四川贡嘎山国家级自然保护区位于全球生物多样性热点地区之一的横断山区,是我国生物多样性保护优先区。本文利用红外相机影像和已发表文献对该保护区的大中型兽类和地面活动鸟类进行编目并提出未来监测建议。2011-2018年在97个1 km×... 四川贡嘎山国家级自然保护区位于全球生物多样性热点地区之一的横断山区,是我国生物多样性保护优先区。本文利用红外相机影像和已发表文献对该保护区的大中型兽类和地面活动鸟类进行编目并提出未来监测建议。2011-2018年在97个1 km×1 km的网格安放红外相机,累计39,881个相机日,获得独立有效照片20,932张,其中野生兽类16,244张,鸟类2,775张,牲畜1,737张,人176张。鉴定出野生兽类30种,另有文献报道4种和观察3种,分属于5目15科;鸟类78种,分属于9目22科;牲畜6种。包括12种国家I级和28种国家II级重点保护野生动物;被CITES附录I收录的有11种,附录II收录的有12种。被IUCN红色名录评估为濒危(EN)和易危(VU)等级的分别有3种和8种。被《中国脊椎动物红色名录》评估为极危(CR)、濒危和易危等级的分别有5、5和11种。相对多度指数(relative abundance index,RAI)排名前三的兽类是毛冠鹿(Elaphodus cephalophus,147.39)、水鹿(Rusa unicolor,66.10)、野猪(Sus scrofa,36.03);鸟类是血雉(Ithaginis cruentus,14.64)、白马鸡(Crossoptilon crossoptilon,10.43)、大噪鹛(Garrulax maximus,8.05)。阔叶林、针阔混交林、高山灌丛草甸和高山流石滩是调查薄弱生境,后期应开展重点调查,以厘清本区域大中型兽类资源。 展开更多

A new species of Macandrewia Gray from a seamount near Yap Trench in the Western Pacific Ocean was described.Macandrewia yapensis sp.nov.is distinct from its congeners by possessing a foliate shape with contorted lamellae,tuberculiform terminations of desmas,and unique size of spicules.This is the third species of Macandrewia described from the Pacific Ocean.In addition a partial sequence of COI gene was obtained from the new specimen and then it submitted to GenBank.Phylogenetic tree constructed with the partial COI sequences appears to exhibit a more congruent relationship with morphological data of macandrewiid species compared to 28 S gene tree. 展开更多

We numerically investigate the mid-infrared(MIR)supercontinuum(SC)and SC-based optical frequency comb(OFC)generations when the three optical modes(LP_(01),LP_(02),and LP_(12))are considered in a multimode tellurite photonic crystal fiber(MM-TPCF).The geometrical parameters of the MM-TPCF are optimized to support the multimode propagation and obtain the desired dispersion characteristics of the considered three optical modes.When the pump pulse with center wavelengthλ=2.5μm,width T=80 fs,and peak power P=18 kW is coupled into the anomalous dispersion region of the LP_(01),LP_(02),and LP_(12)modes of the MM-TPCF,the-40-dB bandwidth of the generated MIR SCs can be up to 2.56,1.39,and 1.12 octaves,respectively,along with good coherence.Moreover,the nonlinear dynamics of the generated SCs are analyzed.Finally,the MIR SCs-based OFCs are demonstrated when a train of 50 pulses at 1-GHz repetition rate is used as the pump source and launched into the MM-TPCF. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the impact of a continuity of care model on negative emotions and self-efficacy in patients undergoing digestive endoscopic tumor resection.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 80 patients who underwent digestive endoscopic tumor resection in the Gastroenterology Department of Baoying County People’s Hospital between October 2022 and October 2024.Patients were randomly divided into a control group(n=40)and an observation group(n=40)using a random number table.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group was additionally provided with continuity of care interventions.After two months of intervention,the negative emotions and self-efficacy of the two groups were compared and statistically analyzed.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in baseline data between the two groups(P>0.05).After two months of intervention,the observation group demonstrated significantly lower HAMD and HAMA scores compared to the control group(both P=0.000),and significantly higher GSES scores(P=0.000).Conclusion:Applying a continuity of care model to patients undergoing digestive endoscopic tumor resection can alleviate negative emotions,enhance self-efficacy,and improve self-care abilities. 展开更多

新就业形态劳动者权益保障如何从政策走向立法:新加坡《平台工人法》带来的启示

数字技术的迅猛发展催生了以大数据、算法管理和云计算等为核心技术支撑的平台用工模式,其灵活性与去中心化特征对传统劳动关系理论及劳动法律体系形成根本性挑战。新就业形态劳动者面临劳动关系模糊、劳动保障缺位等权益保障困境,传统... 数字技术的迅猛发展催生了以大数据、算法管理和云计算等为核心技术支撑的平台用工模式,其灵活性与去中心化特征对传统劳动关系理论及劳动法律体系形成根本性挑战。新就业形态劳动者面临劳动关系模糊、劳动保障缺位等权益保障困境,传统劳动法律框架因难以适配技术驱动型用工而显现局限性。新加坡《平台工人法》通过单独立法,将“平台工人”界定为介于雇员与自雇人士之间的独立法律主体,构建社会保险、工伤赔偿及集体谈判权三位一体的保障体系,为破解平台用工特殊性引发的治理难题提供参考。以此为鉴,我国亟需推动新就业形态劳动者保护从政策治理向立法治理转型:一方面,通过专门立法明确新就业形态劳动者法律身份,设计渐进式劳动权利保障方案;另一方面,以“核心概念界定+基本权益兜底”为路径,将劳动基准、社会保险与集体协商机制等嵌入平台用工生态系统,实现政府引导、市场协同与劳动者赋权的动态平衡。这一进程需兼顾灵活就业特征与劳动权益保障,通过构建公私协作的劳动关系生态系统,促进平台经济可持续发展与劳动者权益保障双重目标的实现。 展开更多

This work reports on a preliminary taxonomic study of epibenthic macroinvertebrates collected or observed by underwater video at the Haima cold seeps and in adjacent deep-sea habitats,including a mud volcano feld and Ganquan Plateau,during an expedition in the South China Sea by the Chinese-manned submersible Shenhai Yongshi in May 2018.A total of 41 species belonging to 6 phyla were identifed,among which 34 species were collected from the Haima cold seeps.Mollusks and crustaceans that are specialized in reducing habitats were predominant in biotopes of the Haima cold seeps,whereas sponges and cold-water corals and their commensals were prominent in communities of the mud volcano feld and the slopes of Ganquan Plateau.The distribution and faunal composition of each taxonomic group are discussed. 展开更多
