新时代职业教育评价的问题表征具体体现在传统教育评价观念下的“唯普教”与“唯升学”;院校“唯办学指标”下的“重成果,轻成效”;教师“高负荷”评价要求下的“育人主线偏离”;标准化考核主导下的“学生获得感低下”。职业教育评价改... 新时代职业教育评价的问题表征具体体现在传统教育评价观念下的“唯普教”与“唯升学”;院校“唯办学指标”下的“重成果,轻成效”;教师“高负荷”评价要求下的“育人主线偏离”;标准化考核主导下的“学生获得感低下”。职业教育评价改革涉及四组矛盾博弈,分别是评价价值取向环节的工具理性与价值理性博弈;评价手段定位环节的资源分配与方向引导博弈;评价实施环节的标准统一与适配差异博弈;评价结果运用环节的结果评定与反馈矫正博弈,职业教育评价者经意或不经意间在这些矛盾中进行抉择。职业教育评价问题与矛盾博弈的原因在于资源、观念、历史、制度与技术五个方面。优化路径包括:完善产教深度融合、能力本位导向的职业教育特色评价体系;打造锚定行业方向、彰显区域特色、明晰层次定位的职业教育分类评价体系;实施从绩效到效能、数据驱动的职业教育办学评价新模式与新方法体系;建立教育强国背景下以强国任务为对标、产教协同为支撑的职业教育评价新体系。 展开更多

为探究韶关市夏季细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))组成及其光学特征,本研究于2020年7~8月在韶关市郊区采集PM_(2.5)样品,分析了水溶性离子及碳质组分的浓度水平。研究结果表明,观测期间韶关市PM_(2.5)平均质量浓度为(24.9±8.4)μg/m^(3);OM、SO... 为探究韶关市夏季细颗粒物(PM_(2.5))组成及其光学特征,本研究于2020年7~8月在韶关市郊区采集PM_(2.5)样品,分析了水溶性离子及碳质组分的浓度水平。研究结果表明,观测期间韶关市PM_(2.5)平均质量浓度为(24.9±8.4)μg/m^(3);OM、SO_(4)^(2-)、EC、NH+4和NO_(3)^(-)是PM_(2.5)的主要组分,对PM_(2.5)质量浓度的贡献分别为46.3%、19.7%、6.0%、4.4%和4.0%。SOR和NOR值分别为0.34和0.05,大气中SO_(2)的二次转化率大于NO_(2)。NO_(3)^(-)/SO_(4)^(2-)平均值为0.22±0.08,表明燃煤可能是本地PM_(2.5)的主要来源。使用IMPROVE方法计算观测期间大气消光系数平均值为173±76 Mm^(-1),(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)和OM是对消光系数贡献较大的组分,贡献率分别为38.8%和33.1%;非清洁时段(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)和OM的散射系数分别是清洁时段的2.4倍和2.7倍,且增幅高于其他组分。因此,进一步降低(NH_(4))_(2)SO_(4)、OM等重要组分浓度成为持续降低韶关市PM_(2.5)质量浓度,提高大气能见度的关键。 展开更多

The 2D digital simplified flow valve is composed of a pilot-operated valvedesigned with both rotary and linear motions of a single spool, and a stepper motor under continualcontrol. How the structural parameters affect the static and dynamic characteristics of the valve isfirst clarified and a criterion for stability is presented. Experiments are designed to test theperformance of the valve. It is necessary to establish a balance between the static and dynamiccharacteristics in deciding the structural parameters. Nevertheless, it is possible to maintain thedynamic response at a fairly high level, while keeping the leakage of the pilot stage at anacceptable level. One of the features of the digital valve is stage control. In stage control thenonlinearities, such as electromagnetic saturation and hysteresis, are greatly reduced. To a largeextent the dynamic response of the valve is decided by the executing cycle of the control algorithm. 展开更多

A novel pilot stage valve called simplified 2D valve, which utilizes bothrotary and linear motions of a single spool, is presented. The rotary motion of the spoolincorporating hydraulic resistance bridge, formed by a damper groove and a crescent overlap opening,is utilized as pilot to actuate linear motion of the spool. A criterion for stability is derivedfrom the linear analysis of the valve. Special experiments are designed to acquire the mechanicalstiffness, the pilot leakage and the step response. It is shown that the sectional size of thespiral groove affects the dynamic response and the stiffness contradictorily and is also verysensitive to the pilot leakage. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a balance between the staticand dynamic characteristics in deciding the structural parameters. Nevertheless, it is possible tosustain the dynamic response at a fairly high level, while keeping the leakage of the pilot stage atan acceptable level. 展开更多

In this paper, the authors introduce the knowledge representation methods, such as structure knowledge, seismological and precursory forecast knowledge, machine learning knowledge, synthetic prediction knowledge, knowledge to validate and verify certainty factors of anomalous evidence and support knowledge, etc. and propose a model for validation of certainty factors of anomalous evidence. Objective: to explore the curative effect of tubeless percutaneous nephrolithotomy and ordinary minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the treatment of renal calculi. Methods: fifty patients with kidney calculi who received treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The two groups received different treatment methods. Results: according to the research results, the comprehensive indexes such as postoperative recovery time and hospital stay of the observation group were better than those of the control group, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: during the treatment of kidney calculi, the effect of tubeless percutaneous renal surgery is more significant, which reduces the incidence of adverse diseases and hospitalization time of patients. 展开更多
