hm^(2)、K2O 57.27 kg/hm^(2)处理的折合产量最高,为10765.41 kg/hm^(2),较空白处理(不施肥)增产55.3%;经济效益也最好,产值达43061.64元/hm^(2),较空白处理增加纯收入13513.51元/hm^(2)。在优化施肥条件下,板蓝根(R,S)-告依春含量基本均优于《中华人民共和国药典》规定的标准。利用三元二次二次方程预测出的最大施肥量为N 323.39 kg/hm^(2),P2O5115.77 kg/hm^(2)、K2O 77.71 kg/hm^(2),该水平下板蓝根产量最高,为10765.82 kg/hm^(2);最佳施肥量为N 239.96 kg/hm^(2)、P2O578.43 kg/hm^(2)、K2O 44.58 kg/hm^(2),该水平下板蓝根产量为10388.07 kg/hm^(2)。推荐陇中旱作区板蓝根优化栽培的最佳施肥模式为施N 239.96 kg/hm^(2)、P2O578.43 kg/hm^(2)、K2O 44.58 kg/hm^(2),可用来指导陇中旱作区板蓝根规范化生产实践。 展开更多

With the rapid development of artificial intelligence(AI)technology,its application in higher education has gradually shifted from traditional teaching aids to deeper levels of interactive learning and emotional connection support.AI can enhance teaching efficiency,personalized learning,and real-time feedback;however,in areas such as emotional communication and teacher-student interaction,AI still cannot fully replace the role of teachers.This study aims to explore the transformation of teacher-student relationships in the era of AI,analyze the impact of AI technology on teaching interaction,emotional support,and teacher-student trust,and propose strategies to address these challenges.The research findings indicate that while AI has significant advantages in improving educational efficiency,it has limitations in interpersonal emotional support and the transformation of the teacher’s role.To ensure the comprehensiveness and humanization of education,educators should strengthen emotional care and improve students’emotional literacy in the use of AI,and implement transparent data management and privacy protection measures to enhance teacher-student trust.The study also suggests that by enhancing teacher-student trust,strengthening emotional support,and increasing transparency,educators can effectively address the challenges of teacher-student relationships in the AI era.This research provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the integration of AI technology with educational humanistic care,promoting more comprehensive,personalized,and humane educational development. 展开更多

With the rapid popularization of artificial intelligence technology in the field of higher education,college students are increasingly dependent on AI tools such as ChatGPT,automatic writing assistants,and intelligent translators.Behind the convenience and efficiency,a decline trend in students’core learning abilities such as autonomous learning ability,critical thinking ability,and knowledge construction ability has gradually emerged.This study aims to explore the interactive logical mechanism between college students’reliance on AI tools and the weakening of their learning abilities,and on this basis,propose practical and feasible educational intervention strategies.Research has found that while AI tools lower the learning threshold,they also weaken students’cognitive investment and independent thinking abilities,further intensifying their reliance on technology.In this regard,this paper proposes a three-dimensional intervention path based on guided usage,ability compensation,and value reconstruction to achieve the collaborative improvement of students’technical usage ability and learning ability.This research has certain theoretical value and practical enlightenment significance for solving the structural predicament of higher education in the intelligent era. 展开更多

Self-assembly is a powerful approach in molecular engineering for biomedical applications,in particu-lar for creating self-assembling prodrugs.Here,we report a self-assembling prodrug of the anticancer drug gemcitabine(Gem)based on amphiphilic dendrimer approach.The prodrug reported in this study demonstrates high drug loading(40%)and robust ability to self-assemble into small nanomicelles,which increase the metabolic stability of Gem and enable entry into cells via endocytosis,hence bypassing transport-mediated uptake.In addition,this prodrug nanosystem exhibited an effective pH-and enzyme-responsive release of Gem,resulting in enhanced anticancer activity and reduced toxicity.Harboring ad-vantageous features of both prodrug-and nanotechnology-based drug delivery,this self-assembling Gem prodrug nanosystem constitutes a promising anticancer candidate.This study also offers new perspectives of the amphiphilic dendrimer nanoplatforms for the development of self-assembling prodrugs. 展开更多

低频振动衰减速度慢难以控制,严重影响高端装备的精度、稳定性和可靠性.线性隔振器因承载能力和隔振频带之间的固有矛盾无法有效隔离低频振动.因此,可通过引入非线性获得等效负刚度和非线性刚度构建准零刚度隔振器,以实现低频隔振.折纸... 低频振动衰减速度慢难以控制,严重影响高端装备的精度、稳定性和可靠性.线性隔振器因承载能力和隔振频带之间的固有矛盾无法有效隔离低频振动.因此,可通过引入非线性获得等效负刚度和非线性刚度构建准零刚度隔振器,以实现低频隔振.折纸结构具有双稳态、负泊松比和负刚度等独特的力学特性,近年来得到了广泛关注.受堆叠三浦折纸(stacked Miura-ori,SMO)启发,提出了一种新型SMO隔振器,由SMO结构和线性弹簧并联构成.基于能量法推导了SMO结构的势能方程,获得了竖直方向的力-位移关系,揭示了SMO结构大行程负刚度机理.研究了无应力条件下不同初始角和折痕刚度比对SMO隔振器的恢复力的影响规律,阐明了SMO隔振器非线性刚度调节机制.建立了SMO隔振器的理论模型,基于谐波平衡法推导了位移传递率.通过数值仿真研究了不同负载下的低频隔振性能.最后研制了SMO隔振器的原理样机,试验验证了SMO隔振器的恢复力和低频隔振性能.结果表明,折纸隔振器峰值频率可低至1.52 Hz,最小峰值传递率为1.29.本研究为低频折纸隔振结构的设计提供了一种新思路. 展开更多

目的:探讨乳果糖在慢性便秘患者结肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年3月杭州市临平区中医院收治的100例慢性便秘结肠镜检查患者。根据信封法随机将其分为乳果糖组和对照组,各50例。乳果糖组给予乳果糖肠道准备,对... 目的:探讨乳果糖在慢性便秘患者结肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用。方法:选取2022年2月—2023年3月杭州市临平区中医院收治的100例慢性便秘结肠镜检查患者。根据信封法随机将其分为乳果糖组和对照组,各50例。乳果糖组给予乳果糖肠道准备,对照组给予复方聚乙二醇电解质散(polyethylene glycol electrolyte,PGE)肠道准备。比较两组肠道情况,不良反应,肠道准备药物情况,肠道准备耐受度。结果:两组波士顿评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);乳果糖组肠道泡沫评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳果糖组口感好、愿意再次使用占比均高于对照组,腹胀、呕吐发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳果糖组肠道准备耐受度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:乳果糖可作为慢性便秘患者肠道准备的首选药物,因其口感好,饮水量少,能减少肠道泡沫,使肠道准备中的腹胀及呕吐等不良反应发生率降低。 展开更多

BACKGROUND Owing to the advancement in bacterial identification techniques,the detection rate of non-tuberculous mycobacterium(NTM)has been on the rise.Different from Mycobacterium tuberculosis,the clinical symptoms of NTM are not easily detected,and the clinical efficacy and prognosis are somewhat heterogeneous.To report a case of Mycobacterium gordoniasis of cervical lymph node diagnosed in Anhui Chest Hospital in July 2022.CASE SUMMARY Upon examination,the patient who weighed 67.5 kg,was human immunodeficiency virus negative,healthy,without hypertension,diabetes,heart disease and other basic diseases microscopic analysis revealed granulomatous inflammation with coagulation necrosis in the lymphocyte,and tuberculosis was not ruled out.Plain computed tomography scans of the neck and chest indicated the presence of a single grayish-yellow and grayish-brown tissue,the dimensions of which was top of form 10.5 cm×3.0 cm×1.5 cm.After pathological consultation in our hospital,the diagnosis was confirmed as NTM infection.CONCLUSION This case report and the clinical epidemiological research on improving NTM have important guiding significance for improving decision-making in clinical treatments. 展开更多

依托遂川至大余高速公路K250+188—K250+300路段边坡工程,对岩石路堑边坡绿化工艺进行了研究。根据现场复杂的地质条件,采用抗冲刷无土纤维喷播绿化工艺,从稳定性、经济性、环境友好性等各方面综合展现了该工艺的适用性,具有一定的指导... 依托遂川至大余高速公路K250+188—K250+300路段边坡工程,对岩石路堑边坡绿化工艺进行了研究。根据现场复杂的地质条件,采用抗冲刷无土纤维喷播绿化工艺,从稳定性、经济性、环境友好性等各方面综合展现了该工艺的适用性,具有一定的指导性和参考意义。无土木纤维作为绿化基材,使木纤维与镀锌铁丝网能够有效咬合,极大地增加了坡面抵抗雨水冲刷的能力,并且其能够作为有机材料,快速绿化成坪覆盖坡面,从而达到既保护坡面又恢复生态的双重目的。 展开更多
