Endorepellin downregulation promotes angiogenesis after experimental traumatic brain injury

Endorepellin plays a key role in the regulation of angiogenesis,but its effects on angiogenesis after traumatic brain injury are unclear.This study explored the effects of endorepellin on angiogenesis and neurobehavioral outcomes after traumatic brain injury in mice.Mice were randomly divided into four groups:sham,controlled cortical impact only,adeno-associated virus(AAV)-green fluorescent protein,and AAV-shEndorepellin-green fluorescent protein groups.In the controlled cortical impact model,the transduction of AAV-shEndorepellin-green fluorescent protein downregulated endorepellin while increasing the number of CD31+/Ki-67+proliferating endothelial cells and the functional microvessel density in mouse brain.These changes resulted in improved neurological function compared with controlled cortical impact mice.Western blotting revealed increased expression of vascular endothelial growth factor and angiopoietin-1 in mice treated with AAV-shEndorepellin-green fluorescent protein.Synchrotron radiation angiography showed that endorepellin downregulation promoted angiogenesis and increased cortical neovascularization,which may further improve neurobehavioral outcomes.Furthermore,an in vitro study showed that downregulation of endorepellin increased tube formation by human umbilical vein endothelial cells compared with a control.Mechanistic analysis found that endorepellin downregulation may mediate angiogenesis by activating vascular endothelial growth factor-and angiopoietin-1-related signaling pathways. 展开更多

目的:分析截瘫患者骶尾部压力性损伤(PI)发生的风险因素,构建并验证基于压力联合皮肤温度监测的截瘫患者骶尾部PI发生的风险预测模型。方法:选取2020年1月至2024年8月温州医科大学附属第一医院812例截瘫患者为研究对象(训练集548例、验... 目的:分析截瘫患者骶尾部压力性损伤(PI)发生的风险因素,构建并验证基于压力联合皮肤温度监测的截瘫患者骶尾部PI发生的风险预测模型。方法:选取2020年1月至2024年8月温州医科大学附属第一医院812例截瘫患者为研究对象(训练集548例、验证集264例)。对患者的一般资料、医疗及护理相关信息、压力及皮肤温度等相关因素进行单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析以构建列线图风险预测模型,并进行验证。结果:812例截瘫患者骶尾部PI发生74例(9.11%),训练集发生52例(9.40%),验证集发生22例(8.30%)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示:失禁情况、入院时白蛋白、住院期间Braden平均得分、测量期间压力、测量期间皮肤温度为截瘫患者骶尾部PI发生的影响因素(P<0.05)。训练集数据显示:ROC曲线的AUC为0.983(95%CI=0.974~0.993),灵敏度为94.2%,特异度为97.6%,约登指数为0.918;Hosmer-Lemeshow拟合优度检验显示模型拟合良好(P=1.000);决策曲线分析显示在0.01~0.99的概率阈值范围内,本模型获益较好。验证集数据显示:ROC曲线的AUC值为0.993(95%CI=0.985~0.997),灵敏度为96.9%,特异度为90.9%,约登指数为0.878;Hosmer-Lemeshow拟合优度检验显示模型拟合良好(P=0.851);决策曲线分析显示在0.01~0.99的概率阈值范围内,本模型获益较好。结论:本研究通过压力与皮肤温度联合监测构建截瘫患者骶尾部PI风险预测模型,模型效果较好,可为临床评估和干预提供参考依据。 展开更多

【目的】选育适宜福建省种植的大粒蚕豆新品种,提高福建省蚕豆的产量和品质,增加农民收入,提高蚕豆的市场竞争力。【方法】利用有性杂交系谱选育方法,以‘陵西一寸’为母本,‘甜美长荚’为父本进行有性杂交,经系谱选育出优良杂交后代,... 【目的】选育适宜福建省种植的大粒蚕豆新品种,提高福建省蚕豆的产量和品质,增加农民收入,提高蚕豆的市场竞争力。【方法】利用有性杂交系谱选育方法,以‘陵西一寸’为母本,‘甜美长荚’为父本进行有性杂交,经系谱选育出优良杂交后代,进一步对其进行区域试验、品质检测和抗性鉴定。【结果】选育出大粒蚕豆新品种‘福蚕1号’。该品种属中熟种,生育期179 d,四粒荚占比达36.7%,单荚鲜重21.7 g,干籽粒百粒重185.2 g,鲜荚产量13 867.0 kg·hm^(-2)。干籽粒粗蛋白含量28.2%,粗淀粉含量50.5%,对赤斑病、根腐病和病毒病的抗性级别为抗。2023年福蚕1号通过国家非主要农作物品种审定[GPD蚕豆(2023)350008]。【结论】福蚕1号具有大粒、大荚、产量高、抗病性强等优点,适宜在福建省冬季种植。 展开更多

深海沉积物中的生物扰动及其对碳埋藏的影响

热带太平洋海底蕴藏着丰富的多金属矿物,深海采矿对环境的影响广受关注。研究该海域的生物扰动过程及其对深层沉积物的有机碳输送,有助于定量了解深海底栖生态系统的物质流动和生态环境,为准确评价矿物开采可能引起的环境效应提供基线... 热带太平洋海底蕴藏着丰富的多金属矿物,深海采矿对环境的影响广受关注。研究该海域的生物扰动过程及其对深层沉积物的有机碳输送,有助于定量了解深海底栖生态系统的物质流动和生态环境,为准确评价矿物开采可能引起的环境效应提供基线参数。本研究通过分析位于热带西北太平洋山间盆地地区、东太平洋多金属结核区和中东太平洋热带区域(约5000 m水深)6根沉积物柱样中的^(210)Pb和^(226)Ra放射性活度,利用稳态扩散模型估算了研究区域的生物扰动系数(D_(B))和混合深度(L)。结果显示,DB范围为11.55~81.52 cm^(2)/a,平均值为(40.53±4.72)cm^(2)/a;L范围为19.30~51.28 cm,平均值为(36.16±0.07)cm,高于全球平均值。DB和L值的变化范围较大主要由大型底栖生物分布不均造成。在其中3根柱样中,过剩^(210)Pb(^(210)Pb_(ex))比活度与总有机碳(TOC)含量呈线性正相关关系,基于此建立了TOC由表层向深层输送的一维模型,计算得出TOC通过生物扰动以0.09~1.14mmol/(cm^(2)·a)的输送通量向深层传递。 展开更多

In December 2019, a new type viral pneumonia cases occurred in Wuhan, Hubei Province;and then named "2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)" by the World Health Organization(WHO) on 12 January 2020. For it is a never been experienced respiratory disease before and with infection ability widely and quickly, it attracted the world’s attention but without treatment and control manual. For the request from frontline clinicians and public health professionals of 2019-nCoV infected pneumonia management, an evidence-based guideline urgently needs to be developed. Therefore, we drafted this guideline according to the rapid advice guidelines methodology and general rules of WHO guideline development;we also added the first-hand management data of Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University. This guideline includes the guideline methodology, epidemiological characteristics, disease screening and population prevention, diagnosis, treatment and control(including traditional Chinese Medicine), nosocomial infection prevention and control, and disease nursing of the 2019-nCoV. Moreover, we also provide a whole process of a successful treatment case of the severe 2019-nCoV infected pneumonia and experience and lessons of hospital rescue for 2019-nCoV infections. Risk analysis of adverse pathological changes in cT2cN0M0 prostate cancer after robot-assisted radical prostatectomy:Results from a population-based study

Objective:To explore clinicopathological predictors of adverse pathological changes(APCs)(upgrading,upstaging,and positive surgical margin[PSM])after robot-assisted radical prostatectomy(RARP)in clinical tumor stage 2c(cT2c)prostate cancer(PCa)patients.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2022,cT2cN0M0 PCa patients who underwent prostate biopsies and subsequent RARP at the Peking University First Hospital with an interval between biopsy and RARP of ≤90 days were included.Univariable and stepwise multivariable logistic regression analyses were performed to identify independent risk factors associated with APCs.Nomograms were constructed based on these predictive models.The performance of the nomograms was evaluated by receiver operating characteristic curves,decision curve analyses,and calibration plots.Results:A total of 423 eligible cT2cN0M0 PCa patients were included.The rates of upgrading,upstaging,and PSM in our cohortwere 33%,51%,and 35%,respectively.The stepwise multivariate logistic analysis suggested that PSA density and the percentage of positive cores in systematic biopsy were significantly associated with the occurrence of APCs.The score of the Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System,PSA density,and the International Society of Urological Pathology grade group(IGG)of needle-biopsy specimens(or clinical IGG[cIGG])were significantly associated with upgrading.The PSA density,percentage of positive cores in systematic biopsy,and largest tumor percentage in all cores of each patient(LTP)were significantly associated with upstaging.The PSA density and LTP were significantly associatedwith the PSM.Based on these results,four nomogramswere developed.Receiver operating characteristic curves,decision curve analyses,and calibration plots implied that the nomograms exhibited excellent accuracy.Conclusion:The predictive models we developed could help to identify high-risk PCa early,and optimize clinical decisions of cT2cN0M0 PCa patients. 展开更多

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of comfort nursing intervention in preventing incontinent-associated dermatitis(IAD)and related complications in critically ill patients.Methods:This study enrolled critically ill patients from the Intensive Care Unit at Ningxiang People’s Hospital between June 2020 and June 2024.Patients were randomly assigned to a comfort nursing group(n=51)and a routine nursing group(n=53).The comfort nursing group received comprehensive comfort nursing,while the routine nursing group received standard care.The incidence,classification and area of IAD as well as the incidence of complications and patient/family satisfaction with nursing care,were assessed.Results:The incidence of IAD was significantly lower in the comfort nursing group(8 patients)compared to the routine nursing group(21 patients)(P<0.05).Additionally,the incidences of wound infection and muscle soreness were notably lower in the comfort nursing group(both P<0.05).Patient and family satisfaction in the comfort nursing group was significantly higher than in the routine nursing group(both P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfort nursing intervention is effective in preventing IAD and reducing associated complications in critically ill patients,thereby improving patient and family satisfaction with treatment. 展开更多

The novel severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)is the cause of a rapidly spreading illness,coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),affecting more than seventeen million people around the world.Diagnosis and treatment guidelines for clinicians caring for patients are needed.In the early stage,we have issued"A rapid advice guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of 2019 novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV)infected pneumonia(standard version)";now there are many direct evidences emerged and may change some of previous recommendations and it is ripe for develop an evidence-based guideline.We formed a working group of clinical experts and methodologists.The steering group members proposed 29 questions that are relevant to the management of COVID-19 covering the following areas:chemoprophylaxis,diagnosis,treatments,and discharge management.We searched the literature for direct evidence on the management of COVID-19,and assessed its certainty generated recommendations using the Grading of Recommendations,Assessment,Development and Evaluation(GRADE)approach.Recommendations were either strong or weak,or in the form of ungraded consensus-based statement.Finally,we issued 34 statements.Among them,6 were strong recommendations for,14 were weak recommendations for,3 were weak recommendations against and 11 were ungraded consensus-based statement.They covered topics of chemoprophylaxis(including agents and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)agents),diagnosis(including clinical manifestations,reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),respiratory tract specimens,IgM and IgG antibody tests,chest computed tomography,chest X-ray,and CT features of asymptomatic infections),treatments(including lopinavirritonavir,umifenovir,favipiravir,interferon,remdesivir,combination of antiviral drugs,hydroxychloroquine/chloroquine,interleukin-6 inhibitors,interleukin-1 inhibitors,glucocorticoid,qingfei paidu decoction,lianhua qingwen granules/capsules,convalescent plasma,lung transplantation,invasive or noninvasive ventilation,and extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO)),and discharge management(including discharge criteria and management plan in patients whose RT-PCR retesting shows SARS-CoV-2 positive after discharge).We also created two figures of these recommendations for the implementation purpose.We hope these recommendations can help support healthcare workers caring for COVID-19 patients. 展开更多

The intercritical heat-affected zone(ICHAZ) of X80 pipeline steel was simulated by using the Gleeble-3500thermal/mechanical simulator according to the thermal cycle of in-service welding.The microstructures of ICHAZ with different cooling rates were examined,and the hardness,the toughness and corresponding fractography were investigated.Results show that untransformed bainite and ferrite as well as retransformed fine bainite and martensite–austenite(M–A)constituents constitute the microstructure of ICHAZ.The two different morphologies of M–A constituents are stringer and block.Second phase particles which mainly composed of Ti,Nb,C,Fe and Cu coarsened in ICHAZ.Compared with normal welding condition,the toughness of ICHAZ is poor when the cooling time is short under in-service welding condition because of the large area fraction and size of M–A constituents that connect into chains and distribute at the grain boundaries.The Vickers hardness of ICHAZ that decreases with the increase in the cooling time is independent with the area fraction of M–A constituents. 展开更多

Due to high dynamic and resource limitation in IoV, how to schedule the vehicular beacon broadcast is challenging, especially in dense scenarios. In this paper, we investigate the beacon broadcast scheduling problem considering the Age of Information(AoI). We first propose an algorithm minimizing the expected sum of AoI considering the limited communication resource and vehicle mobility. Then the performance of the proposed algorithm is analyzed. With the proposed algorithm, the optimal solution can be obtained under certain conditions. Extensive simulations are conducted to verify the efficiency, effectiveness and fairness of the proposed solution. 展开更多

Purpose: Online reviews on tourism attractions provide important references for potential tourists to choose tourism spots. The main goal of this study is conducting sentiment analysis to facilitate users comprehending the large scale of the reviews, based on the comments about Chinese attractions from Japanese tourism website 4 Travel.Design/methodology/approach: Different statistics-and rule-based methods are used to analyze the sentiment of the reviews. Three groups of novel statistics-based methods combining feature selection functions and the traditional term frequency-inverse document frequency(TF-IDF) method are proposed. We also make seven groups of different rulesbased methods. The macro-average and micro-average values for the best classification results of the methods are calculated respectively and the performance of the methods are shown.Findings: We compare the statistics-based and rule-based methods separately and compare the overall performance of the two method. According to the results, it is concluded that the combination of feature selection functions and weightings can strongly improve the overall performance. The emotional vocabulary in the field of tourism(EVT), kaomojis, negative and transitional words can notably improve the performance in all of three categories. The rule-based methods outperform the statistics-based ones with a narrow advantage.Research limitation: Two limitations can be addressed: 1) the empirical studies to verify the validity of the proposed methods are only conducted on Japanese languages; and 2) the deep learning technology is not been incorporated in the methods.Practical implications: The results help to elucidate the intrinsic characteristics of the Japanese language and the influence on sentiment analysis. These findings also provide practical usage guidelines within the field of sentiment analysis of Japanese online tourism reviews.Originality/value: Our research is of practicability. Currently, there are no studies that focus on the sentiment analysis of Japanese reviews about Chinese attractions. 展开更多

In order to accelerate the chronic wounds healing, we investigated the healing effects of bioactive glass and Yuunan baiyao ointments in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. The ointments were prepared by mixing 45S5 bioactive glass powder (16% weight) with Vaseline and different weight percentages of Yurman baiyao. Full-thickness defect wounds were created on the back of 130 SD rats and were randomly divided into 8 groups. The wound healing rates were calculated at 4, 7, 10, 14 and 21 days after surgery. The samples were harvested for further observations. Considering the wound closure rate, group 6 (with 5% Yuunan baiyao) has better wound healing performance than other diabetic groups. The lower inflammatory response was observed by gross observation and confirmed by the results of H&E staining and TEM observation. Besides, the proliferation of fibroblasts, the formation of granulation tissue, as well as the vascularization, were improved in group 6 compared to other diabetic groups. All results suggest that bioactive glass and Yunnan baiyao ointments can accelerate the recovery of diabetes-impaired skin wounds, and comparing to other diabetic groups, group 6 (with 5% Yunnan baiyao) has better healing effect. 展开更多

海湾是海洋和陆地相互作用和人类活动最强烈的区域,沉积物中重金属的含量和分布都受到人类活动的影响。为了探究钦州湾沉积物中重金属的含量水平、污染程度和可能来源,本研究分析了钦州湾表层沉积物中Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、Cr、Hg和As的含量... 海湾是海洋和陆地相互作用和人类活动最强烈的区域,沉积物中重金属的含量和分布都受到人类活动的影响。为了探究钦州湾沉积物中重金属的含量水平、污染程度和可能来源,本研究分析了钦州湾表层沉积物中Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、Cr、Hg和As的含量及空间分布,采用地质累计指数(Igeo)和潜在生态风险指数(PERI)定量分析了重金属的污染程度和生态风险,并利用自组织映射(SOM)和正定矩阵因子分解法(PMF)模型评估了重金属的可能来源。结果表明:钦州湾表层沉积物重金属中Zn的平均含量最高,Hg平均含量最低;除个别站位的Pb含量符合海洋沉积物质量第二类标准外,其他重金属含量均符合海洋沉积物质量第一类标准;Igeo结果表明钦州湾表层沉积物主要的污染元素为Pb、Hg和Cu;PERI结果表明Hg是钦州湾表层沉积物主要的生态风险元素。SOM和PMF模型结果表明钦州湾表层沉积物重金属主要受自然来源、农业活动、工业生产活动的共同影响,各来源的相对贡献率分别为39.65%、29.15%和31.20%。 展开更多

目的:探讨舒适化医疗技术在牙科恐惧症(child dental fear,DF)儿童口腔治疗中的临床应用。方法:将纳入的94例CDF患儿根据治疗方法分为47例对照组(Ctrl)和47例实验组(Exp),Ctrl组采用传统束缚治疗,Exp组采用口腔舒适化治疗。比较两组治... 目的:探讨舒适化医疗技术在牙科恐惧症(child dental fear,DF)儿童口腔治疗中的临床应用。方法:将纳入的94例CDF患儿根据治疗方法分为47例对照组(Ctrl)和47例实验组(Exp),Ctrl组采用传统束缚治疗,Exp组采用口腔舒适化治疗。比较两组治疗前后的恐惧程度[采用儿童畏惧调查表-牙科分量表(children's fear survey schedule-dental subscale,CFSS-DS)评估]、口腔相关生活质量[采用口腔健康相关生活质量量表(the early childhood oral health impact scale,ECOHIS)评估]和疼痛程度(采用Wong-Baker面部表情量表评估)及接诊时、治疗前、治疗后的心率变异性[相关指标心率(heart rate,HR)、低频功率(low frequency power,LF)、高频功率(high frequency power,HF)、LF/HF]。结果:Ctrl组患儿治疗后的CFSS-DS评分较治疗前明显升高,ECOHIS评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);而Exp组治疗后的CFSS-DS评分和ECOHIS评分均明显低于治疗前和Ctrl组(P<0.05);与Ctrl组比较,Exp组患儿疼痛程度明显降低(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗前的HR、LF和LF/HF水平均明显高于接诊时,而HF水平明显低于接诊时,且Exp组中上述指标变化幅度小于Ctrl组(P<0.05);同时,Exp组治疗后HR、LF和LF/HF水平较治疗前和Ctrl组降低;而HF水平较治疗前和Ctrl组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:舒适化医疗技术不仅可降低CDF患儿恐惧与疼痛程度,提高口腔相关生活质量,还可减轻患儿心率变异性的改变,提升舒适度。 展开更多

为揭示厦门海域水体富营养化程度的时空变化特征,本研究根据2003年、2013年和2020年秋季在厦门海域开展的3个航次的调查数据,对水体中的溶解无机氮(DIN)和活性磷酸盐(DIP)含量及氮磷比的时空分布进行了研究,并通过第三代潜在性富营养化... 为揭示厦门海域水体富营养化程度的时空变化特征,本研究根据2003年、2013年和2020年秋季在厦门海域开展的3个航次的调查数据,对水体中的溶解无机氮(DIN)和活性磷酸盐(DIP)含量及氮磷比的时空分布进行了研究,并通过第三代潜在性富营养化评价模型(potential eutrophication assessment model,PE3)评价了厦门海域富营养化程度的变化。结果表明,厦门海域营养盐平均含量及氮磷摩尔比平均值整体上呈现出湾内向湾外递减的空间分布趋势,高值主要集中在厦门西海域和九龙江口临近海域,低值主要出现在大嶝海域。厦门海域DIN平均含量表现为2013年>2020年>2003年,其值分别为(0.789±0.527)、(0.539±0.234)和(0.345±0.167)mg/L;DIP平均含量表现为分别2013年>2003年>2020年,其值分别为(0.070±0.082)、(0.040±0.021)和(0.032±0.009)mg/L;氮磷摩尔比平均比值表现为2020年>2013年>2003年,其值分别为36.2±9.0、28.1±12.7和23.0±19.0。厦门海域的富营养化不仅受沿岸人为活动和陆源径流输入的影响,还受到海域中的海水养殖活动和水体交换能力等的影响。随着近年来厦门市不断加强海洋空间规划的管控,构建陆海统筹的污染防治体系,开展海洋生态综合修复,相较于2003年和2013年,2020年厦门海域富营养化程度明显降低,厦门市海洋生态修复工作取得了显著成效。 展开更多

Background:Most bone-related injuries to grassroots troops are caused by training or accidental injuries.To establish preventive measures to reduce all kinds of trauma and improve the combat effectiveness of grassroots troops,it is imperative to develop new strategies and scafolds to promote bone regeneration.Methods:In this study,a porous piezoelectric hydrogel bone scafold was fabricated by incorporating polydopamine(PDA)-modified ceramic hydroxyapatite(PDA-hydroxyapatite,PHA)and PDA-modified barium titanate(PDABaTiO_(3),PBT)nanoparticles into a chitosan/gelatin(Cs/Gel)matrix.The physical and chemical properties of the Cs/Gel/PHA scafold with 0–10 wt%PBT were analyzed.Cell and animal experiments were performed to characterize the immunomodulatory,angiogenic,and osteogenic capabilities of the piezoelectric hydrogel scafold in vitro and in vivo.Results:The incorporation of BaTiO_(3) into the scafold improved its mechanical properties and increased self-generated electricity.Due to their endogenous piezoelectric stimulation and bioactive constituents,the prepared Cs/Gel/PHA/PBT hydrogels exhibited cytocompatibility as well as immunomodulatory,angiogenic,and osteogenic capabilities;they not only effectively induced macrophage polarization to M2 phenotype but also promoted the migration,tube formation,and angiogenic differentiation of human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs)and facilitated the migration,osteodifferentiation,and extracellular matrix(ECM)mineralization of MC3T3-E1 cells.The in vivo evaluations showed that these piezoelectric hydrogels with versatile capabilities significantly facilitated new bone formation in a rat large-sized cranial injury model.The underlying molecular mechanism can be partly attributed to the immunomodulation of the Cs/Gel/PHA/PBT hydrogels as shown via transcriptome sequencing analysis,and the PI3K/Akt signaling axis plays an important role in regulating macrophage M2 polarization.Conclusion:The piezoelectric Cs/Gel/PHA/PBT hydrogels developed here with favorable immunomodulation,angiogenesis,and osteogenesis functions may be used as a substitute in periosteum injuries,thereby offering the novel strategy of applying piezoelectric stimulation in bone tissue engineering for the enhancement of combat efectiveness in grassroots troops. 展开更多

Analysis on characteristics of extreme precipitation indices and atmospheric circulation in Northern Shanxi

This article utilizes daily precipitation data from 28 national meteorological stations in northern Shanxi Province spanning from 1972 to 2020,and the US NCEP/NCAR monthly average reanalysis and ERA5 monthly average reanalysis data.The study employs techniques such as empirical orthogonal function(EOF)decomposition,MannKendall mutation and other methods to investigate the spatiotemporal distribution of extreme precipitation index in northern Shanxi and their correlation with atmospheric circulation.The research results show that:the absolute index,relative index,intensity index and sustained dry period index(CDD)in the continuous index appear from southwest to northeast.The spatial distribution characteristics of the central region decrease,while the continuous wet period(CWD)decreases from the central to the east and west.The three indices Rx1day,Rx5day,and CWD mutated in 1978,1975,and 1983 respectively,and other extreme precipitation indices all appeared in a sudden change from a low-value period to a high-value period occurred around 2010.In the high-value years of the summer extreme precipitation index,there is a significant negative anomaly in the height field in the mid-high latitude regions of Eurasia.Northern Shanxi is controlled by a broad low-pressure trough in the Lake Baikal area.Water vapor transported via the east,west,and south routes converges in the northern Shanxi region and encounters cold air from the north.There is a strong upward motion anomaly at 500 hPa in the troposphere,and the dynamic conditions of upper-level divergence and lower-level convergence lead to more summer extreme precipitation in the northern Shanxi region.Conversely,in the low-value years of the summer extreme precipitation index,northern Shanxi is affected by a strong high-pressure ridge north of Lake Baikal.There is a downward motion anomaly at 500 hPa,and the northern Shanxi region lacks water vapor.The cold and warm air cannot converge,and both the water vapor conditions and dynamic conditions are poor,which is not conducive to the production of extreme precipitation in northern Shanxi. 展开更多
