将科学前沿案例引入课堂教学,不仅有助于阐明基础研究的实际应用价值,同时也能激发学生的好奇心,培养他们对前沿知识的探索热情。自由基化学作为有机化学的重要组成部分,因其本身具有高反应活性、反应机理复杂、产物多样等特点,一直被... 将科学前沿案例引入课堂教学,不仅有助于阐明基础研究的实际应用价值,同时也能激发学生的好奇心,培养他们对前沿知识的探索热情。自由基化学作为有机化学的重要组成部分,因其本身具有高反应活性、反应机理复杂、产物多样等特点,一直被认为是有机化学学习中的重点与难点。近年来,有机自由基凭借其独特的窄带隙结构特征,在生物医学诊疗领域取得了一系列突破性进展,并成为国内外研究的热点。然而,自由基作为一类含有未成对电子的特殊化学物种,通常表现出动力学和热力学的不稳定性,这在很大程度上限制了其实际应用。鉴于此,本文探讨了稳定有机自由基的结构类型与合成策略,并进一步阐述了自由基材料在生物医学精准诊断和光诱导治疗领域的潜在应用前景。通过将最新的自由基研究成果融入课堂教学,有助于增强学生对该领域的理解和掌握。 展开更多

Regulated cell death is a genetically determined form of programmed cell death that commonly occurs during the development of living organisms.This process plays a crucial role in modulating homeostasis and is evolutionarily conserved across a diverse range of living organisms.Ferroptosis is a classic regulatory mode of cell death.Extensive studies of regulatory cell death in Alzheimer’s disease have yielded increasing evidence that fe rroptosis is closely related to the occurrence,development,and prognosis of Alzheimer’s disease.This review summarizes the molecular mechanisms of ferroptosis and recent research advances in the role of ferro ptosis in Alzheimer’s disease.Our findings are expected to serve as a theoretical and experimental foundation for clinical research and targeted therapy for Alzheimer’s disease. 展开更多

花生侵脉新赤壳菌果腐病生防芽孢杆菌的分离鉴定及防病效果 被引量:10

【目的】为了分离鉴定对花生侵脉新赤壳菌果腐病病原菌Neocosmospora vasinfecta具有抑制作用的根际芽孢杆菌。【方法】利用平板稀释法从花生的根际土壤分离芽孢杆菌,再采用平板对峙法筛选出对N.vasinfecta具有抑制作用的根际芽孢杆菌,... 【目的】为了分离鉴定对花生侵脉新赤壳菌果腐病病原菌Neocosmospora vasinfecta具有抑制作用的根际芽孢杆菌。【方法】利用平板稀释法从花生的根际土壤分离芽孢杆菌,再采用平板对峙法筛选出对N.vasinfecta具有抑制作用的根际芽孢杆菌,通过形态观察、生理生化特性和分子生物学相结合的多相分类方法对生防根际芽孢杆菌进行分类鉴定,检测脂肽类抗生素合成基因类型,并进行花生侵脉新赤壳菌果腐病的田间防治试验。【结果】从花生根际土壤中分离到28株芽孢杆菌,其中对花生果腐病病原菌具有明显抑制作用有8株。多相分类法结果显示2株为枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis),6株为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(B.amyloliquefaciens)。脂肽类抗生素合成基因检测显示,8株生防芽孢杆菌含有至少1种脂肽类抗生素,其中所有生防菌均含有丰原素B合成基因,推测这些芽孢杆菌对N.vasinfecta的抑制机制可能与脂肽类抗生素的合成相关。田间防病实验结果显示,B.amyloliquefaciens GF-3和GF-22制备的生物有机肥均能有效降低NPRP的发病指数,其防治效率分别为32.35%和79.41%,增产率分别为19.12%和25.85%。【结论】分离鉴定了2株对花生侵脉新赤壳菌果腐病具有明显防治效果的根际芽孢杆菌,这不仅为花生侵脉新赤壳菌果腐病的生防制剂研制提供了菌株,还为研究防治机理奠定了基础。 展开更多

An improved self-mixing grating interferometer based on the Littrow structure has been proposed in this Letter to measure displacement.The grating is integrated inside the interferometer to reduce the impact on the vibration parameters of the object caused by the grating attached to the vibrating object.The+1 st diffracted light returns to the laser cavity after being reflected by the target object,and self-mixing interference occurs.The displacement can be reconstructed by processing the self-mixing signals.The feasibility of the proposed interferometer is demonstrated by experimental measurements,and results show that it can achieve micro displacement measurement with the maximum absolute errors of less than 50 nm. 展开更多

Crop type mapping using remote sensing is critical for global agricultural monitoring and food security.However,the complexity of crop planting patternsand spatial heterogeneity pose significant challenges to field data collection,thereby limiting the accuracy of remotely sensed crop mapping.This study proposed a new approach for rapidly collecting field crop data by integrating unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)images with the YOLOv3(You Only Look Once version 3)algorithm.The impacts of UAV flight altitude and the number of training samples on the accuracy of crop identification models were investigated using peanut,soybean,and maize as examples.The results showed that the average Fl-score for crop type detection accuracy reached 0.91 when utilizing UAV images captured at an altitude of 20 m.In addition,a positive correlation was observed between identification accuracy and the number of training samples.The model developed in this study can rapidly and automatically identify crop types from UAV images,which significantly improves the survey efficiency and provides an innovative solution for acquiring field crop data in large areas. 展开更多
