Traumatic spinal cord injury is potentially catastrophic and can lead to permanent disability or even death.China has the largest population of patients with traumatic spinal cord injury.Previous studies of traumatic ...Traumatic spinal cord injury is potentially catastrophic and can lead to permanent disability or even death.China has the largest population of patients with traumatic spinal cord injury.Previous studies of traumatic spinal cord injury in China have mostly been regional in scope;national-level studies have been rare.To the best of our knowledge,no national-level study of treatment status and economic burden has been performed.This retrospective study aimed to examine the epidemiological and clinical features,treatment status,and economic burden of traumatic spinal cord injury in China at the national level.We included 13,465 traumatic spinal cord injury patients who were injured between January 2013 and December 2018 and treated in 30 hospitals in 11 provinces/municipalities representing all geographical divisions of China.Patient epidemiological and clinical features,treatment status,and total and daily costs were recorded.Trends in the percentage of traumatic spinal cord injuries among all hospitalized patients and among patients hospitalized in the orthopedic department and cost of care were assessed by annual percentage change using the Joinpoint Regression Program.The percentage of traumatic spinal cord injuries among all hospitalized patients and among patients hospitalized in the orthopedic department did not significantly change overall(annual percentage change,-0.5%and 2.1%,respectively).A total of 10,053(74.7%)patients underwent surgery.Only 2.8%of patients who underwent surgery did so within 24 hours of injury.A total of 2005(14.9%)patients were treated with high-dose(≥500 mg)methylprednisolone sodium succinate/methylprednisolone(MPSS/MP);615(4.6%)received it within 8 hours.The total cost for acute traumatic spinal cord injury decreased over the study period(-4.7%),while daily cost did not significantly change(1.0%increase).Our findings indicate that public health initiatives should aim at improving hospitals’ability to complete early surgery within 24 hours,which is associated with improved sensorimotor recovery,increasing the awareness rate of clinical guidelines related to high-dose MPSS/MP to reduce the use of the treatment with insufficient evidence.展开更多

Invertase(INV),a key enzyme in sucrose metabolism,irreversibly catalyzes the hydrolysis of sucrose to glucose and fructose,thus playing important roles in plant growth,development,and biotic and abiotic stress respons...Invertase(INV),a key enzyme in sucrose metabolism,irreversibly catalyzes the hydrolysis of sucrose to glucose and fructose,thus playing important roles in plant growth,development,and biotic and abiotic stress responses.In this study,we identified 27 members of the BnaINV family in Brassica napus.We constructed a phylogenetic tree of the family and predicted the gene structures,conserved motifs,cis-acting elements in promoters,physicochemical properties of encoded proteins,and chromosomal distribution of the BnaINVs.We also analyzed the expression of the BnaINVs in different tissues and developmental stages in the B.napus cultivar Zhongshuang 11 using qRT-PCR.In addition,we analyzed RNA-sequencing data to explore the expression patterns of the BnaINVs in four cultivars with different harvest indices and in plants inoculated with the pathogenic fungus Sclerotinia sclerotiorum.We used WGCNA(weighted coexpression network analysis)to uncover BnaINV regulatory networks.Finally,we explored the expression patterns of several BnaINV genes in cultivars with long(Zhongshuang 4)and short(Ningyou 12)siliques.Our results suggest that BnaINVs play important roles in the growth and development of rapeseed siliques and the defense response against pathogens.Our findings could facilitate the breeding of high-yielding B.napus cultivars with strong disease resistance.展开更多

Objective:To investigate the loneliness and psychological resilience with the perceived social support of the left-behind elderly in rural areas and explore the moderating effect of psychological resilience on the und...Objective:To investigate the loneliness and psychological resilience with the perceived social support of the left-behind elderly in rural areas and explore the moderating effect of psychological resilience on the understanding of social support and loneliness of the left-behind elderly in rural areas.Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted;272 left-behind elderly people in 6 rural villages in the Sichuan Province were investigated by using the General Situation Questionnaire,Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),and the University of California at Los Angeles Loneliness Scale(UCLA)with a stratified random cluster sampling method.Results:The loneliness score of the left-behind elderly in rural areas was 52.54±7.25,the psychological resilience score was 78(68.87),and the perceived social support score was 57(51.62).The perceived social support and psychological resilience were negatively correlated with loneliness,while the perceived social support was positively correlated with psychological resilience.The moderating effect of psychological resilience on the perceived social support and loneliness of the left-behind elderly in rural areas was−0.102(P<0.001).Conclusions:Higher level resilience is of positive significance to alleviate the negative effect of social support on loneliness.Improving the resilience of the left-behind elderly in rural areas is a beneficial exploration to promote their mental health.展开更多
Aging is a pivotal risk factor for intervertebral disc degeneration(IVDD)and chronic low back pain(LBP).The restoration of aging nucleus pulposus cells(NPCs)to a youthful epigenetic state is crucial for IVDD treatment...Aging is a pivotal risk factor for intervertebral disc degeneration(IVDD)and chronic low back pain(LBP).The restoration of aging nucleus pulposus cells(NPCs)to a youthful epigenetic state is crucial for IVDD treatment,but remains a formidable challenge.Here,we proposed a strategy to partially reprogram and reinstate youthful epigenetics of senescent NPCs by delivering a plasmid carrier that expressed pluripotency-associated genes(Oct4,Klf4 and Sox2)in Cavin2-modified exosomes(OKS@M-Exo)for treatment of IVDD and alleviating LBP.The functional OKS@M-Exo efficaciously alleviated senescence markers(p16^(INK4a),p21^(CIP1)and p53),reduced DNA damage and H4K20me3 expression,as well as restored proliferation ability and metabolic balance in senescent NPCs,as validated through in vitro experiments.In a rat model of IVDD,OKS@M-Exo maintained intervertebral disc height,nucleus pulposus hydration and tissue structure,effectively ameliorated IVDD via decreasing the senescence markers.Additionally,OKS@MExo reduced nociceptive behavior and downregulated nociception markers,indicating its efficiency in alleviating LBP.The transcriptome sequencing analysis also demonstrated that OKS@M-Exo could decrease the expression of age-related pathways and restore cell proliferation.Collectively,reprogramming by the OKS@M-Exo to restore youthful epigenetics of senescent NPCs may hold promise as a therapeutic platform to treat IVDD.展开更多
Polychlorinated naphthalenes(PCNs)are detrimental to human health and the environment.With the commercial production of PCNs banned,unintentional releases have emerged as a significant environmental source.However,rel...Polychlorinated naphthalenes(PCNs)are detrimental to human health and the environment.With the commercial production of PCNs banned,unintentional releases have emerged as a significant environmental source.However,relevant information is still scarce.In this study,provincial emissions for eight PCNs homologues from 37 sources in the Chinese mainland during the period of 1960-2019 were estimated based on a source-specific and time-varying emission factor database.The results showed that the total PCNs emissions in 2019 reached 757.0 kg with Hebei ranked at the top among all the provinces and iron&steel industry as the biggest source.Low-chlorinated PCNs comprised 90%of emissions by mass,while highly chlorinated PCNs dominated in terms of toxicity,highlighting divergent priorities for mitigating emissions and safeguarding human health.The emissions showed an overall upward trend from 1960 to 2019 driven by emission increase from iron&steel industry in terms of source,and from North China and East China in terms of geographic area.Per-capita emissions followed an inverted U-shaped environmental Kuznets curvewhile emission intensities decreased with increasing per-capita Gross Domestic Product(GDP)following a nearly linear pattern when log-transformed.展开更多
BACKGROUND Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)plays pivotal roles in cellular proliferation,survival,and differentiation of several malignancies.Upper tract urothelial carcinoma(UTUC)is a relatively rare ma...BACKGROUND Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)plays pivotal roles in cellular proliferation,survival,and differentiation of several malignancies.Upper tract urothelial carcinoma(UTUC)is a relatively rare malignancy.The clinical and molecular significance of HER2 expression level in UTUC remains poorly characterized vs bladder cancer.AIM To comprehensively evaluate HER2 expression patterns and their association with UTUC patients’clinicopathological features.METHODS Data were retrospectively collected from patients diagnosed with UTUC at The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University between January 2023 and December 2024.HER2 status was evaluated by immunohistochemistry in 145 UTUC patients who met the inclusion criteria.Its associations with tumor grade,tumor stage,and other clinicopathological parameters were assessed.Theχ2 test or Fisher’s exact test,along with univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses,were performed to determine the influences of clinicopathological factors on HER2 expression.RESULTS HER2 positivity was significantly associated with high tumor grade(P=0.003),while other variables,including sex,anatomical tumor location,pathological T stage,Ki-67 proliferation index,nodal metastasis status,lymphovascular invasion,and tumor laterality failed to demonstrate statistically significant correlations.These findings were further substantiated through univariate logistic regression modeling,yielding an odds ratio of 3.56[95%confidence interval(CI):1.30-9.75;P=0.013]for the association between high tumor grade and HER2 positivity.Importantly,this relationship remained robust(hazard ratio=3.42,95%CI:1.22-9.60;P=0.019)even after implementing multivariate logistic regression analysis.With a median follow-up time of 8 months(interquartile range,4-14)months,14 patients experienced intravesical recurrence after radical nephroureterectomy.Certain patient characteristics,such as HER2-negative,male sex,high-grade tumors,and luminal phenotype,were associated with a higher risk of intravesical recurrence.CONCLUSION In UTUC,HER2 overexpression is closely associated with tumor dedifferentiation(high grade),while it does not correlate with conventional indicators of disease progression,indicating that HER2 may serve a distinct biological function in this cancer type.展开更多
This paper studies a dual-channel green supply chain consisting of one manufacturer and one retailer in presence of government green subsidy and cap-and-trade regulation policies.We first develop and analyze a single-...This paper studies a dual-channel green supply chain consisting of one manufacturer and one retailer in presence of government green subsidy and cap-and-trade regulation policies.We first develop and analyze a single-period Stackelberg and a multi-period dynamic Stackelberg game models respectively with consistent pricing strategy.Subsequently,we extend these two game models by utilizing an inconsistent pricing strategy.The optimal solutions for the single-period Stackelberg game models in both scenarios are derived by means of the backward induction approach.Moreover,the existence and local asymptotic stability of the equilibrium points of the multi-period dynamic Stackelberg game models are examined,and the complex dynamics of chain members'long-term strategy evolution are investigated through chaos theory and numerical simulation.Additionally,the variable feedback control and time-delay feedback control method are utilized to eliminate system chaos respectively.The results indicate that(i)The excessive fast adjustment speeds by the manufacturer have a destabilizing effect on the stability of the Nash equilibrium point.(ii)The manufacturer's profits are improved with green subsidy degree increases,while its impact on the retailer's profits depends on certain parameter conditions,and the high carbon trading price is disadvantage to both chain members.(iii)The system's motion can transition from a steady state to a chaotic period through period-doubling or Neimark–Sacker bifurcations.(iv)The system's steady state is conducive to the manufacturer,while the retailer can benefit from the system's periodic cycles.Furthermore,both chain members'profits are declined when the system becomes chaotic.Lastly,the variable feedback and time-delay feedback control method can effectively eliminate system chaos.展开更多

目的 探明福建薏米氨基酸组成特征及营养价值差异。方法 以福建南平、福建莆田、福建三明、辽阳、贵州和云南地区薏米为试验材料,采用酸水解法,使用氨基酸自动分析仪测定薏米氨基酸含量。以联合国粮食及农业组织和世界卫生组织(Food and...目的 探明福建薏米氨基酸组成特征及营养价值差异。方法 以福建南平、福建莆田、福建三明、辽阳、贵州和云南地区薏米为试验材料,采用酸水解法,使用氨基酸自动分析仪测定薏米氨基酸含量。以联合国粮食及农业组织和世界卫生组织(Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations/World Health Organization, FAO/WHO)推荐的蛋白模式和鸡蛋蛋白标准模式为参照,计算并比较薏米的氨基酸比值系数分(score of ratio coefficients of amino acids, SRC)。同时研究贮藏10个月前后不同地区薏米氨基酸变化,探讨贮藏期间薏米氨基酸变化机制。结果 6个地区薏米均检测出17种氨基酸,其氨基酸总量为7.34~17.97 g/100 g。辽阳地区薏米的氨基酸含量最高,其次是莆田地区,三明地区薏米含量最低。贮藏10个月薏米氨基酸变化结果为南平地区薏米氨基酸总量基本保持稳定,其他地区薏米氨基酸总量则呈现不同程度的下降趋势,而三明地区薏米氨基酸总量从7.34g/100g显著增加至11.17g/100g,增幅达52.2%。薏米中必需氨基酸总量(total essential amino acids, TEAA)为1087~2389 mg/g N,必需氨基酸与总氨基酸的比值(essential to total amino acid ratio,E/T)、必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸的比值(essential to non-essential amino acid ratio, E/N)分别为33.82%~39.29%、51.09%~64.71%,辽阳地区薏米TEAA最高,三明地区薏米TEAA最低,均低于鸡蛋蛋白模式。莆田和辽阳地区薏米TEAA、E/T、E/N均高于FAO/WHO标准模式。6个地区薏米SRC为39.71~48.30,评分最高的为南平地区薏米,最低的为辽阳地区薏米。赖氨酸为第一限制性氨基酸,其次是甲硫氨酸+胱氨酸。结论 薏米的氨基酸种类齐全,具有较大的开发利用价值,可对福建薏米的质量评价提供依据。展开更多
Aegilops variabilis(S^(v)S^(v)U^(v)U^(v))is a source of resistance to wheat stripe rust.The phKL locus in Chinese common wheat landrace Kaixian-Luohanmai(KL)can induce homoeologous wheat-alien chromosome pairing and r...Aegilops variabilis(S^(v)S^(v)U^(v)U^(v))is a source of resistance to wheat stripe rust.The phKL locus in Chinese common wheat landrace Kaixian-Luohanmai(KL)can induce homoeologous wheat-alien chromosome pairing and recombination.In this study,we confirmed that the whole 2S^(v)chromosome introgressed into wheat from Ae.variabilis accession AS116 conferred all-stage stripe rust resistance.The underlying gene(s),named YrAev,was mapped to the long arm 2S^(v)L using an F_(2)population.Two 2S^(v)-2B recombinants,derived from a cross of the 2S^(v)(2B)chromosome substitution line and KL,were confirmed to harbor the resistance locus.The physical region containing YrAev,determined from RNA-seq data,was 844.6-852.1 Mb on the chromosome arm 2S^(l)of the Ae.longissima(S^(v)genome donor species of Ae.variabilis)accession TL05 assembly v1.0.Differential gene expression analysis of post-inoculation with the Pst race has indicated two disease-resistance-related genes(annotated as mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein and nucleotide-binding leucine-rich repeat like protein,respectively)as promising candidates for YrAev.This study demonstrates the utility of the phKL gene system in alien gene localization and transfer.The resistant translocation line harboring YrAev can be exploited by wheat breeders as a novel source of resistance to stripe rust.展开更多
Thermoacoustic imaging(TAI)contrast comes from different electrical properties(EPs)of microwave absorption.However,the relationship between the permittivity distribution and the electric field polarization limits the ...Thermoacoustic imaging(TAI)contrast comes from different electrical properties(EPs)of microwave absorption.However,the relationship between the permittivity distribution and the electric field polarization limits the application of TAI in some extent.Here,we present a polarimetric thermoacoustic imaging(pTAI)system based on a rotary waveguide.By optimizing a rotary waveguide(insertion loss<0.2dB,return loss>15dB at 3GHz),the excitation wave emitted from a horn antenna can rotate freely in the direction of polarization.The multi-polarization pulsed microwave signal is used to evoke the thermoacoustic signals(TAS)of samples in different polarimetric directions.The simulation for pTAI with a multi-directional sample is first obtained.Then,we rotated the rotary waveguide at 10°/s and experimentally demonstrated the performance of pTAI by imaging three randomly placed soy sauce tubes and ex vivo beef.This study suggests that pTAI has potential for dielectric properties“diffusion”mapping,for example,provides conductivity tensor mapping of brain and muscle.展开更多

文摘Aging is a pivotal risk factor for intervertebral disc degeneration(IVDD)and chronic low back pain(LBP).The restoration of aging nucleus pulposus cells(NPCs)to a youthful epigenetic state is crucial for IVDD treatment,but remains a formidable challenge.Here,we proposed a strategy to partially reprogram and reinstate youthful epigenetics of senescent NPCs by delivering a plasmid carrier that expressed pluripotency-associated genes(Oct4,Klf4 and Sox2)in Cavin2-modified exosomes(OKS@M-Exo)for treatment of IVDD and alleviating LBP.The functional OKS@M-Exo efficaciously alleviated senescence markers(p16^(INK4a),p21^(CIP1)and p53),reduced DNA damage and H4K20me3 expression,as well as restored proliferation ability and metabolic balance in senescent NPCs,as validated through in vitro experiments.In a rat model of IVDD,OKS@M-Exo maintained intervertebral disc height,nucleus pulposus hydration and tissue structure,effectively ameliorated IVDD via decreasing the senescence markers.Additionally,OKS@MExo reduced nociceptive behavior and downregulated nociception markers,indicating its efficiency in alleviating LBP.The transcriptome sequencing analysis also demonstrated that OKS@M-Exo could decrease the expression of age-related pathways and restore cell proliferation.Collectively,reprogramming by the OKS@M-Exo to restore youthful epigenetics of senescent NPCs may hold promise as a therapeutic platform to treat IVDD.

文摘Polychlorinated naphthalenes(PCNs)are detrimental to human health and the environment.With the commercial production of PCNs banned,unintentional releases have emerged as a significant environmental source.However,relevant information is still scarce.In this study,provincial emissions for eight PCNs homologues from 37 sources in the Chinese mainland during the period of 1960-2019 were estimated based on a source-specific and time-varying emission factor database.The results showed that the total PCNs emissions in 2019 reached 757.0 kg with Hebei ranked at the top among all the provinces and iron&steel industry as the biggest source.Low-chlorinated PCNs comprised 90%of emissions by mass,while highly chlorinated PCNs dominated in terms of toxicity,highlighting divergent priorities for mitigating emissions and safeguarding human health.The emissions showed an overall upward trend from 1960 to 2019 driven by emission increase from iron&steel industry in terms of source,and from North China and East China in terms of geographic area.Per-capita emissions followed an inverted U-shaped environmental Kuznets curvewhile emission intensities decreased with increasing per-capita Gross Domestic Product(GDP)following a nearly linear pattern when log-transformed.

文摘BACKGROUND Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)plays pivotal roles in cellular proliferation,survival,and differentiation of several malignancies.Upper tract urothelial carcinoma(UTUC)is a relatively rare malignancy.The clinical and molecular significance of HER2 expression level in UTUC remains poorly characterized vs bladder cancer.AIM To comprehensively evaluate HER2 expression patterns and their association with UTUC patients’clinicopathological features.METHODS Data were retrospectively collected from patients diagnosed with UTUC at The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University between January 2023 and December 2024.HER2 status was evaluated by immunohistochemistry in 145 UTUC patients who met the inclusion criteria.Its associations with tumor grade,tumor stage,and other clinicopathological parameters were assessed.Theχ2 test or Fisher’s exact test,along with univariate and multivariate logistic regression analyses,were performed to determine the influences of clinicopathological factors on HER2 expression.RESULTS HER2 positivity was significantly associated with high tumor grade(P=0.003),while other variables,including sex,anatomical tumor location,pathological T stage,Ki-67 proliferation index,nodal metastasis status,lymphovascular invasion,and tumor laterality failed to demonstrate statistically significant correlations.These findings were further substantiated through univariate logistic regression modeling,yielding an odds ratio of 3.56[95%confidence interval(CI):1.30-9.75;P=0.013]for the association between high tumor grade and HER2 positivity.Importantly,this relationship remained robust(hazard ratio=3.42,95%CI:1.22-9.60;P=0.019)even after implementing multivariate logistic regression analysis.With a median follow-up time of 8 months(interquartile range,4-14)months,14 patients experienced intravesical recurrence after radical nephroureterectomy.Certain patient characteristics,such as HER2-negative,male sex,high-grade tumors,and luminal phenotype,were associated with a higher risk of intravesical recurrence.CONCLUSION In UTUC,HER2 overexpression is closely associated with tumor dedifferentiation(high grade),while it does not correlate with conventional indicators of disease progression,indicating that HER2 may serve a distinct biological function in this cancer type.

文摘This paper studies a dual-channel green supply chain consisting of one manufacturer and one retailer in presence of government green subsidy and cap-and-trade regulation policies.We first develop and analyze a single-period Stackelberg and a multi-period dynamic Stackelberg game models respectively with consistent pricing strategy.Subsequently,we extend these two game models by utilizing an inconsistent pricing strategy.The optimal solutions for the single-period Stackelberg game models in both scenarios are derived by means of the backward induction approach.Moreover,the existence and local asymptotic stability of the equilibrium points of the multi-period dynamic Stackelberg game models are examined,and the complex dynamics of chain members'long-term strategy evolution are investigated through chaos theory and numerical simulation.Additionally,the variable feedback control and time-delay feedback control method are utilized to eliminate system chaos respectively.The results indicate that(i)The excessive fast adjustment speeds by the manufacturer have a destabilizing effect on the stability of the Nash equilibrium point.(ii)The manufacturer's profits are improved with green subsidy degree increases,while its impact on the retailer's profits depends on certain parameter conditions,and the high carbon trading price is disadvantage to both chain members.(iii)The system's motion can transition from a steady state to a chaotic period through period-doubling or Neimark–Sacker bifurcations.(iv)The system's steady state is conducive to the manufacturer,while the retailer can benefit from the system's periodic cycles.Furthermore,both chain members'profits are declined when the system becomes chaotic.Lastly,the variable feedback and time-delay feedback control method can effectively eliminate system chaos.

文摘The construction of centralized and standardized material databases is essential to support both scientific innovation and industrial application.However,for rare and precious metal materials,existing data resources are often decentralized.This results in persistent issues such as data silos and fragmentation,which significantly hinder efficient data utilization and collaboration.In response to these challenges,this study investigates the development of an integrated platform for sharing genetic data of rare and precious metal materials.The research begins by analyzing current trends in material data platforms,both domestically and internationally.These insights help inform the architectural design.The core of the platform consists of several key modules.Data resource integration is designed to aggregate and harmonize heterogeneous data from diverse sources.A structured data management system supports efficient storage and retrieval.A computational environment enables data analysis and modeling.A trusted sharing mechanism ensures security and access control.By integrating these functionalities,the platform aims to provide a unified ecosystem.This system facilitates open yet secure data exchange,promotes reproducibility,and enhances research efficiency.Finally,the article summarizes the initial implementation of the platform.It discusses its potential limitations and outlines future directions for development,including the integration of artificial intelligence tools and the expansion of data coverage.
文摘目的 探明福建薏米氨基酸组成特征及营养价值差异。方法 以福建南平、福建莆田、福建三明、辽阳、贵州和云南地区薏米为试验材料,采用酸水解法,使用氨基酸自动分析仪测定薏米氨基酸含量。以联合国粮食及农业组织和世界卫生组织(Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations/World Health Organization, FAO/WHO)推荐的蛋白模式和鸡蛋蛋白标准模式为参照,计算并比较薏米的氨基酸比值系数分(score of ratio coefficients of amino acids, SRC)。同时研究贮藏10个月前后不同地区薏米氨基酸变化,探讨贮藏期间薏米氨基酸变化机制。结果 6个地区薏米均检测出17种氨基酸,其氨基酸总量为7.34~17.97 g/100 g。辽阳地区薏米的氨基酸含量最高,其次是莆田地区,三明地区薏米含量最低。贮藏10个月薏米氨基酸变化结果为南平地区薏米氨基酸总量基本保持稳定,其他地区薏米氨基酸总量则呈现不同程度的下降趋势,而三明地区薏米氨基酸总量从7.34g/100g显著增加至11.17g/100g,增幅达52.2%。薏米中必需氨基酸总量(total essential amino acids, TEAA)为1087~2389 mg/g N,必需氨基酸与总氨基酸的比值(essential to total amino acid ratio,E/T)、必需氨基酸与非必需氨基酸的比值(essential to non-essential amino acid ratio, E/N)分别为33.82%~39.29%、51.09%~64.71%,辽阳地区薏米TEAA最高,三明地区薏米TEAA最低,均低于鸡蛋蛋白模式。莆田和辽阳地区薏米TEAA、E/T、E/N均高于FAO/WHO标准模式。6个地区薏米SRC为39.71~48.30,评分最高的为南平地区薏米,最低的为辽阳地区薏米。赖氨酸为第一限制性氨基酸,其次是甲硫氨酸+胱氨酸。结论 薏米的氨基酸种类齐全,具有较大的开发利用价值,可对福建薏米的质量评价提供依据。

文摘Aegilops variabilis(S^(v)S^(v)U^(v)U^(v))is a source of resistance to wheat stripe rust.The phKL locus in Chinese common wheat landrace Kaixian-Luohanmai(KL)can induce homoeologous wheat-alien chromosome pairing and recombination.In this study,we confirmed that the whole 2S^(v)chromosome introgressed into wheat from Ae.variabilis accession AS116 conferred all-stage stripe rust resistance.The underlying gene(s),named YrAev,was mapped to the long arm 2S^(v)L using an F_(2)population.Two 2S^(v)-2B recombinants,derived from a cross of the 2S^(v)(2B)chromosome substitution line and KL,were confirmed to harbor the resistance locus.The physical region containing YrAev,determined from RNA-seq data,was 844.6-852.1 Mb on the chromosome arm 2S^(l)of the Ae.longissima(S^(v)genome donor species of Ae.variabilis)accession TL05 assembly v1.0.Differential gene expression analysis of post-inoculation with the Pst race has indicated two disease-resistance-related genes(annotated as mixed lineage kinase domain-like protein and nucleotide-binding leucine-rich repeat like protein,respectively)as promising candidates for YrAev.This study demonstrates the utility of the phKL gene system in alien gene localization and transfer.The resistant translocation line harboring YrAev can be exploited by wheat breeders as a novel source of resistance to stripe rust.

文摘Thermoacoustic imaging(TAI)contrast comes from different electrical properties(EPs)of microwave absorption.However,the relationship between the permittivity distribution and the electric field polarization limits the application of TAI in some extent.Here,we present a polarimetric thermoacoustic imaging(pTAI)system based on a rotary waveguide.By optimizing a rotary waveguide(insertion loss<0.2dB,return loss>15dB at 3GHz),the excitation wave emitted from a horn antenna can rotate freely in the direction of polarization.The multi-polarization pulsed microwave signal is used to evoke the thermoacoustic signals(TAS)of samples in different polarimetric directions.The simulation for pTAI with a multi-directional sample is first obtained.Then,we rotated the rotary waveguide at 10°/s and experimentally demonstrated the performance of pTAI by imaging three randomly placed soy sauce tubes and ex vivo beef.This study suggests that pTAI has potential for dielectric properties“diffusion”mapping,for example,provides conductivity tensor mapping of brain and muscle.
