Microbial fouling is an important challenge in water recovery system of manned spacecrafts for longer term missions.Microbial fouling of 5A06 aluminium alloy induced by typical extreme environment-resistant bacteria in oligotrophic solutions of simulated condensate of manned spacecraft was investigated.Bacillus cereus showed poor survival ability to oligotrophic environments,and a small amount of remaining live B.cereus cells mainly existed in the form of spores without forming biofilms.And when B.cereus was mixed cultured with Cupriavidus metallidurans,the system was mainly affected by C.metallidurans biofilms rather than B.cereus cells.C.metallidurans could promote the thickness of passive films of aluminum alloy,so C.metallidurans posed a minor threat to the corrosion of 5A06 aluminum alloy.However,C.metallidurans showed strong adaptability to oligotrophic environments and formed a large number of biofilms.And the contamination threat of C.metallidurans still dominated even cultured with B.cereus.Even when cultured with B.cereus,the threat of contamination from C.metallidurans still pre-dominates.Therefore,C.metallidurans would pose a threat of microbial fouling to the oligotrophic water recovery system of manned spacecrafts. 展开更多

Persistent and maladaptive drug-related memories represent a key component in drug addiction.Converging evidence from both preclinical and clinical studies has demonstrated the potential efficacy of the memory reconsolidation updating procedure(MRUP),a non-pharmacological strategy intertwining two distinct memory processes:reconsolidation and extinction—alternatively termed“the memory retrieval-extinction procedure”.This procedure presents a promising approach to attenuate,if not erase,entrenched drug memories and prevent relapse.The present review delineates the applications,molecular underpinnings,and operational boundaries of MRUP in the context of various forms of substance dependence.Furthermore,we critically examine the methodological limitations of MRUP,postulating potential refinement to optimize its therapeutic efficacy.In addition,we also look at the potential integration of MRUP and neurostimulation treatments in the domain of substance addiction.Overall,existing studies underscore the significant potential of MRUP,suggesting that interventions predicated on it could herald a promising avenue to enhance clinical outcomes in substance addiction therapy. 展开更多

Psychiatric disorders constitute a complex health issue,primarily manifesting as significant disturbances in cognition,emotional regulation,and behavior.However,due to limited resources within health care systems,only a minority of patients can access effective treatment and care services,highlighting an urgent need for improvement.large language models(LLMs),with their natural language understanding and generation capabilities,are gradually penetrating the entire process of psychiatric diagnosis and treatment,including outpatient reception,diagnosis and therapy,clinical nursing,medication safety,and prognosis follow-up.They hold promise for improving the current severe shortage of health system resources and promoting equal access to mental health care.This article reviews the application scenarios and research progress of LLMs.It explores optimization methods for LLMs in psychiatry.Based on the research findings,we propose a clinical LLM for mental health using the Mixture of Experts framework to improve the accuracy of psychiatric diagnosis and therapeutic interventions. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Brain-computer interface(BCI)technology is rapidly advancing in psychiatry.Informed consent competency(ICC)assessment among psychiatric patients is a pivotal concern in clinical research.AIM To analyze the assessment of ICC and form a framework with multi-dimensional elements involved in ICC of BCI clinical research among psychiatric disorders.METHODS A systematic review of studies regarding ICC assessments of BCI clinical research in patients with six kinds of psychiatric disorders was conducted.A systematic literature search was performed using PubMed,ScienceDirect,and Web of Science.Peer-reviewed articles and full-text studies were included in the analysis.There were no date restrictions,and all studies published up to February 27,2025,were included.RESULTS A total of 103 studies were selected for this review.Fifty-eight studies included ICC factors,and forty-five were classified in ICC related ethical issues of BCI research in six kinds of psychiatric disorders.Executive function impairment is widely recognized as the most significant factor impacting ICC,and processing speed deficits are observed in schizophrenia,mood disorders,and Alzheimer’s disease.Memory dysfunction,particularly episodic and working memory,contributes to compromised ICC.Five core ethical issues in BCI research should be addressed:BCI specificity,vulnerability,autonomy,dynamic ICC,comprehensiveness,and uncertainty.CONCLUSION A Five-Dimensional evaluative framework,including clinical,ethical,sociocultural,legal,and procedural dimensions,is constructed and proposed for future ICC research in BCI clinical research involving psychiatric disorders. 展开更多

Objective: Coronary collateral circulation is an alternative source of blood supply to myocardium in the presence of advanced coronary artery disease. We sought to determine which clinical and angiographic variables are associated with collateral development in patients with stable angina and chronic total coronary occlusion. Methods: Demographic variables, biochemical measurements, and angiographic findings were collected from 478 patients with stable angina and chronic total coronary occlusion. The presence and extent of collaterals supplying the distal aspect of a total coronary occlusion from the contra-lateral vessel were graded from 0 to 3 according to the Rentrop scoring system. Results: Low (Rentrop score of 0 or 1) and high (Rentrop score of 2 or 3) coronary collateralizations were detected in 186 and 292 patients, respectively. Despite similar age, cigarette smoking, and medical treatment, patients with low collateralization were female in a higher proportion and less hypertensive, and had higher rates of type 2 diabetes and dyslipidemia than those with high coUateralization (for all comparisons, P〈0.05). In addition, patients with low collateralization exhibited more single-vessel disease, less right coronary artery occlusion, more impaired renal function, and higher serum levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) compared with those with high col- lateralization. Multivariate analysis revealed that age of 〉65 years, female gender, diabetes, no history of hypertension dyslipidemia, moderate to severe renal dysfunction, single-vessel disease, and elevated hsCRP levels were inde- pendently associated with low coronary collateralization. Conclusions: Coronary collateralization was reduced in almost 40% of stable angina patients with chronic total occlusion, which was related to clinical and angiographic factors. The impact of coronary collateralization on outcomes after revascularization needs further investigation. 展开更多

A rectangle crevice assembly was used to study the effects of cathodic protection (CP) potential, crevice thickness, holiday size, bubbling CO2, and surface condition on the chemical and electrochemical environment of the local solution under disbonded coatings. It is found that the cathodic protection removes dissolved oxygen from the crevice and thus shifts the solution to a more al- kaline state. Furthermore, the potential of the steel reaches the protected potential range. The available protection distance increases with the negative applying potential. The steady potential and pH distribution are easily achieved, but the polarization degree is not satisfied within the thinner crevice. The difference in the solution environment is found to correlate to the holiday size. The smaller the holiday, the smaller the difference is. The presence of CO2 inhibits the formation of an alkaline environment. It is also found that the rust layer dramatically decreases the polarization rate in the crevice. 展开更多

The urgent need for immediate personal protection against chemical warfare agents(CWAs)spurs the requirement on robust and highly efficient catalytic systems that can be conveniently integrated to wearable devices.Herein,as a new concept for CWA decontamination catalyst design,sub-nanoscale,catalytically active zirconium-oxo molecular clusters are covalently integrated in flexible polymer network as crosslinkers for the full exposure of catalytic sites as well as robust framework structures.The obtained membrane catalysts exhibit high swelling ratio with aqueous content as 84 wt%and therefore,demonstrate quasi-homogeneous catalytic activity toward the rapid hydrolysis of both CWA,soman(GD)(t_(1/2)=5.0 min)and CWA simulant,methyl paraoxon(DMNP)(t_(1/2)=8.9 min).Meanwhile,due to the covalent nature of cross-linkages and the high flexibility of polymer strands,the membranes possess promising mechanical strength and toughness that can stand the impact of high gas pressures and show high permeation for both CO_(2)and O_(2),enabling their extended applications in the field of collective/personal protective materials with body comfort. 展开更多

Purpose:To investigate how long indocyanine green (ICG) remains in the fundus after vitreoretinal surgery assisted with ICG,and to identify factors that influence the persistence duration.Methods:Fifty five eyes diagnosed as idiopathic macular hole (Stage 2 and 3) were randomly divided into five groups.ICG solution at concentrations of 5,2.5,2.5,1.25,and 0.5 mg/ml,employed in cases of Group I to V respectively,was applied to stain the internal limiting membrane(ILM) during the procedure of internal limiting membrane peeling..A prospective study was carried out after pars plana vitrectomy and ILM peeling were performed on 55 eyes with Stage 2,3,or 4 idiopathic macular holes..Infrared fundus pictures were obtained in all patients before and after surgery.Results:High levels of fluorescence from residual ICG (ICG hyperfluorescence) were mainly localized at the posterior pole of the fundus after surgery.In Group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ,the duration of persistence of flurorescence from ICG was 8.33±0.87,3.59±0.94,3.75±0.79,2.30±0.48,and 1.29±0.49 months,respectively.Although no significant difference was detected between Group Ⅱ and Group Ⅲ,the general inter-group difference was significant among the five groups in which different ICG concentration was applied.In Group Ⅲ,even though 90% of the macular holes acquired anatomical closure,ICG hyperfluorescence was detected in the macular area.Conclusion:ICG remains in the fundus for a period of months.The persistence duration of fluorescence from ICG is positively correlated with the concentration and the staining time of ICG.Hyaluronan is beneficial in reducing the amount of ICG residue in the macular area. 展开更多

为了实现炼钢区段层流专线化高效运行,以进一步提升炼钢区段生产效率,针对某钢厂炼钢区段工艺路径复杂多变、交叉点多、运行路线存在诸多不确定性以及工序节奏慢且发散造成工序间匹配性较差、生产效率有待提升等问题,基于该厂炼钢区段... 为了实现炼钢区段层流专线化高效运行,以进一步提升炼钢区段生产效率,针对某钢厂炼钢区段工艺路径复杂多变、交叉点多、运行路线存在诸多不确定性以及工序节奏慢且发散造成工序间匹配性较差、生产效率有待提升等问题,基于该厂炼钢区段工艺路径与装备现状,系统解析典型钢种炼钢区段各工序及亚界面运行时间情况,整体优化了炼钢区段铁水物质流工艺路径,规范了炼钢区段各工序操作,建立基于多炉连浇的炼钢区段专线化高效运行仿真模型及多层次规则,为炼钢区段实现专线化高效协同运行提供有力支撑。结果表明,通过对炼钢区段工艺路径优化,将原有的48条工艺路径简约为8条,路径交叉点由15个减少至0个,为实现恒拉速条件下各工序准等节奏协同运行扫清障碍。在此基础上,通过实施炼钢区段铁素物质流工艺路径优化、各工序快节奏高效稳定冶炼以及专线化高效运行仿真与多层次规则制定等技术,实现全钢种全量铁水KR脱硫预处理,KR深脱硫在站处理时间由37.5min降至27.4min,转炉冶炼周期由35.7min降至32.6min,提升RH处理比例至33.5%且冶炼周期由33.8min降至27.1min;炼钢-连铸过程钢包周转时间由230.4min缩短至197.4min,典型钢种A和钢种B采用RH直上路径从KR进站到连铸开浇时间分别由249.9、256.2min缩短至187.5、201.9min,相当于增加1.5炉钢的产量,生产效率提升效果显著。 展开更多

Brain-computer interface(BCI)technology is rapidly advancing in medical research and application.As an emerging biomedical engineering technology,it has garnered significant attention in the clinical research of brain disease diagnosis and treatment,neurological rehabilitation,and mental health.However,BCI also raises several challenges and ethical concerns in clinical research.In this article,the authors investigate and discuss three aspects of BCI in medicine and healthcare:the state of international ethical governance,multidimensional ethical challenges pertaining to BCI in clinical research,and suggestive concerns for ethical review.Despite the great potential of frontier BCI research and development in the field of medical care,the ethical challenges induced by itself and the complexities of clinical research and brain function have put forward new special fields for ethics in BCI.To ensure"responsible innovation"in BCI research in healthcare and medicine,the creation of an ethical global governance framework and system,along with special guidelines for cutting-edge BCI research in medicine,is suggested. 展开更多

Based on the 3D seismic data and the analysis and test data of lithology,electricity,thin sections and chronology obtained from drilling of the Qiongdongnan Basin,the characteristics and the quantitative analysis of the source-sink system are studied of the third member of the Upper Oligocene Lingshui Formation(Ling 3 Member)in the southern fault step zone of the Baodao Sag.First,the YL10 denudation area of the Ling 3 Member mainly developed two fluvial systems in the east and west,resulting in the formation of two dominant sand transport channels and two delta lobes in southern Baodao Sag,which are generally large in the west and small in the east.The evolution of the delta has experienced four stages:initiation,prosperity,intermittence and rejuvenation.Second,the source-sink coupled quantitative calculation is performed depending on the parameters of the delta sand bodies,including development phases,distribution area,flattening thickness,area of different parent rocks,and sand-forming coefficient,showing that the study area has the material basis for the formation of large-scale reservoir.Third,the drilling reveals that the delta of the Ling 3 Member is dominated by fine sandstone,with total sandstone thickness of 109-138 m,maximum single-layer sandstone thickness of 15.5-30.0 m,and sand-to-strata ratio of 43.7%-73.0%,but the physical properties are different among the fault steps.Fourth,the large delta development model of the small source area in the step fault zone with multi-stage uplift is established.It suggests that the episodic uplift provides sufficient sediments,the fluvial system and watershed area control the scale of the sand body,the multi-step active fault steps dominate the sand body transport channel,and local fault troughs decide the lateral propulsion direction of the sand body.The delta of the Ling 3 Member is coupled with fault blocks to form diverse traps,which are critical exploration targets in southern Baodao Sag. 展开更多

基于转炉熔池多反应区域理论详细分析了冶金反应热力学、动力学和耦合反应机制,探索了熔池耦合反应界面模型的应用实践。研究表明:平衡状态归一化分析即反应3区aCO(反应界面CO的活度)分别取100、10和1,a[O](反应界面钢液组元[O]的活度)... 基于转炉熔池多反应区域理论详细分析了冶金反应热力学、动力学和耦合反应机制,探索了熔池耦合反应界面模型的应用实践。研究表明:平衡状态归一化分析即反应3区aCO(反应界面CO的活度)分别取100、10和1,a[O](反应界面钢液组元[O]的活度)分别取20~60、1~3和0.05~0.2时,多反应区域碳含量计算极限基本匹配冶炼终点实际钢液的极限,且其他组元的反应界面平衡状态均能匹配熔池冶炼规律变化。多组元反应产物方面,反应界面层内碳氧反应94%以上生成CO,铁氧反应99%以上生成FeO。反应速率变化方面,冶炼过程,钢液[Mn]和[P]平衡态极限值的变化为钢液“回锰”和“回磷”提供热力学条件;冶炼终点,钢液[C]的氧效率迅速降低至20%~30%左右,同时[Fe]的氧效率迅速升高至70%~80%;耦合反应界面模型的预测值和设备在线监测结果均符合经典脱碳三段式理论。 展开更多

精炼区域工序协同运行的生产实践

钢铁流程是系统、动态的,通过推动多工序层流协同运行可促进智能化水平的提升。而精炼区域存在工序路径复杂、交叉节点多等问题,阻碍了工序协同运行,因此需要从流程角度出发针对精炼区域进行专线路径、工序技术和界面技术的优化。采用... 钢铁流程是系统、动态的,通过推动多工序层流协同运行可促进智能化水平的提升。而精炼区域存在工序路径复杂、交叉节点多等问题,阻碍了工序协同运行,因此需要从流程角度出发针对精炼区域进行专线路径、工序技术和界面技术的优化。采用专线化路径的生产方式后,单精炼路径数量由16条精简至4条,路径交叉数大幅减少,精炼工序有序度提高。通过优化精炼工艺、规范操作和链接技术,RH精炼周期比优化前减少7 min,转炉-RH和RH-连铸间传搁时间分别缩短3.6 min和7.2 min。随着精炼区域专线化比例增大,流程运行的不确定性减小,炼钢区段总作业时间降低,产线效率提高。稳步推进精炼区域专线化,是有效推动和实现全流程智能化调控的重要基础工作。 展开更多

高校同城新建校区对科技成果产出的影响研究 被引量:1

高校是我国基础研究主力军和重大科技突破策源地,是国家战略科技力量和国家创新体系的重要组成部分。基于2001—2023年区县层次的面板数据,采用双向固定效应、事件研究等方法,分析高校同城新建校区对区县整体以及不同创新主体科技成果... 高校是我国基础研究主力军和重大科技突破策源地,是国家战略科技力量和国家创新体系的重要组成部分。基于2001—2023年区县层次的面板数据,采用双向固定效应、事件研究等方法,分析高校同城新建校区对区县整体以及不同创新主体科技成果产出的影响。研究结果表明:(1)基准回归发现同城新建校区的启用显著促进了其所在区县的科技成果产出,且对高校、企业、科研单位等不同创新主体均有明显的带动作用,尤其是对企业为第一完成单位的科技成果产出有较大影响,表明近20年来高校为我国科技成果产出以及科技创新发展提供了有效支撑和重大贡献;(2)机制分析发现同城新建校区能够通过吸引高新技术企业集聚、促进校企合作等途径来加速企业主导的科技成果产出;(3)异质性分析发现本科、理工类高校校区比专科及其他学科类高校校区的创新效应更明显,这符合高等教育系统内部不同办学层次、不同学科类型高校的定位。未来应继续优化高等教育资源尤其是优质高等教育资源的空间布局,同时强化对高校科研人员进行科技成果产出的激励机制,合理认定高校科研人员在助力企业主导的科技成果产出中的过程性贡献,实现分类特色发展,进一步提升高校对国家重大战略需求的支撑力。 展开更多

目的 比较使用压缩感知(CS)加速技术的5.0T梯度回波序列冠状动脉磁共振成像(CMRA)(5.0TCS-CMRA)与3.0T使用CS的梯度回波-CMRA(3.0TCS-CMRA)的性能。资料与方法 前瞻性纳入中国医学科学院北京协和医院2023年12月16日—2024年1月14日25名2... 目的 比较使用压缩感知(CS)加速技术的5.0T梯度回波序列冠状动脉磁共振成像(CMRA)(5.0TCS-CMRA)与3.0T使用CS的梯度回波-CMRA(3.0TCS-CMRA)的性能。资料与方法 前瞻性纳入中国医学科学院北京协和医院2023年12月16日—2024年1月14日25名23~30岁健康志愿者,接受3.0TCS-CMRA和5.0TCS-CMRA检查,间隔时间在2周内,其中3.0TCS-CMRA常规应用T2准备脉冲,5.0TCS-CMRA未应用T2准备脉冲。评估两组图像质量评分、冠状动脉长度、信噪比(SNR)和冠状动脉血流与邻近心肌或软组织之间的对比噪声比(CNRmyo-blood)等。结果 在5.0TCS-CMRA上,25名受试者右冠状动脉近段SNR和CNRmyo-blood显著高于3.0TCS-CMRA(SNR:318.07±94.06比223.81±51.19,t=-5.609,P<0.001;CNRmyo-blood:212.75±91.44比149.70±59.53,Z=-3.619,P<0.001),左前降支和左回旋支近段SNR和CNRmyo-blood未显著高于3.0TCS-CMRA(SNR:315.52±102.49比306.35±92.85,t=-0.627,P=0.536;289.72±88.79比272.87±84.68,t=-1.226,P=0.232;CNRmyo-blood:135.83±93.53比203.94±74.30,t=4.132,P<0.001;117.66±79.63比161.60±78.91,t=3.127,P=0.005)。5.0TCS-CMRA测得3大冠状动脉长度显著短于3.0TCS-CMRA[右冠状动脉:(126.04±31.54)mm比(137.20±29.93)mm,t=2.911,P=0.008;左前降支:(122.68±24.63)mm比(134.24±23.38)mm,Z=-3.026,P=0.002;左回旋支:(57.07±26.70)mm比(68.27±24.02)mm,t=2.552,P=0.018]。3.0TCS-CMRA与5.0TCS-CMRA所需扫描时间差异无统计学意义[(8.60±2.84)min比(8.30±2.32)min,Z=-0.183,P=0.855]。5.0TCS-CMRA的3大冠状动脉图像评分显著低于3.0TCS-CMRA(右冠状动脉:2.52±0.59比3.16±0.69,Z=-3.258,P=0.001;左前降支:2.72±0.74比3.24±0.66,Z=-2.540,P=0.011;左回旋支:2.44±0.71比3.00±0.87,Z=-2.462,P=0.014)。结论 在缺乏T2准备的情况下,5.0TCS-CMRA与3.0TCS-CMRA相比,在右冠状动脉近段SNR和CNRmyo-blood方面仍具有明显优势,提示5.0TCS-CMRA的应用潜力。未来,适用的T2准备脉冲或潜在的替代方案可能进一步提升5.0TCS-CMRA的性能。 展开更多

目的编制低龄老年人参与志愿养老服务意愿与行为问卷,并验证其信效度。方法以计划行为理论为框架,通过查阅文献、质性访谈和专家函询形成问卷初稿,采用便利抽样法,于2022年5-11月选取江苏省苏州市低龄老年人进行问卷调查,检验问卷信效... 目的编制低龄老年人参与志愿养老服务意愿与行为问卷,并验证其信效度。方法以计划行为理论为框架,通过查阅文献、质性访谈和专家函询形成问卷初稿,采用便利抽样法,于2022年5-11月选取江苏省苏州市低龄老年人进行问卷调查,检验问卷信效度。结果最终形成的正式问卷包括5个维度、23个条目。探索性因子分析提取5个公因子,累计方差贡献率为73.172%;验证性因子分析显示,拟合优度的卡方检验与自由度的比值为1.798,拟合优度指数为0.907,调整拟合优度指数为0.880,比较拟合指数为0.968,增值适配指数为0.968,近似误差均方根为0.051;问卷总Cronbach'sα系数为0.919,折半信度为0.787。结论该低龄老年人参与志愿养老服务的意愿与行为问卷具有良好的信效度,可作为低龄老年人参与志愿养老服务意愿与行为的测量工具。 展开更多
