目的探讨知信行模式干预对卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)高危患者的干预效果。方法回顾性分析中山市博爱医院2019年9月至2021年3月收治的100例OHSS高危患者的临床表现、护理和预后等临床资料,根据干预方式的不同分为A组(n=50)和B组(n=50)。... 目的探讨知信行模式干预对卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)高危患者的干预效果。方法回顾性分析中山市博爱医院2019年9月至2021年3月收治的100例OHSS高危患者的临床表现、护理和预后等临床资料,根据干预方式的不同分为A组(n=50)和B组(n=50)。A组行知信行模式干预,B组行常规干预。比较两组中重度OHSS发生情况、护理满意度、负性心理状态。结果A组的中重度OHSS总发生率为4.00%,低于B组的16.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组的护理总满意度为98.00%,高于B组的86.00%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后A组的SAS评分、SDS评分均低于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论知信行模式干预可以降低OHSS高危患者的中重度OHSS发生率,提高护理满意度,减轻患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪,对患者的康复具有积极意义。 展开更多

The instability of the rotor dynamic system supported by oil journal bearing is encountered frequently,such as the half speed whirl of the rotor,which is caused by oil film lubricant with nonlinearity.Currently,more attention is paid to the physical characteristics of oil film due to an oil-lubricated journal bearing being the important supporting component of the bearing-rotor systems and its nonlinear nature.In order to analyze the lubrication characteristics of journal bearings efficiently and save computational c[~brts,an approximate solution of nonlinear oil film forces of a finite length turbulent journal bearing with couple stress flow is proposed based on Sommerfeld and Ocvirk numbers.Reynolds equation in lubrication of a finite length turbulent.journal bearing is solved based on multi-parametric principle.Load-carrying capacity of nonlinear oil film is obtained,and the results obtained by different methods are compared.The validation of the proposed method is verified,meanwhile,the relationships of load-carrying capacity versus eccentricity ratio and width-to-diameter ratio under turbulent and couple stress working conditions are analyzed.The numerical results show that both couple stress flow and eccentricity ratio have obvious influence on oil film pressure distribution,and the proposed method approximates the load-carrying capacity of turbulent journal bearings efficiently with various width-to-diameter ratios.This research proposes an approximate solution of oil film load-carrying capacity of turbulent journal bearings with different width-to-diameter ratios,whicb are suitable for high eccentricity ratios and heavy loads. 展开更多

目的:观察瓜蒌薤白白酒汤结合刺络放血治疗痰瘀互结证椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)的疗效。方法:随机数表法将2017年3月~2018年7月的86例痰瘀互结证CSA门诊病例分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例。对照组采用刺络放血治疗,观察组采用瓜蒌薤白白酒... 目的:观察瓜蒌薤白白酒汤结合刺络放血治疗痰瘀互结证椎动脉型颈椎病(CSA)的疗效。方法:随机数表法将2017年3月~2018年7月的86例痰瘀互结证CSA门诊病例分为观察组和对照组,每组各43例。对照组采用刺络放血治疗,观察组采用瓜蒌薤白白酒汤结合刺络放血治疗,均治疗3个月。比较两组患者的疗效、治疗前后眩晕和疼痛缓解程度、椎动脉血流参数变化、血清一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)水平以及不良反应情况。结果:观察组总有效率为93.02%,明显高于对照组的76.74%(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后眩晕症状评分和血清ET水平均明显低于对照组,McGill疼痛询问量表(MPQ)评分、左右两侧椎动脉收缩流速(Vs)、舒张流速(Vd)、平均峰流速(Vm)和血清NO水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均无明显不良反应。结论:痰瘀互结证CSA患者采用瓜蒌薤白白酒汤结合刺络放血治疗,相比单用刺络放血治疗效果更佳,可有效减轻患者眩晕和疼痛,改善椎动脉血流,安全性好。 展开更多

The stretchable sensor wrapped around a foldable airfoil or embedded inside of it has great potential for use in the monitoring of the structural status of the foldable airfoil.The design methodology is important to the development of the stretchable sensor for status monitoring on the foldable airfoil.According to the requirement of mechanical flexibility of the sensor,the combined use of a layered flexible structural formation and a strain isolation layer is implemented.An analytical higher-order model is proposed to predict the stresses of the strain-isolation layer based on the shear-lag model for the safe design of the flexible and stretchable sensors.The normal stress and shear stress equations in the constructed structure of the sensors are obtained by the proposed model.The stress distribution in the structure is investigated when bending load is applied to the structures.The numerical results show that the proposed model can predict the variation of normal stress and shear stress along the thickness of the strain-isolation(polydimethylsiloxane)layer accurately.The results by the proposed model are in good agreement with the finite element method,in which the normal stress is variable while the shear stress is invariable along the thickness direction of strain-isolation layer.The high-order model is proposed to predict the stresses of the layered structure of the flexible and stretchable sensor for monitoring the status of the foldable airfoil. 展开更多
