Sodium metal batteries(SMBs)are promising candidates for next-generation energy storage devices owing to their excellent safety performance and natural abunda nce of sodium.However,the insurmountable obstacles of dendrite formation and quick capacity decay are caused by an unstable and inhomogeneous solid electrolyte interphase that resulted from the immediate interactions between the Na metal anode and organic liquid electrolyte.Herein,a customised glass fibre separator coupled with chitosan(CS@GF)was developed to modulate the sodium ion(Na^(+))flux.The CS@GF separator facilitates the Na+homogeneous deposition on the anode side through redistribution at the chitosan polyactive sites and by inhibiting the decomposition of the electrolyte to robust solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)formation.Multiphysics simulations show that chitosan incorporated into SMBs through the separator can make the local electric field around the anode uniform,thus facilitating the transfer of cations.Na|Na symmetric cells utilising a CS@GF separator exhibited an outstanding cycle stability of over 600 h(0.5 mA cm^(-2)).Meanwhile,the Na|Na_(3)V_(5)(PO_(4))_(3)full cell exhibited excellent fast-charging performance(93.47%capacity retention after 1500 cycles at 5C).This study presents a promising strategy for inhibiting dendrite growth and realizes stable Na metal batteries,which significantly boosts the development of high-performance SMBs. 展开更多

Addressing Uncertainty in Temporal and Spatial Scheduling for Farm Machinery Operation

Uncertain influen... Uncertainty is an important characteristic of scheduling model for scale farm machinery operation organizing. Practice shows that scheduling model without considering uncertainties is nearly useless. Uncertain influence factors arisen from natural environment, society and economy, market and supply, and customer and behavior, exist widely, emerge frequently, and affect production deeply. Uncertainties interfere with the allocation of productive factors on temporal and spatial dimensions for farm machinery operation scheduling and management. Questionnaire for farm machinery organizations was designed and finished in 2014. Both occurrence frequency and influence degree for each factor were quantified. Four influence factors including operation location change, weather mutation, parts supply delay, and operation skill defects appear in both list of high occurrence and deep influence. Then results of questionnaire and results of specific investigation were used to study temporal and spatial scheduling model and system for farm machinery management. Three case studies are introduced. The first case is about the uncertainty and countermeasure of forage harvesters scheduling and monitoring for a professional forage plantation company. The second case is about the uncertainty and counter measure of cotton-picker scheduling and monitoring for a professional cotton picking company. And the third case is about the uncertainty and countermeasure of social service management for a professional cooperative. The cases show that the research has strong pertinence to deal with uncertainties and can improve management efficiency of farm machinery operation. 展开更多

Due to the advantages of large workspace,low cost and the integrated vision/force sensing,robotic milling has become an important way for machining of complex parts.In recent years,many scholars have studied the problems existing in the applications of robotic milling,and lots of results have been made in the dynamics,pose planning,deformation control etc.,which provides theoretical guidance for high precision and high efficiency of robotic milling.From the perspective of complex parts robotic milling,this paper focuses on machining process planning and control techniques including the analysis of the robot-workspace,robot trajectory planning,vibration monitoring and control,deformation monitoring and compensation.As well as the principles of these technologies such as robot stiffness characteristics,dynamic characteristics,chatter mechanisms,and deformation mechanisms.The methods and characteristics related to the theory and technology of robotic milling of complex parts are summarized systematically.The latest research progress and achievements in the relevant fields are reviewed.It is hoped that the challenges,strategies and development related to robotic milling could be clarified through the carding work in this paper,so as to promote the application of related theories and technologies in high efficiency and precision intelligent milling with robot for complex parts. 展开更多

In VTI media,the conventional inversion methods based on the existing approximation formulas are difficult to accurately estimate the anisotropic parameters of reservoirs,even more so for unconventional reservoirs with strong seismic anisotropy.Theoretically,the above problems can be solved by utilizing the exact reflection coefficients equations.However,their complicated expression increases the difficulty in calculating the Jacobian matrix when applying them to the Bayesian deterministic inversion.Therefore,the new reduced approximation equations starting from the exact equations are derived here by linearizing the slowness expressions.The relatively simple form and satisfactory calculation accuracy make the reduced equations easy to apply for inversion while ensuring the accuracy of the inversion results.In addition,the blockiness constraint,which follows the differentiable Laplace distribution,is added to the prior model to improve contrasts between layers.Then,the concept of GLI and an iterative reweighted least-squares algorithm is combined to solve the objective function.Lastly,we obtain the iterative solution expression of the elastic parameters and anisotropy parameters and achieve nonlinear AVA inversion based on the reduced equations.The test results of synthetic data and field data show that the proposed method can accurately obtain the VTI parameters from prestack AVA seismic data. 展开更多

AIM To investigate the protective mechanism of mitofusin-2 (Mfn2) in rat remote ischemic perconditioning (RIC) models and revalidate it in alpha mouse liver-12 (AML-12) hypoxia cell lines. METHODS Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into three groups (n = 6 each): sham, orthotopic liver transplantation and RIC. After operation, blood samples were collected to test alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase. The liver lobes were harvested for histopathological examination, western blotting (WB) and quantitative real-time (qRT)-PCR. AML-12 cell lines were then subjected to normal culture, anoxic incubator tank culture (hypoxia) and anoxic incubator tank culture with Mfn2 knockdown (hypoxia + Si), and data of qRT-PCR, WB, mitochondrial membrane potential (Delta psi m), apoptosis, endoplasmic reticulum Ca2+ concentrations and mitochondrial Ca2+ concentrations were collected. RESULTS Both sham and normal culture groups showed no injury during the experiment. The RIC group showed amelioration of liver function compared with the orthotopic liver transplantation group (P < 0.05). qRTPCR and WB confirmed that Mfn2-mitochondrial Ca2+ uptake 1/2 (MICUs) axis was changed (P < 0.005). In AML-12 cell lines, compared with the hypoxia group, the hypoxia + Si group attenuated the collapse of..m and apoptosis (P < 0.005). The endoplasmic reticulum Ca2+ decrease and mitochondrial Ca2+ overloading observed in the hypoxia group were also attenuated in the hypoxia + Si group (P < 0.005). Finally, qRT-PCR and WB confirmed the Mfn2-MICUs axis change in all the groups (P < 0.005). CONCLUSION Mfn2 participates in liver injury in rat RIC models and AML-12 hypoxia cell lines by regulating the MICUs pathway. 展开更多

Background: With the increased use of extended-criteria donors, static cold storage has failed to provide optimal preservation of liver grafts, resulting in early allograft dysfunction and long-term complications Machine perfusion(MP) is a beneficial alternative preservation strategy for donor livers, particularly fo those considered to be of suboptimal quality, and could expand the limited donor pool. Data sources: A comprehensive search in Pub Med, EMBASE, Ovid databases and Clinical Trials.gov website was conducted using the medical subject heading terms "machine perfusion", "machine preservation""liver transplantation", combined with free text terms such as "hypothermic", "normothermic" and "sub normothermic". The deadline for the search was September 30, 2017. Results: MP can be classified as hypothermic, subnormothermic, and normothermic with the tempera ture maintained at 0–12 °C, 25–34 °C and 35–38 °C, respectively. Twelve clinical trials of MP have been reported in recent years. MP effectively decreased AST/ALT level and the incidence of early allograft dys function. However, the graft and patient survival rate after MP were similar to static cold storage. The detailed clinical characteristics such as liver function, graft survival, patient survival and early allograf dysfunction were reviewed.Conclusions: Clinical trial results showed that MP improves delayed graft function, primary non-function and biliary strictures. However, MP still requires validation in large clinical trials and the key parameters during MP still require optimization. 展开更多

AIM:To investigate the relationship between high myopia [with or without complete congenital stationary night blindness(CSNB1)] and TRPM1 and NYX.METHODS: Two unrelated families with early-onset high myopia(eo HM) and 96 normal controls were recruited.Sanger sequencing or clone sequencing were used for mutation screening.Further analyses of the available family members and the 96 normal controls were subsequently conducted to obtain additional evidence of the pathogenicity of these variants.The initial diagnosis of the probands was eo HM.We performed a further comprehensive examination of the available family members after mutations were detected in TRPM1 or NYX. RESULTS: Two novel compound heterozygous mutations in TRPM1 were detected in the recruited families.The proband in family A with eo HM carried a c.2594 C 〉T missense mutation in exon 19 and a c.669 +3_669 +6del AAGT splicing mutation,which was co-segregated with CSNB1 in this family.A patient in family B with a compound heterozygous missense mutation(c.3262 G〉A and c.3250 T〉C) was detected.No mutations were found in NYX.These two identified compound heterozygous mutations were not found in the 96 normal controls.After further examination of the family members,the patients in family A could be diagnosed as eo HM with CSNB1.However due to the limited clinic data,the patient in family B cloud not clearly diagnosed as CSNB1.CONCLUSION: This study has expanded the mutation spectrum of TRPM1 for CSNB1 and additional studiesare needed to elucidate the association between isolated high myopia and TRPM1 and NYX. 展开更多

Background:Wernicke encephalopathy(WE)is an acute neurological disease resulting from vitamin B1 deficiency,and there are only very few case reports of WE after liver transplantation.The present study aimed to investigate the clinical characteristics,etiology,magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)features,treatment and prognosis of patients with WE after liver transplantation.Methods:Twenty-three patients with WE after liver transplantation from the First Affiliated Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine and Jiangxi Provincial People’s Hospital between January 2011 and December 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Among the 23 patients diagnosed with WE after liver transplantation,6(26%)had a classic triad of impaired consciousness,oculomotor palsy and ataxia,and 17(74%)had two features.The misdiagno-sis rate was 65%.After treatment with high-dose vitamin B1,19(83%)patients showed improvement,whereas 4(17%)showed no improvement,including 3 with residual short-term memory impairments and 1 with residual spatial and temporal disorientation and ataxia.Conclusions:The misdiagnosis rate is high in the early stage of WE,and the prognosis is closely asso-ciated with whether WE is diagnosed early and treated timely.High-dose glucose or glucocorticoids can trigger WE and cannot be administered before vitamin B1 treatment.Vitamin B1 is suggested to be used as a prophylactic treatment for patients with WE after liver transplantation. 展开更多

2,4-dinitroanisole(DNAN)is a good replacement for 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene(TNT)in melt-cast explosives due to its superior insensitivity.With the increasing use of DNAN-based melt-cast explosives,the prediction of reacti... 2,4-dinitroanisole(DNAN)is a good replacement for 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene(TNT)in melt-cast explosives due to its superior insensitivity.With the increasing use of DNAN-based melt-cast explosives,the prediction of reaction violence and hazard assessment of the explosives subjected to shock is of great significance.This study investigated the shock initiation characteristics for a DNAN-based melt-cast explosive,DHFA,using the one-dimensional Lagrangian apparatus.The embedded manganin gauges in the apparatus record the pressure histories at four Lagrangian positions and show that shock-todetonation transition in DHFA needs a high input shock pressure.The experimental data are analyzed to calibrate the Ignition and Growth model.The calibration is performed using an objective function based on both pressure history and the arrival time of shock.Good agreement between experimental and calculated pressure histories indicates the high accuracy of the calibrated parameters with the optimization method. 展开更多

Dear Editor,Tuberculosis(TB)is an infectious disease which has been considered as a global public health emergency problem during the past 25y.The World Health Organization has estimated that approximately one-third of the world’s population are infected by TB.However,only 10%of patients with TB is symptomatic.TB can affect multiple organs throughout the body.Eighty percent of those infected are pulmonary TB.Ocular TB can occur with or without lung or other systemic TB.It is a rare extrapulmonary form of the disease and occupied about 3.5%–5%of all of the TB.It should not be disregarded as its potential influence on vision loss.The intraocular and/or extraocular structures could be impacted by ocular TB[1].Uvea was the most common affected structure[2]. 展开更多

Stabilities of supersonic jets are examined with different velocities, momentum thicknesses, and core temperatures. Amplification rates of instability waves at inlet are evaluated by linear stability theory (LST). It is found that increased velocity and core temperature would increase amplification rates substantially and such influence varies for different azimuthal wavenumbers. The most unstable modes in thin momentum thickness cases usually have higher frequencies and azimuthal wavenumbers. Mode switching is observed for low azimuthal wavenumbers, but it appears merely in high velocity cases. In addition, the results provided by linear parabolized stability equations show that the mean-flow divergence affects the spatial evolution of instability waves greatly. The most amplified instability waves globally are sometimes found to be different from that given by LST. 展开更多

目的观察儿童尤因肉瘤(ES)常规超声及超声造影(CEUS)表现。方法回顾性纳入经病理学确诊的15例ES患儿,分析其常规超声及CEUS特征。结果15例ES中,骨尤因肉瘤(ESB)7例、骨外尤因肉瘤(EES)8例;14例单发肿物,最大径中位数7.50 cm,1例为腹腔... 目的观察儿童尤因肉瘤(ES)常规超声及超声造影(CEUS)表现。方法回顾性纳入经病理学确诊的15例ES患儿,分析其常规超声及CEUS特征。结果15例ES中,骨尤因肉瘤(ESB)7例、骨外尤因肉瘤(EES)8例;14例单发肿物,最大径中位数7.50 cm,1例为腹腔多发肿物。超声显示肿物形态不规则、边界欠清,7例呈中等回声、6例呈低回声,2例为囊实性;CDFI显示11例存在少许血流信号、2例血流丰富、1例稍丰富,1例未见血流信号。7例接受CEUS,肿物均呈快速高增强、快速廓清,4例见散在无增强区。结论ES常规超声表现具有一定特异性,CEUS呈“快进快出”并可伴坏死。 展开更多

In this paper, we investigate the microfluid induced vibration of a nanotube in thermal environment. Attention is focused on a special case that the law of energy equipartition is unreliable unless the quantum effect is taken into account. A nonlocal luler-Bernoulli beam model is used to model the transverse vibration of a single-walled nanotube (SWCNT). Results reveal that the root of mean squared (RMS) amplitude of thermal vibration of the fluid-conveying SWCNT predicted from the quantum theory is lower than that predicted from the law of energy equipartition. The quantum effect on the thermal vibration of the fluid-conveying SWCNT is more significant for the cases of higher-order modes, lower flow velocity, lower temperature, and lower fluid density. 展开更多
