We optimized the ground-state stable configuration of CoS molecule in different external radiation fields(0-0.04 atomic units(a.u.))at the basis set level of 6-311G++(d,p)using the B3LYP density functional theory.On t...We optimized the ground-state stable configuration of CoS molecule in different external radiation fields(0-0.04 atomic units(a.u.))at the basis set level of 6-311G++(d,p)using the B3LYP density functional theory.On this basis,the molecular structure,total energy,energy gap,and the intensities of infrared ray(IR)spectra,Raman spectra,and ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis)absorption spectra of CoS molecule were computed using the same method.The results showed that the molecular structure changed greatly under the effect of the external radiation fields and had significant dependency on the radiation fields.The total energy of CoS molecule grew slightly at first and then significantly decreased in a monotonous manner.The bond length,dipole moment,and energy gap of the molecule all reduced at first and then increased,with the turning point all at F=0.025 a.u.of the radiation field.The absorption peak of IR spectra and Raman optical activity both had maximums at F=0.03 a.u.with significant red shift.In the external radiation field of F=0.030 a.u.,the absorption wavelength of the UV-Vis absorption spectra showed large blue shift,and a strong absorption peak was observed.展开更多
Objective:Oncocardiology is increasingly hot research field/topic in the clinical management of cancer with anti-angiogenic therapy of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)that may cause cardiovascular toxicity,suc...Objective:Oncocardiology is increasingly hot research field/topic in the clinical management of cancer with anti-angiogenic therapy of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)that may cause cardiovascular toxicity,such as hypertension via vascular dysfunction and attenuation of eNOS/NO signaling in the baroreflex afferent pathway.The aim of the current study was to evaluate the potential roles of VEGF/VEGF receptors(VEGFRs)expressed in the baroreflex afferent pathway in autonomic control of blood pressure(BP)regulation.Methods:The distribution and expression of VEGF/VEGFRs were detected in the nodose ganglia(NG)and nucleus of tractus solitary(NTS)using immunostaining and molecular approaches.The direct role of VEGF was tested by NG microinjection under physiological and hypertensive conditions.Results:Immunostaining data showed that either VEGF or VEGFR2/VEGFR3 was clearly detected in the NG and NTS of adult male rats.Microinjection of VEGF directly into the NG reduced the mean blood pressure(MBP)dose-dependently,which was less dramatic in renovascular hypertension(RVH)rats,suggesting the VEGF-mediated depressor response by direct activation of the 1st-order baroreceptor neurons in the NG under both normal and disease conditions.Notably,this reduced depressor response in RVH rats was directly caused by the downregulation of VEGFR2,which compensated the up regulation of VEGF/VEGFR3 in the NG during the development of hypertension.Conclusion:It demonstrated for the first time that the BP-lowering property of VEGF/VEGFRs signaling via the activation of baroreflex afferent function may be a common target/pathway leading to BP dysregulation in anti-angiogenic therapy.展开更多
Calcium carbide,a bulky and cheap raw chemical,is traditionally depolymerized by water to release acetylene,allowing the downstream organic transformation.In this study,hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S),an industrial waste gas...Calcium carbide,a bulky and cheap raw chemical,is traditionally depolymerized by water to release acetylene,allowing the downstream organic transformation.In this study,hydrogen sulfide(H_(2)S),an industrial waste gas,has been exploited to depolymerize calcium carbide,which represents a strategy for the comprehensive utilization of both hydrogen sulfide and calcium carbide.As a proof of concept,a three-component condensation reaction was established to prepare thioamides directly from hydrogen sulfide and calcium carbide in high yields.Leveraging the unique properties of thioamides that possess both nucleophilic sulfur and electrophilic carbon sites,a series of novel tandem reactions were further developed to construct structurally diverse heterocyclic compounds.Our strategy not only provides a new chemical pathway for calcium carbide depolymerization,but also offers a solution for the utilization of hazardous hydrogen sulfide gas.More importantly,this approach facilitates the comprehensive and sustainable utilization of the calcium carbide resource.展开更多

The decrease in PPARγ expression is mediated by increased degradation of PPARγ. Here we report that PPARγ is ubiquitinated by HECT E3 ubiquitin ligase NEDD4-1 and degraded, along with PPARγ, in response to E2 stimulation. The PPARγ interacts with ubiquitin ligase NEDD4-1 through a conserved PPXY-WW binding motif. The WW3 domain in NEDD4-1 is critical for binding to PPARΓ. NEDD4-1 overexpression leads to PPARγ ubiquitination and reduced expression of PPARγ. Conversely, knockdown of NEDD4-1 by specific siRNAs abolishes PPARΓ ubiquitination. These data indicate that NEDD4-1 is the E3 ubiquitin ligase responsible for PPARγ ubiquitination. Here, we show that NEDD4-1 delays cellular senescence by degrading PPARΓ expression. Taken together, our data show that E2 could upregulate SIRT1 expression via promoting the PPARΓ ubiquitination-proteasome degradation pathway to delay the process of cell senescence.展开更多
