Effective vegetation reconstruction plays a vital role in the restoration of desert ecosystems.However,in reconstruction of different vegetation types,the community characteristics,assembly processes,and functions of different soil microbial taxa under environmental changes are still disputed,which limits the understanding of the sustainability of desert restoration.Hence,we investigated the soil microbial community characteristics and functional attributes of grassland desert(GD),desert steppe(DS),typical steppe(TS),and artificial forest(AF)in the Mu Us Desert,China.Our findings confirmed the geographical conservation of soil microbial composition but highlighted decreased microbial diversity in TS.Meanwhile,the abundance of rare taxa and microbial community stability in TS improved.Heterogeneous and homogeneous selection determined the assembly of rare and abundant bacterial taxa,respectively,with both being significantly influenced by soil moisture.In contrast,fungal communities displayed stochastic processes and exhibited sensitivity to soil nutrient conditions.Furthermore,our investigation revealed a noteworthy augmentation in bacterial metabolic functionality in TS,aligning with improved vegetation restoration and the assemblage of abundant bacterial taxa.However,within nutrient-limited soils(GD,DS,and AF),the assembly dynamics of rare fungal taxa assumed a prominent role in augmenting their metabolic capacity and adaptability to desert ecosystems.These results highlighted the variations in the assembly processes and metabolic functions of soil microorganisms during vegetation reestablishment and provided corresponding theoretical support for anthropogenic revegetation of desert ecosystems. 展开更多

The epizoic diatoms,especifically those living at the body surface of copepods has not garnered sufficient attention.This study focuses on the copepod Pseudodiaptomus annandalei and three epizoic diatom species isolated from its body surface:Pseudofalcula hyalina,Haslea sp.,and Tabularia sp.The research explored the physiological and biochemical characteristics of diatoms under co cultivation conditions with P.annandalei and different species of epizoic diatoms,along with variations in copepod survival rates.Results reveal that the growth rate,cell density,and chlorophyll-a content of the three epizoic diatoms were enhanced by P.annandalei.The photosynthesis of epizoic diatoms,particularly the photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ(F_(v)/F_(m))of P.hyalina was positively influenced by P.annandalei.The impact of P.annandalei on biochemical compositions exhibited species-specific characteristics.Under co-culture conditions,the content of polysaccharides and proteins in the colloidal exopolymeric substance(CEPS)of P.hyalina and Haslea sp.increased,so did the intracellular protein content of Tabularia sp.The attachment of P.hyalina was most significantly influenced by P.annandalei,followed by Haslea sp.,and then Tabularia sp.,likely due to the increased uronic acid content of P.hyalina under co-culture conditions.Moreover,the three epizoic diatoms might have served as food sources for P.annandalei,as evidenced by the higher survival of copepods.The release of nitrate and phosphate from P.annandalei contributed to the nutrition for the growth of epizoic diatoms,indicating that the bottom-up effect resulting from P.annandalei excretion nutrition was greater than the top-down effect from predation. 展开更多

In this paper, a class of discontinuous neutral-type neural networks (NTNNs) with proportional delays is considered. The targets of the paper are to study the problem of periodic solutions and fixed-time (FXT) stabilization of the addressed neural networks. In order to complete the targets, based on set-valued map, differential inclusions theory, coincidence theorem and Hölder inequality technique, some new proportional delay-dependent criteria shown by the inequalities are derived. Based on the fact of the existence of solution, further by applying the FXT stability lemmas and equivalent transformation, the zero solution of closed-loop system achieves FXT stabilization and the corresponding settling-times are estimated. Some previous related works on NTNNs are extended. Finally, one typical example is provided to show the effectiveness of the established results. 展开更多

Reverse design of solid propellant grain based on deep learning:Imaging internal ballistic data

The reverse design of solid rocket motor(SRM)propellant grain involves determining the grain geometry to closely match a predefined internal ballistic curve.While existing reverse design methods are feasible,they often face challenges such as lengthy computation times and limited accuracy.To achieve rapid and accurate matching between the targeted ballistic curve and complex grain shape,this paper proposes a novel reverse design method for SRM propellant grain based on time-series data imaging and convolutional neural network(CNN).First,a finocyl grain shape-internal ballistic curve dataset is created using parametric modeling techniques to comprehensively cover the design space.Next,the internal ballistic time-series data is encoded into three-channel images,establishing a potential relationship between the ballistic curves and their image representations.A CNN is then constructed and trained using these encoded images.Once trained,the model enables efficient inference of propellant grain dimensions from a target internal ballistic curve.This paper conducts comparative experiments across various neural network models,validating the effectiveness of the feature extraction method that transforms internal ballistic time-series data into images,as well as its generalization capability across different CNN architectures.Ignition tests were performed based on the predicted propellant grain.The results demonstrate that the relative error between the experimental internal ballistic curves and the target curves is less than 5%,confirming the validity and feasibility of the proposed reverse design methodology. 展开更多

This meta-analysis examines 45 peer-reviewed studies(1950-2023)analysing 320 piano score editions from the Royal Conservatory of Music(RCM)Archive,employing robust statistical methods to quantify pedagogical evolution.The data reveal a 42%increase in fingering density within post-2000 editions(Hedges’g=0.41,p<0.001,CI[0.28,0.54]),with Romantic works showing the highest variability(g=0.59 vs.Baroque g=0.12).Strong correlations emerged between editorial changes and pedagogical trends(r=0.67,p=0.002),particularly adopting ergonomic techniques post-1980.Performance data indicate modern editions improve advanced student outcomes by 12%(OR=1.12[1.05,1.19])but may overwhelm beginners(error rate+18%).The study establishes empirical evidence for three pedagogical epochs:technical rigor(pre-1980),transitional(1980-2000),and expressive flexibility(post-2000).These findings withstand publication bias tests(Egger’s t=1.2,p=0.24)and significantly affect curriculum design and historical performance practice. 展开更多

Cocamidopropyl hydroxyl sulfobetaine(CHSB)is one of the most promising foaming agents for high-salinity reservoirs because the salt in place facilitates its foam stability,even with salinity as high as 2×10^(5)mg/L.However,the synergistic effects between CHSB and salt have not been fully understood.This study utilized bulk foam tests and thin-film interferometry to comprehensively investigate the macroscopic and microscopic decay processes of CHSB foams with NaCl concentrations ranging from 2.3×10^(4)to 2.1×10^(5)mg/L.We focused on the dilatational viscoelasticity and dynamic thin-film thickness to elucidate the high-salinity-enhanced foam stability.The increase in dilatational viscoelasticity and supramolecular oscillating structural force(Π_(OS))with salinity dominated the superior stability of CHSB foam.With increasing salinity,more CHSB molecules accumulated on the surface with a lower diffusion rate,leading to high dilatational moduli and surface elasticity,thus decelerating coarsening and coalescence.Meanwhile,the number density of micelles in the thin film increased with salinity,resulting in increasedΠOS.Consequently,the energy barrier for stepwise thinning intensified,and the thin-film drainage slowed.This work conduces to understand the mechanisms behind the pronounced stability of betaine foam and can promote the widespread application of foam in harsh reservoirs. 展开更多

Precision grinding is a key process for realizing the use of large-aperture aspherical optical elements in laser nuclear fusion devices,large-aperture astronomical telescopes,and high-resolution space cameras.In this study,the arc envelope grinding process of large-aperture aspherical optics is investigated using a CM1500 precision grinding machine with a maximum machinable diameter ofΦ1500 mm.The form error of the aspherical workpiece induced by wheel setting errors is analytically modeled for both parallel and cross grinding.Results show that the form error is more sensitive to the wheel setting error along the feed direction than that along the lateral direction.It is a bilinear function of the feed-direction wheel setting error and the distance to the optical axis.Based on the error function above,a method to determine the wheel setting error is proposed.Subsequently,grinding tests are performed with the wheels aligned accurately.Using a newly proposed partial error compensation method with an appropriate compensation factor,a form error of 3.4μm peak-to-valley(PV)for aΦ400 mm elliptical K9 glass surface is achieved. 展开更多

In this study,a hydrophobic material,ethylcellulose,which was used as its aqueous suspension Surelease^(®),was combined with a swelling agent as the swelling layer to prepare delayed-release pellets for Danshensu,which is a hydrophilic drug with low MW.A rupturable,delayed-release pellet consists of a drug core,a swelling layer containing a swelling agent(cross-linked sodium carboxymethyl cellulose)with a hydrophobic agent(Surelease^(®)),and a controlled layer composed by an insoluble,water-permeable polymeric coating(aqueous ethylcellulose dispersions)was developed in a fluidised bed.Results showed that blending Surelease^(®)into the swelling layer could effectively extend the release of Danshensu from the pellets,which may be attributed to the slowed swelling rate by reduction of water penetration and improvement of mechanical integrity of the swelling layer.Drug in the delayed pellets showed sustained release in beagle dogs after oral administration with comparable in-vivo exposure to the uncoated drug pellets.In conclusion,blends of hydrophobic and swelling agents in the swelling layer in doublemembrane pellets could achieve a delayed drug-release profile in vitro,as well as delayed and sustained absorption in vivo for highly soluble,low-MW drug.The present study highlighted the potential use of a delayed-release system for other hydrophilic,low-MW drugs to meet the formulation requirements for chronopharmacological diseases. 展开更多

The removal of metallic impurities from off-grade copper concentrate was investigated in alkaline solution with H2O2. The analysis results of XRD and SEM-EDS revealed the oxidative mechanisms of all sulfides. The influence of various parameters of alkaline leaching were investigated including concentrations of sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide, liquid to solid ratio, leaching time and temperature. The results showed that the removal rate of Mo, As and Zn were increased with increasing leaching time and H2O2 concentration, and that the removal rate of Mo, As and Zn were firstly increased and then slightly decreased with increasing liquid to solid ratio, temperature and NaOH concentration, respectively. More than 95% Mo, 94% As, and 94 % Zn are removed from the off-grade concentrate under the optimum conditions, while only 1.7% Cu is dissolved. These optimum conditions were sodium hydroxide 1.5 mol/L, hydrogen peroxide 1.0 mol/L, temperature 50&deg;C, liquid to solid ratio 5/1 mL/g and leaching time 5 h. 展开更多

A Scheme Library-Based Ant Colony Optimization with 2-Opt Local Search for Dynamic Traveling Salesman Problem

The dynamic traveling salesman problem(DTSP)is significant in logistics distribution in real-world applications in smart cities,but it is uncertain and difficult to solve.This paper proposes a scheme library-based ant colony optimization(ACO)with a two-optimization(2-opt)strategy to solve the DTSP efficiently.The work is novel and contributes to three aspects:problemmodel,optimization framework,and algorithmdesign.Firstly,in the problem model,traditional DTSP models often consider the change of travel distance between two nodes over time,while this paper focuses on a special DTSP model in that the node locations change dynamically over time.Secondly,in the optimization framework,the ACO algorithm is carried out in an offline optimization and online application framework to efficiently reuse the historical information to help fast respond to the dynamic environment.The framework of offline optimization and online application is proposed due to the fact that the environmental change inDTSPis caused by the change of node location,and therefore the newenvironment is somehowsimilar to certain previous environments.This way,in the offline optimization,the solutions for possible environmental changes are optimized in advance,and are stored in a mode scheme library.In the online application,when an environmental change is detected,the candidate solutions stored in the mode scheme library are reused via ACO to improve search efficiency and reduce computational complexity.Thirdly,in the algorithm design,the ACO cooperates with the 2-opt strategy to enhance search efficiency.To evaluate the performance of ACO with 2-opt,we design two challenging DTSP cases with up to 200 and 1379 nodes and compare them with other ACO and genetic algorithms.The experimental results show that ACO with 2-opt can solve the DTSPs effectively. 展开更多

The effects of different parameters on the nonlinear dynamic characteristics of macrofiber composite(MFC)microsheet with graphene(GP)skin under non-uniform thermal field are investigated.Firstly,the physical parameters of the MFC–GP structure are calculated by the mixing rule,and the constitutive equations of the structure are set up by employing the Eringen theory.The nonlinear dynamic equations of the microsheet are obtained by using Hamilton’s principle.Then,the heat conduction equations of the microsheet are considered,adopting Green and Naghdi’s generalized thermoelasticity theory.According to the Galerkin weighted residual method,the thermoelasticity coupling equations of the structure are obtained.Meanwhile,the influence of the positive piezoelectric effect of GP and MFC on the vibration response of the structure is also investigated.The nonlinear dynamic governing equations including displacement,coupled thermoelasticity,and electricity field are discretized by the Galerkin method.The effects of non-local parameter,volume fraction of GP,and thermal and electricity coupling coefficients on structural dynamic behavior are discussed in the numerical simulation. 展开更多

Effect of Danhong injection on neuroendocrine molecules and ventricular remodeling in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure

Objective:To study the effect of Danhong injection on neuroendocrine molecules and ventricular remodeling in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure.Methods: 80 cases of patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure who were treated in our hospital between March 2014 and December 2016 were collected and divided into control group (n=40) and observation group (n=40) according to random number table. The control group received regular treatment, the observation group received regular + Danhong injection treatment, and both therapies lasted for 14 d a course, two sessions. Serum contents of neuroendocrine molecules and ventricular remodeling-related indexes, Doppler ultrasonic ventricular remodeling parameter levels, and so on were compared between two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results: Before treatment, serum contents of neuroendocrine molecules and ventricular remodeling-related indexes as well as Doppler ultrasonic ventricular remodeling parameter levels were not statistically different between two groups of patients. After treatment, serum neuroendocrine molecules NT-proBNP, ANP, AngⅡ, ALD and NE contents of observation group were lower than those of control group, serum ventricular remodeling indexes TGF-β1, NF-κB, CysC and FGF23 contents were lower than those of control group, and ultrasonic ventricular remodeling parameters LVMI, LVRI, RVEDV and RVESV levels were lower than those of control group.Conclusion: Adjuvant Danhong injection therapy helps optimize the neuroendocrine molecule contents and inhibit the ventricular remodeling process in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy heart failure. 展开更多

针对退化指示物种植株体积小、草种间形态特征相似易造成混合像元等问题,根据所获取低空无人机数据,提出一种基于目标检测和语义分割的两阶段分类方法,其次对于分割模型进行轻量化改进。采用结构重参数化RepVGG网络替代Unet主干网络,在... 针对退化指示物种植株体积小、草种间形态特征相似易造成混合像元等问题,根据所获取低空无人机数据,提出一种基于目标检测和语义分割的两阶段分类方法,其次对于分割模型进行轻量化改进。采用结构重参数化RepVGG网络替代Unet主干网络,在编码阶段导入高效通道注意力机制ECA,在下采样环节提升模型的特征提取能力,实现轻量化特征提取,块结构使用ESE模块,避免通道信息的损失。改进后的分割模型对于锡林浩特典型草原的冷蒿和银灰旋花两类草地退化指示物种有很好的分类效果,MIoU可以达到0.91,相比原始Unet模型提升0.11左右。实验结果表明:无人机数据以及两阶段分类方法可以很好地进行草地退化指示物种分类,提出的轻量化改进模型效果良好。 展开更多

Cellular senescence and chronic inflammation in response to aging are considered to be indicators of brain aging;they have a great impact on the aging process and are the main risk factors for neurodegeneration.Reviewing the microglial response to aging and neuroinflammation in neurodegenerative diseases will help understand the importance of microglia in neurodegenerative diseases.This review describes the origin and function of microglia and focuses on the role of different states of the microglial response to aging and chronic inflammation on the occurrence and development of neurodegenerative diseases,including Alzheimer's disease,Huntington's chorea,and Parkinson's disease.This review also describes the potential benefits of treating neurodegenerative diseases by modulating changes in microglial states.Therefore,inducing a shift from the neurotoxic to neuroprotective microglial state in neurodegenerative diseases induced by aging and chronic inflammation holds promise for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases in the future. 展开更多

目的调查健康人粪便中携带bla_(CTX-M)基因的解鸟氨酸拉乌尔菌的存在情况,并阐明其传播机制。方法从扬州市采集健康人粪便309份,经LB增菌后,在含有2 mg/L头孢噻肟的麦康凯肌醇阿东醇羧苄青霉素平板上筛选阳性菌落,PCR检测bla_(CTX-M)基... 目的调查健康人粪便中携带bla_(CTX-M)基因的解鸟氨酸拉乌尔菌的存在情况,并阐明其传播机制。方法从扬州市采集健康人粪便309份,经LB增菌后,在含有2 mg/L头孢噻肟的麦康凯肌醇阿东醇羧苄青霉素平板上筛选阳性菌落,PCR检测bla_(CTX-M)基因携带情况,同时从全基因组水平分析其耐药基因及基因环境。结果分离到携带bla_(CTX-M)-14和bla_(CTX-M)-65耐药基因的解鸟氨酸拉乌尔菌各1株,其中bla_(CTX-M)-14位于IncFIB质粒上,bla_(CTX-M)-65位于IncHI2质粒上。进一步分析发现ISEcp1和IS903B等移动元件与bla_(CTX-M)的传播有关。结论应密切监测健康个体中解鸟氨酸拉乌尔菌对抗菌药物的耐药性和传播模式,并加以防控。 展开更多

目的分析极低、低危险度胃肠间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumors,GISTs)患者的预后情况及临床病理特征和基因突变特点。方法回顾性收集2011年1月至2020年12月于天津医科大学肿瘤医院经手术或内镜切除并经病理确诊的433例极低、低危... 目的分析极低、低危险度胃肠间质瘤(gastrointestinal stromal tumors,GISTs)患者的预后情况及临床病理特征和基因突变特点。方法回顾性收集2011年1月至2020年12月于天津医科大学肿瘤医院经手术或内镜切除并经病理确诊的433例极低、低危GIST,进行病理和预后分析。结果与低危GIST相比,极低危GIST中胃部GIST、Ki-67指数≤3%、核分裂象0~1个/5 mm2的患者所占比例较高,而小肠GIST所占比例较低(均P<0.05)。118例进行了基因检测,极低危GIST与低危GIST的突变类型及KIT突变类型比较无显著性差异(均P>0.05)。对无其他伴发疾病的87例极低危和210例低危GIST病例进行随访,中位随访时间为86(27~158)个月。全部极低危GIST患者均未发现进展;3例低危GIST发现复发/转移,无进展生存期(progression-free survival,PFS)为27~84个月。此3例原发肿瘤的核分裂象均为4个/5 mm2,接近低与中危险度GIST核分裂象的临界值,均检测到KIT exon11突变;首次进展后经伊马替尼治疗,在随访结束时均生存,总生存期(overall survival,OS)为116~155个月。结论在低危险度GIST患者中,极少数核分裂象偏高的患者存在复发/转移的可能性,但复发/转移后通过靶向治疗、手术等治疗手段,仍可维持长时间、高质量的生存。极低危GIST患者术后进展的可能性极小,可适当延长随访间隔时间,以减少医疗成本、减轻患者和家属的心理负担。 展开更多

考察白花泡桐叶片提取物(Paulownia fortunei leaf extract,PFLE)对紫外线B(UVB)诱导的皮肤光老化小鼠的影响。将小鼠分为5组:分别为正常对照组(NC)、模型组(M)、低剂量PFLE组(L-PFLE)、中剂量PFLE组(M-PFLE)、高剂量PFLE组(H-PFLE)。N... 考察白花泡桐叶片提取物(Paulownia fortunei leaf extract,PFLE)对紫外线B(UVB)诱导的皮肤光老化小鼠的影响。将小鼠分为5组:分别为正常对照组(NC)、模型组(M)、低剂量PFLE组(L-PFLE)、中剂量PFLE组(M-PFLE)、高剂量PFLE组(H-PFLE)。NC组小鼠不照射。其他组小鼠使用紫外线光疗仪进行UVB照射。UVB照射当天,NC组和M组小鼠背部涂抹雪花膏,L-PFLE组、M-PFLE组和H-PFLE组小鼠分别涂抹50,100和200 mg/kg的PFLE乳膏。UVB照射和给药周期均为6周。检测了小鼠的体重、皮肤含水量、皮肤氧化应激指标、HYP和HA水平。采用HE染色观察小鼠皮肤形态。通过Western blotting检测了小鼠皮肤中Nrf2(细胞核)、Keap1和HO-1的蛋白表达水平。通过RT-qPCR检测了小鼠皮肤中MMP-1、MMP-3的转录水平。结果显示,与M组比较,L-PFLE组、M-PFLE组和H-PFLE组小鼠皮肤含水量升高,皮肤形态明显改善,SOD、CAT和GSH-Px水平升高,MDA水平降低,Nrf2(细胞核)和HO-1蛋白相对表达量升高,Keap1蛋白相对表达量降低,HYP和HA水平升高,MMP-1和MMP-3 mRNA相对表达量降低(P<0.05)。表明PELE经皮给药具有良好的抗皮肤光老化作用。 展开更多

Purpose–The electromechanical brake system is leading the latest development trend in railway braking technology.The tolerance stack-up generated during the assembly and production process catalyzes the slight geometric dimensioning and tolerancing between the motor stator and rotor inside the electromechanical cylinder.The tolerance leads to imprecise brake control,so it is necessary to diagnose the fault of the motor in the fully assembled electromechanical brake system.This paper aims to present improved variational mode decomposition(VMD)algorithm,which endeavors to elucidate and push the boundaries of mechanical synchronicity problems within the realm of the electromechanical brake system.Design/methodology/approach–The VMD algorithm plays a pivotal role in the preliminary phase,employing mode decomposition techniques to decompose the motor speed signals.Afterward,the error energy algorithm precision is utilized to extract abnormal features,leveraging the practical intrinsic mode functions,eliminating extraneous noise and enhancing the signal’s fidelity.This refined signal then becomes the basis for fault analysis.In the analytical step,the cepstrum is employed to calculate the formant and envelope of the reconstructed signal.By scrutinizing the formant and envelope,the fault point within the electromechanical brake system is precisely identified,contributing to a sophisticated and accurate fault diagnosis.Findings–This paper innovatively uses the VMD algorithm for the modal decomposition of electromechanical brake(EMB)motor speed signals and combines it with the error energy algorithm to achieve abnormal feature extraction.The signal is reconstructed according to the effective intrinsic mode functions(IMFS)component of removing noise,and the formant and envelope are calculated by cepstrum to locate the fault point.Experiments show that the empirical mode decomposition(EMD)algorithm can effectively decompose the original speed signal.After feature extraction,signal enhancement and fault identification,the motor mechanical fault point can be accurately located.This fault diagnosis method is an effective fault diagnosis algorithm suitable for EMB systems.Originality/value–By using this improved VMD algorithm,the electromechanical brake system can precisely identify the rotational anomaly of the motor.This method can offer an online diagnosis analysis function during operation and contribute to an automated factory inspection strategy while parts are assembled.Compared with the conventional motor diagnosis method,this improved VMD algorithm can eliminate the need for additional acceleration sensors and save hardware costs.Moreover,the accumulation of online detection functions helps improve the reliability of train electromechanical braking systems. 展开更多
