Helicobacter pylori infection may result in poor gastric cleanliness in magnetically controlled capsule gastroscopy examination: A singlecenter retrospective study 被引量:1

Objective:Magnetically controlled capsule gastroscopy(MCCG)is an effective method for screening gastric diseases;however,its performance may be affected by gastric cleanliness.We aimed to explore the correlation between Helicobacter pylori infection and the degree of gastric cleanliness in the MCCG.Methods:This retrospective study enrolled 297 participants from October 2020 to April 2024 at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine.Participant characteristics,MCCG examination results,and(13)C-urea breath test(C13-UBT)results were collected.The gastric cleanliness in MCCG examinations was assessed using a gastric cleanliness score.Binary logistic regression was used to analyze the relationships among participant characteristics,H.pylori infection,and gastric cleanliness.Chi-square tests and Fisher's exact tests were used to analyze the relationships among gastric lesions,H.pylori infection,and gastric cleanliness.Results:Among the participants,24.2%had H.pylori infection,and 17.5%had poor gastric cleanliness.Hypertension(odds ratio[OR]:2.63;95%confidence interval[CI]:1.36e5.09;p?0.004)was associated with a greater likelihood of H.pylori infection.H.pylori infection(OR:3.76;95%CI:1.99e7.09;p<0.001)was an independent risk factor for poor gastric cleanliness in the MCCG.A significant disparity was noted in the prevalence of focal erosions(p<0.001),gastric ulcers(p?0.001),and positive gastric lesions(p?0.027)between the 2 groups with and without H.pylori infection.The proportion of positive gastric lesions was not significantly different between the good gastric cleanliness group and the poor gastric cleanliness group(25.7%vs.21.2%;p?0.490).Conclusion:The findings of this study revealed that H.pylori infection was associated with hypertension.H.pylori infection may lead to poor gastric cleanliness.Institutions are advised to perform C13-UBT before MCCG,and participants should be informed of the risk of poor gastric cleanliness if the results are positive.The decision to perform H.pylori eradication before MCCG should take into account patient willingness and the benefit-to-risk ratio. 展开更多

Upscale Convective Growth Prevailing on the Monsoon Coast with Changing Atmospheric Conditions and Local Forcings

Active atmospheric convection on the monsoon coast is crucial for the Earth’s climate system.In particular,the upscale convective growth(UCG)from ordinary isolated convection to organized convective system is a key process causing severe weather,but its activities on the monsoon coast are less understood because of the lack of fine-resolution datasets.For the first time,we present the climatology of UCG on a typical monsoon coast using kilometer-mesh radar data from southern China.The UCG undergoes pronounced subseasonal and diurnal variations in the early-summer rainy season.The subseasonal UCG increase is attributed to the onshore flows shifting from easterlies in April to monsoon southwesterlies in June.UCG becomes vigorous following summer monsoon onset,with hotspots near windward coastal mountains.Daytime UCG first peaks near noontime along coastal land,where onshore flows are destabilized by boundary-layer heating and mountains.Afternoon inland peaks and off-coast minimums are recognized due to land–sea thermal contrast and sea-breeze circulation.Nighttime UCG is revived at the coast by nocturnally enhanced southerlies,followed by offshore activity as the convergence of land-breeze northerlies shifts seaward.The UCG thus responds strongly to changing atmospheric conditions,land heating/cooling,and thermally driven local circulations.Our results may help clarify the predictability of monsoon coastal convection. 展开更多

超早产儿坏死性小肠结肠炎组织坏死的菌群微环境特征与临床表型谱相关性研究

目的本研究旨在探讨超早产儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)术中小肠内容物的菌群特征及其与组织坏死程度的相关性,以期为NEC的发病机制及治疗策略提供新的视角。方法本研究纳入2015年4月至2025年4月在医院接受手术治疗的30例NEC超早产儿,根据... 目的本研究旨在探讨超早产儿坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)术中小肠内容物的菌群特征及其与组织坏死程度的相关性,以期为NEC的发病机制及治疗策略提供新的视角。方法本研究纳入2015年4月至2025年4月在医院接受手术治疗的30例NEC超早产儿,根据组织坏死程度分为轻度坏死组(n=8)、中度坏死组(n=12)和重度坏死组(n=10)。收集患儿的临床资料和术中小肠内容物样本,检测临床特征指标、血液指标,并进行肠道菌群多样性分析和相关性分析。结果重度坏死组的胎龄、出生体重和Apgar评分均显著低于轻度坏死组(P<0.05)。随着坏死程度的加重,发病日龄逐渐提前,腹壁红斑、低血压和气腹的发生率显著升高。重度坏死组的发病日龄、腹壁红斑、低血压和气腹发生率均显著高于轻度坏死组(P<0.05)。血小板计数逐渐降低,CRP浓度逐渐升高,血钠水平在中度坏死组显著升高,而在重度坏死组显著降低。重度坏死组的血小板计数、CRP浓度和血钠水平与轻度坏死组相比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。随着坏死程度的加重,肠道菌群的多样性逐渐降低。轻度坏死组的Shannon指数为3.85±0.62,中度坏死组为2.91±0.53重度坏死组为1.76±0.48,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。潜在致病菌(如肺炎克雷伯菌属、大肠埃希菌属)的相对丰度随着坏死程度的加重而升高,而有益菌(如双歧杆菌属、加氏乳杆菌)的相对丰度则降低。重度坏死组中,肺炎克雷伯菌属和大肠埃希菌属的相对丰度分别为41%和27%,显著高于轻度坏死组的18%和15%(P<0.05)。潜在致病菌与血小板计数降低、CRP升高、血钠水平异常以及临床症状(如腹壁红斑、低血压和气腹)呈正相关,而有益菌则呈负相关。结论本研究揭示了NEC患儿的临床表现、血液指标变化及肠道菌群紊乱的特点。肠道菌群的失衡可能是NEC发生发展的重要机制之一。 展开更多

Alloy-typed anode materials,endowed innately with high theoretical specific capacity,hold great promise as an alternative to intercalation-typed counterparts for alkali-ion batteries.Despite tremendous efforts devoted to addressing drastic volume change and severe pulverization issues of such anodes,the underlying mechanisms involving dynamic phase evolutions and reaction kinetics have not yet been fully comprehended.Herein,taking antimony(Sb)anode as a representative paradigm,its microscopic operating mechanisms down to the atomic scale during live(de)potassiation cycling are systematically unraveled using in situ transmission electron microscopy.Highly reversible phase transformations at single-particle level,that are Sb←→KSb_(2)←→KSb←→K_5Sb_(4)←→K_(3)Sb,were revealed during cycling.Meanwhile,multiple phase interfaces associated with different reaction kinetics coexisted and this phenomenon was properly elucidated in the context of density functional theory calculations.Impressively,previously unexplored unidirectional circulation of reaction interfaces within individual Sb particle is confirmed for both potassiation and depotassiation.Based on the empirical results,the surface diffusion-mediated potassiation-depotassiation pathways at single-particle level are suggested.This work affords new insights into energy storage mechanisms of Sb anode and valuable guidance for targeted optimization of alloy-typed anodes(not limited to Sb)toward advanced potassium-ion batteries. 展开更多

目的探讨经鼻高流量氧疗联合无创正压通气在极低出生体重儿有创机械通气撤机后的应用价值。方法选取2022年2月至2024年5月温州医科大学附属第二医院有创机械通气撤机后的80例极低出生体重儿,根据随机数字表法将其分为单一通气组和联合... 目的探讨经鼻高流量氧疗联合无创正压通气在极低出生体重儿有创机械通气撤机后的应用价值。方法选取2022年2月至2024年5月温州医科大学附属第二医院有创机械通气撤机后的80例极低出生体重儿,根据随机数字表法将其分为单一通气组和联合氧疗组,每组40例。单一通气组采用无创正压通气进行干预,联合氧疗组采用经鼻高流量氧疗联合无创正压通气进行干预。比较两组早产儿的临床症状消失时间、新生儿行为神经测定(neonatal behavioral neurological assessment,NBNA)评分、维生素D、血气指标,并评价早产儿支气管肺发育不良(broncho pulmonary dysplasia,BPD)的程度。结果联合氧疗组早产儿的临床症状消失时间、无创正压通气时间、总需氧时间均显著短于单一通气组(P<0.05)。干预14d后,两组早产儿的NBNA评分、维生素D、氧合指数、血氧饱和度均显著高于本组干预前(P<0.05);联合氧疗组早产儿的NBNA评分、维生素D、氧合指数、血氧饱和度均显著高于单一通气组(P<0.05);联合氧疗组早产儿的BPD程度显著轻于单一通气组(χ^(2)=8.571,P=0.003)。结论在极低出生体重儿有创机械通气撤机后进行经鼻高流量氧疗联合无创正压通气干预,有助于减轻炎症反应和脑损伤,改善血气指标,降低BPD程度。 展开更多

目的 本研究旨在比较乙型肝炎(简称“乙肝”)肝硬化相关性肝癌、酒精性肝硬化相关性肝癌以及乙肝合并酒精性肝硬化相关性肝癌患者的临床特点及预后差异。方法 通过电子病历系统选取福建医科大学附属第一医院2010年1月—2020年9月确诊并... 目的 本研究旨在比较乙型肝炎(简称“乙肝”)肝硬化相关性肝癌、酒精性肝硬化相关性肝癌以及乙肝合并酒精性肝硬化相关性肝癌患者的临床特点及预后差异。方法 通过电子病历系统选取福建医科大学附属第一医院2010年1月—2020年9月确诊并符合纳入标准的肝癌患者并对其进行回顾性研究,随访时间截至2024年10月。绘制Kaplan-Meier生存分析曲线,构建时间依赖Cox回归模型,分析影响肝癌患者预后的因素。结果 研究期间共纳入酒精性肝硬化相关性肝癌(酒精组)45例,乙肝合并酒精肝硬化相关性肝癌(合并组)71例。同时以约1∶1.5比例随机抽取同期符合纳入标准的乙肝肝硬化相关性肝癌患者(乙肝组)73例,总计189例。纳入人群中183例(96.8%)为男性,6例(3.2%)为女性,年龄为(55.93±10.20)岁,最终死亡人数109人(57.7%),中位生存时间12个月。3组患者中位生存时间如下:乙肝组(55个月)>酒精组(36个月)>合并组(11个月),10年病死率分别为乙肝组(42.5%)<酒精组(66.7%)<合并组(67.6%)。期间,共93例患者接受了手术切除或射频消融治疗,术后复发率为69.9%,中位复发时间8个月,中位生存时间39个月。单因素Cox回归分析提示:乙肝合并酒精性肝硬化、甲胎蛋白>1 200 ng/mL、Chid-Pugh B级和C级、巴塞罗那(Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer,BCLC)分期C期和D期以及是否接受根治性治疗(手术或射频消融)等因素与肝癌患者的预后显著相关(P<0.05)。多因素Cox回归提示:乙肝合并酒精性肝硬化(HR=1.750,95%CI:1.107~2.765,P=0.017)、BCLC分期C期和D期(HR=3.404,95%CI:2.254~5.142,P<0.001)、甲胎蛋白>1 200 ng/mL(HR=1.649,95%CI:1.060~2.564,P=0.027)与肝硬化相关肝癌患者的死亡风险独立相关。结论 相比单纯乙肝或酒精性肝硬化相关性肝癌,合并2种致病因素(乙肝合并酒精性肝硬化)的肝癌人群的中位生存时间更短,病死率更高,提示过度饮酒和HBV感染在肝癌预后中可能存在潜在协同作用。合并2种致病因素(乙肝合并酒精性肝硬化)、甲胎蛋白>1 200 ng/mL、BCLC分期C期和D期为肝癌的独立死亡危险因素。这些发现为进一步的研究和临床实践提供了重要的指导。 展开更多

Cold pools(CPs)significantly influence coastal heavy rainfall,but detailed observations of them are limited due to the lack of vertical measurement instruments.This study statistically characterizes CPs in the coastal monsoon region of South China using unique data from the 356-m-high Shenzhen Meteorological Tower.CP occurrence correlates with convective activities influenced by the summer monsoon in the seasonal variations and land–sea breeze activities in the diurnal cycle.The CPs predominantly dry the atmosphere,highlighting the dominant role of dry entrainment through convective downdrafts in their formation,with a minor role of hydrometeor evaporation.The average CP depth is estimated at 668.0 m,deeper than tropical CPs but shallower than midlatitude counterparts.The CP properties exhibit diurnal variability,largely influenced by mesoscale convective system(MCS)activities.MCS-induced CPs are deeper and more intense than those from individual convective cells,while linear-MCS-produced CPs are the most intense.These observations from the coastal monsoon region contribute to a comprehensive global understanding of CP characteristics,complementing existing studies from midlatitude and tropical regions. 展开更多

The paper aims to examine the application of multimedia technology in expanding vocabulary in second language acquisition.Incorporating innovative technology such as mobile applications,gaming applications,websites,and other related online tools has increased learners’vocabulary mastery,engagement,and motivation levels.Interactional processes like media-embedded objects,teach-learning capacity algorithms,and feedback help learners receive the course in a personalized way that considers individual learning patterns or abilities.However,there are the following challenges:accessibility issues,total reliance on technology,and issues related to privacy.The following challenges affecting learning that arise from using gadgets:the digital divide,limited device access,and environmental issues that may distract a learner in a technology-enabled environment.Moreover,the security issue for data and the ethical question of users’information remain important too.Hence,the paper provides arguments that although these technologies contribute significantly to vocabulary acquisition,the challenge that emerges should be addressed by integrating technology in teaching and learning alongside conventional methods for vocabulary acquisition,which is a practical language acquisition tool that should not be monopolized. 展开更多

绝经后女性压力性尿失禁发生现状及影响因素分析

目的分析绝经后女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的发生现状及影响因素。方法选取2022年7月至2024年6月曲靖市妇幼保健院389例绝经后女性进行研究,根据SUI诊断结果将其分为SUI组和非SUI组,采用单因素和多因素logistic回归分析绝经后女性发生SUI的... 目的分析绝经后女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的发生现状及影响因素。方法选取2022年7月至2024年6月曲靖市妇幼保健院389例绝经后女性进行研究,根据SUI诊断结果将其分为SUI组和非SUI组,采用单因素和多因素logistic回归分析绝经后女性发生SUI的影响因素。结果389例中,SUI 85例,检出率为21.85%(85/389)。单因素分析结果显示,SUI组年龄、阴道分娩、流产史、SUI家族史、慢性便秘、生殖道感染占比均高于非SUI组(P<0.05);logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄(OR=1.484,95%CI:1.124~1.959)、分娩方式(OR=4.882,95%CI:2.173~10.968)、慢性便秘(OR=3.058,95%CI:1.649~5.671)、生殖道感染(OR=2.275,95%CI:1.336~3.874)是绝经后女性发生SUI的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论绝经后女性发生SUI与年龄、分娩方式、慢性便秘及生殖道感染有关,临床应重点关注以上风险因素,加强预防措施及早期干预。 展开更多

ZL205A alloys tend to form disordered and defective microstructure due to the large solidification intervals and multi-phase.Accordingly,finding ways to effectively optimize the microstructure and mechanical performance is of great significance.In this regard,the coupling of travelling magnetic fields(TMF)with unidirectional solidification was used to continuously regulate the mushy zones of ZL205A alloys.Additionally,experiments are combined with simulations to systematically reveal the mechanisms on the optimizations at each stage of solidification process.Current findings demonstrate that different directional strong melt flows generated by TMF are responsible for these optimizations.Additionally,the effects of TMF on microstructure are different at each stage of solidification process.Specifically,downward TMF coupled with unidirectional solidification can refine and uniform the microstructure,decrease the formation of precipitation,promote the growth consistency of matrix phaseα-Al growing along the<001>crystal orientation,reduce the secondary dendrites and overlaps between dendrites,eliminate the shrinkage defects,and increase the ultimate tensile strength,yield strength,elongation and hardness from 198.3 MPa,102.2 MPa,7.5%and 82.3 kg mm^(-2)without TMF to 225.5 MPa,116.1 MPa,13.6%and 105.2 kg mm^(-2).Contrastively,although upward TMF can reduce Al3Ti and refineα-Al,it increases the formation of Al6Mn,Al2Cu,secondary dendrites,overlaps between dendrites,and shrinkage defects;then it deflects and disorders the growth ofα-Al,further to decrease the overall performance of alloys. 展开更多

Porosity is a major casting defect in alloys with large solidification intervals due to the disordered microstructure and broad mushy zones,which decreases badly the mechanical performance.Hence,finding ways to effectively reduce the porosity,further to optimize microstructure and mechanical performance is of great significance.In this regard,the Al-Cu-based alloys with large solidification intervals are continuously processed by coupling the travelling magnetic fields(TMF)with sequential solidification.Additionally,experiments combined with simulations are utilized to comprehensively analyze the mechanism of TMF on the reduction in porosity,including shrinkage porosity and gas porosity,from different perspectives.Current findings determine that downward TMF can effectually optimize together the porosity,microstructure and performance,by inducing the strong long-range directional melt flows,stabilizing the mushy zones,and optimizing the feeding channels and exhaust paths,as well as increasing the driving force of degassing process.Eventually,downward TMF can increase the ultimate tensile strength,yield strength,elongation and hardness from 175.2 MPa,87.5 MPa,13.3%and 80.2 kg mm^(-2) without TMF to 218.6 MPa,109.3 MPa,15.6%and 95.5 kg mm^(-2),while reduce the total porosity from0.95%to 0.18%.However,Up-TMF exerts negative effects on the optimization of porosity,microstructure and performance due to the opposite strong directional magnetic force and melt flows.Overall,our study provides an effective way to optimize together the porosity,microstructure and mechanical performance,and reveals their relationship,as well as details the relevant mechanisms of TMF on the porosity reduction from different perspectives. 展开更多

The effects of cryogenic thermal cycling on deformation behaviour and structural variation of{[(Fe_(0.5)Co_(0.5))_(0.75)B_(0.2)Si_(0.05)]_(96)Nb_(4)}_(99.9)Cu_(0.1) bulk metallic glass(BMG)were studied and compared with Cufree[(Fe_(0.5)Co_(0.5))_(0.75)B_(0.2)Si_(0.05)]_(96)Nb_(4) BMG.After thermal-cycled treatment between 393 K and cryogenic temperature,the{[(Fe_(0.5)Co_(0.5))_(0.75)B_(0.2)Si_(0.05)]_(96)Nb_(4)}_(99.9)Cu_(0.1)BMG obtained a plastic strain of 7.4%combined with a high yield strength of 4350 MPa.The excellent soft magnetic properties were maintained after CTC treatment.The minor addition of Cu element results in an initial nano-sized heterogeneity in the matrix,which facilitates the rejuvenation process during thermal cycling,and brings to a low optimal thermal temperature of 393 K,making the{[(Fe_(0.5)Co_(0.5))_(0.75)B_(0.2)Si_(0.05)]_(96)Nb_(4)}_(99.9)Cu_(0.1) BMG more attractive in industrial application.During thermal cycling,the formation of more soft regions leads to the increase of structural heterogeneities,which is beneficial to the initiation of shear transition zones and the formation of multiple shear bands,and thus results in the enhancement of plasticity.This study links the subtle variation of specific structure with macroscopic mechanical properties,and provides a new insight of composition selection for cryogenic thermal cycling treatment. 展开更多

Basic helix–loop–helix(bHLH)proteins play pivotal roles in plant growth,development,and stress responses.However,the molecular and functional properties of bHLHs have not been fully characterized.In this study,a novel XI subgroup of the bHLH protein gene RcbHLH59 was isolated and identified in rose(Rosa sp.).This gene was induced by salinity stress in both rose leaves and roots,and functioned as a transactivator.Accordingly,silencing RcbHLH59 affected the antioxidant system,^(Na+/K+)balance,and photosynthetic system,thereby reducing salt tolerance,while the transient overexpression of RcbHLH59 improved salinity stress tolerance.Additionally,RcbLHLH59 was found to regulate the expression of sets of pathogenesis-related(PR)genes in RcbHLH59-silenced(TRV-RcbHLH59)and RcbHLH59-overexpressing(RcbHLH59-OE)rose plants.The RcPR4/1 and RcPR5/1 transcript levels showed opposite changes in the TRVRcbHLH59 and RcbHLH59-OE lines,suggesting that these two genes are regulated by RcbHLH59.Further analysis revealed that RcbHLH59 binds to the promoters of RcPR4/1 and RcPR5/1,and that the silencing of RcPR4/1 or RcPR5/1 led to decreased tolerance to salinity stress.Moreover,callose degradation-and deposition-related genes were impaired in RcPR4/1-or RcPR5/1-silenced plants,which displayed a salt tolerance phenotype by balancing the ^(Na+/K+)ratio through callose deposition.Collectively,our data highlight a new RcbLHLH59-RcPRs module that positively regulates salinity stress tolerance by balancing Na^(+)/K^(+)and through callose deposition in rose plants. 展开更多

A method to tighten the cloud screening thresholds based on local conditions is used to provide more stringent schemes for Orbiting Carbon Observatory-2(OCO-2)cloud screening algorithms.Cloud screening strategies are essential to remove scenes with significant cloud and/or aerosol contamination from OCO-2 observations,which helps to save on the data processing cost and ensure high quality retrievals of the column-averaged CO2 dry air mole fraction(XCO2).Based on the radiance measurements in the 0.76μm O2A band,1.61μm(weak),and 2.06μm(strong)CO2 bands,the current combination of the A-Band Preprocessor(ABP)algorithm and Iterative Maximum A Posteriori(IMAP)Differential Optical Absorption Spectroscopy(DOAS)Preprocessor(IDP)algorithm passes around 20%-25%of all soundings,which means that some contaminated scenes also pass the screening process.In this work,three independent pairs of threshold parameters used in the ABP and IDP algorithms are sufficiently tuned until the overall pass rate is close to the monthly clear-sky fraction from the MODIS cloud mask.The tightened thresholds are applied to observations over land surfaces in Europe and Japan in 2016.The results show improvement of agreement and positive predictive value compared to the collocated MODIS cloud mask,especially in summer and fall.In addition,analysis indicates that XCO2 retrievals with more stringent thresholds are in closer agreement with measurements from collocated Total Carbon Column Observing Network(TCCON)sites. 展开更多

为鉴定从黑龙江省扶余市麦穗鱼腹腔内收集的绦虫裂头蚴的种类,本试验采用PCR方法分别对其核糖体内转录间隔区(ITS)和线粒体细胞色素C氧化酶亚基Ⅰ(COⅠ)基因进行扩增和序列测定。运用DNASTAR软件的MegAlign程序分析核苷酸同源性,采用邻... 为鉴定从黑龙江省扶余市麦穗鱼腹腔内收集的绦虫裂头蚴的种类,本试验采用PCR方法分别对其核糖体内转录间隔区(ITS)和线粒体细胞色素C氧化酶亚基Ⅰ(COⅠ)基因进行扩增和序列测定。运用DNASTAR软件的MegAlign程序分析核苷酸同源性,采用邻接法构建基于ITS和COⅠ基因序列的系统进化树,以此分析分离虫株种内与种间的系统发育关系。结果显示,各分离虫株的ITS1和ITS2基因与舌状绦虫(AY121751)的核苷酸序列同源性最高,分别为98.8%~100%和99.6%~99.7%;各分离虫株的COⅠ基因与肠舌状绦虫(EU241273)的核苷酸序列同源性最高,为91.2%~94.7%。基于ITS序列构建的系统进化树显示,舌状绦虫和双线绦虫的ITS序列具有高度的保守性,ITS区域可能不适宜作为区分舌状绦虫属内部种类的可靠分子标记。基于COⅠ基因构建的系统进化树显示,分离虫株与土耳其、俄罗斯和欧洲的肠舌状绦虫分离株进化关系最近。根据序列同源性和COⅠ基因进化树结果,初步将本试验所分离虫株鉴定为肠舌状绦虫。结果表明,COⅠ基因更适合于舌状绦虫属种类的鉴别。本试验为舌状绦虫的分子流行病学调查提供了参考。 展开更多

Drought(water shortage)can substantially limit the yield and economic value of rose plants(Rosa spp.).Here,we characterized the effect of exogenous calcium(Ca^(2+))on the antioxidant system and photosynthesis-related properties of rose under polyethylene glycol 6000(PEG6000)-induced drought stress.Chlorophyll levels,as well as leaf and root biomass,were significantly reduced by drought;drought also had a major effect on the enzymatic antioxidant system and increased concentrations of reactive oxygen species.Application of exogenous Ca^(2+)increased the net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance of leaves,enhanced water-use efficiency,and increased the length and width of stomata following exposure to drought.Organ-specific physiological responses were observed under different concentrations of Ca^(2+).Application of 5 mmol·L^(-1)Ca^(2+)promoted photosynthesis and antioxidant activity in the leaves,and application of 10 mmol·L^(-1)Ca^(2+)promoted antioxidant activity in the roots.Application of exogenous Ca^(2+)greatly enhanced the phenotype and photosynthetic capacity of potted rose plants following exposure to drought stress.Overall,our findings indicate that the application of exogenous Ca^(2+)enhances the drought resistance of roses by promoting physiological adaptation and that it could be used to aid the cultivation of rose plants. 展开更多
