The relationship between MYD88 L265p gene mutation and clinicopathological parameters of DLBCL, such as age, gender, Ann Arbor stage, site, B symptom, NCCN-IPI and IPI score, ECOG PS score, serum ferritin, <em>β</em>2-microglobulin and LDH levels were analyzed. <strong>Results:</strong> The positive rate of MYD88 L265p was 20% (8/40), 25.0% (6/24) in non GCB and 12.5% (2/16) in GCB. There were no significant differences in age, gender, location, extranodal invasion site, <em>β</em>2-microglobulin, serum ferritin and LDH between wild-type and mutant type of MYD88 gene, but had statistical significance with Han’s classification. MYD88 L265p gene mutation was associated with Ann Arbor stage, NCCN-IPI score and IPI score. <strong>Conclusion:</strong> MYD88 L265P mutation is closely related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of DLBCL. It is an adverse prognostic factor of DLBCL and may be used for the prognosis evaluation of DLBCL.展开更多

Methods: Routine semen analysis was perfor...Aim: To study the incidence of single nucleotide polymorphisms in ubiquitin-specific protease 26 (USP26) gene and its involvement in idiopathic male infertility in China. Methods: Routine semen analysis was performed. Infertility factors such as immunological, infectious and biochemical disorders were examined to select patients with idiopathic infertility. DNA was isolated from peripheral blood of the selected patients and control population, which were examined for mutations using polymerase chain reaction-single strand conformation polymorphism analysis. Furthermore, nucleotide sequences were sequenced in some patients and controls. Results: Of 41 infertile men, 9 (22.0%, P = 0.01) had changes in USP26 gene on the X chromosome. A compound mutation (364insACA; 460G→A) was detected in 8 patients (19.5%, P = 0.01) and a 1044T→A substitution was found in 1 patient (2.4%, P 〉 0.05). All three variations led to changes in the coding amino acids. Two substitutions predict some changes: 460G→ A changes a valine into an isoleucine, and 1044T → A substitutes a leucine for a phenylalanine. Another insertion of three nucleotides ACA causes an insertion of threonine. No other changes were found in the remaining patients and fertile controls. Conclusion: The USP26 gene might be of importance in male reproduction. Mutations in this gene might be associated with male infertility, and might negatively affect testicular function. The current study investigated the association between P300 component and Internet addiction disorder. We found that individuals with Internet addiction disorder exhibited significantly longer P300 latencies than controls (N2: P = 0.035; P3a: P = 0.031 P3b: P = 0.043) and similar P300 amplitudes compared to control participants. After 3 months of cognitive behavioral therapy, P300 latencies decreased significantly in the P3a and P3b (P3a: P = 0.045; P3b: P = 0.062). These results suggest that deficits in cognitive function may be involved in Internet addiction disorder, and that clinical psychological treatment may be effective.展开更多

The effect of TMC/Nd (molar ratio) and polymerization conditions were ...Ring-opening polymerization of trimethylene carbonate (TMC) with a rare earth calixarene compound as catalyst has been studied for the first time. The effect of TMC/Nd (molar ratio) and polymerization conditions were investigated in detail. It was found that calix[8]arene-neodymium is a highly effective catalyst for the bulk polymerization of TMC and gives high molecular weight (M-v = 60,000) polymer. The optimum conditions of TMC polymerization were found to be as follows:TMC/Nd (molar ratio) = 2,000, 80 degrees C, 16 h. The polymers were characterized by NMR, GPC and DSC. Studying the mechanism by NMR showed that the polymerization of TMC catalyzed by calix[8]arene-neodymium proceeds via a cationic mechanism.展开更多

Static stability tests have shown that VOPO4 precipitation occurs only with vanadium(V) electrolyte. The concentration of vanadium ion of 2.0–2.2 mol·L^(–1), phosphoric acid of 0.10–0.15 mol·L^(–1), and sulfuric acid of 2.5–3.0 mol·L^(–1) are suitable for a vanadium redox flow battery in the temperature range from –20 to 50 ℃. The equations for predicting the viscosity and conductivity of electrolytes are obtained by the response surface method. The optimized electrolyte overcomes precipitation generation. It has 2.8 times higher energy density than the non-phosphate electrolyte, and a coulomb efficiency of 94.0% at 50 ℃. The sulfate-phosphoric mixed acid system electrolyte promotes the electrode reaction process, increases the current density, and reduces the resistance. This work systematically optimizes the concentrations of composition of positive and negative vanadium electrolytes with mixed sulfate-phosphoric acid. It provides a basis for the different valence states and comprehensive properties of sulfate-phosphoric mixed acid system vanadium electrolytes under extreme environments, guiding engineering applications.展开更多
The vanadium redox flow battery with a safe and capacity-controllable large-scale energy storage system offers a new method for the sustainability.In this case,acetic acid,methane sulfonic acid,sulfonic acid,amino met...The vanadium redox flow battery with a safe and capacity-controllable large-scale energy storage system offers a new method for the sustainability.In this case,acetic acid,methane sulfonic acid,sulfonic acid,amino methane sulfonic acid,and taurine are used to overcome the low electrolyte energy density and stability limitations,as well as to investigate the effects of various organic functional groups on the vanadium redox flow battery.When compared to the pristine electrolyte(0.22 Ah,5.0 Wh·L^(−1),85.0%),the results show that taurine has the advantage of maintaining vanadium ion concentrations,discharge capacity(1.43 Ah),energy density(33.9 Wh·L^(−1)),and energy efficiency(90.5%)even after several cycles.The acetic acid electrolyte is more conducive to the low-temperature stability of the V(II)electrolyte(177 h at−25℃)than pristine(82 h at−2℃).The−SO_(3)H group,specifically the coaction of the−NH_(2)and−SO_(3)H groups,improves electrolyte stability.The−NH_(2)and−COOH additive groups improved conductivity and electrochemical activity.展开更多
