<strong>Objective:</strong> <span style="font-family:""><span style="font-family:Verdana;">To explore the inverted T-shaped flap nursing after breast-conserving surgery...<strong>Objective:</strong> <span style="font-family:""><span style="font-family:Verdana;">To explore the inverted T-shaped flap nursing after breast-conserving surgery combined with the reverse double V-shaped mastoconstriction suspension for breast cancer, and summarizes the nursing methods and experience. </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Method: </span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">5 patients who underwent reverse double V-shaped mastoconstriction suspension and formed inverted T-shaped flap incision were selected from the same medical group in the Department of Breast Cancer of Sun Yat-sen University’s Cancer Center from February 1, 2019 to April 30, 2019, and they were evaluated for the recovery of blood supply of skin flap, sensory function of nipple and areola, breast satisfaction, etc. </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Results: </span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Among the 5 patients in this group, the flaps of them all survived smoothly. The one-year follow-up after the operation showed that they were satisfied with the appearance of the breast after the operation, with normal sensory function, and no secondary sagging. </span><b><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Conclusion:</span></b><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> The most important thing about the </span><a name="_Hlk80007513"></a><span style="font-family:Verdana;">inverted T-shaped flap after the reverse double V-shaped mastoconstriction suspension for breast cancer is the blood supply. Close observation of the condition of the skin flap after the operation, strengthening the care of the skin flap, and preventing infection are the keys to the success of the operation.</span></span>展开更多

However, the nutrition of breast cancer patients has not been taken seriously. As a result, some patients cannot tolerate treatment due to poor nutrition, thus affecting the prognosis. This study aims to introduce a typical case to explore the whole-course</span><span style="font-family:""> </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">(started at admission and ended 5 years after surgery)</span><span style="font-family:""> </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">and Multidisciplinary Teams (MDTs)</span><span style="font-family:""> </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">(comprising physician, primary nurse, case manager, nutrition liaison and nutrition specialist nurse)</span><span style="font-family:""> </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">nutritional management mode of breast cancer patients. The patient successfully completed the scheduled treatment by implementing the whole-course and multidisciplinary nutrition management. Iron telluride‐selenium superconducting materials,known for their non‐toxicity,ease of preparation,simple structure,and high upper critical fields,have attracted much research interest in practical application.In th...Iron telluride‐selenium superconducting materials,known for their non‐toxicity,ease of preparation,simple structure,and high upper critical fields,have attracted much research interest in practical application.In this work,we conducted electrical transport measurements,magneto‐optical imaging,and AC magnetic susceptibil-ity measurements on FeTe_(0.5)Se_(0.5)superconducting long tapes fabricated via reel‐to‐reel pulsed laser deposition.Our transport measurements revealed a high critical current density that remains relatively stable even with increasing external magnetic fields,reaching over 1×10^(5)A/cm^(2)at 8 K and 9 T.The calculated pinning force density indicates that normal point pinning is the primary mechanism in these tapes.The magneto‐optical images demonstrated that the tapes show homogeneous superconductivity and uniform distribution of critical current density.The AC magnetic susceptibility measurements also confirmed their strong flux pinning nature of withstanding high magnetic field.Based on these characteristics,FeTe_(0.5)Se_(0.5)superconducting tapes show promising prospects for applications under high magnetic field.展开更多
