Methods: the study period was from February 2020 to May 2021. A total of 70 patients with complicated hand injuries were selected for the study. The patients were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The intervention group was treated with psychological nursing intervention and the control group was treated with routine nursing. Negative emotional score, psychological stress rating, satisfaction and quality of life were used as feedback indicators for evaluation. Results: before nursing, the negative emotion scores of the patients in the intervention group and the contrast group had obvious similarity (P > 0.05). After nursing, the negative emotion scores of the intervention group were lower than those of the contrast group, with a contrast difference (P < 0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was higher than that of the contrast group, with a significant difference in indicators (P < 0.05). Before nursing, the quality of life scores of the intervention group and the contrast group were relatively low (P > 0.05). After nursing, the quality of life score of the intervention group was relatively higher than that of the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (p < 0.05). the psychological stress rating of the patients in the intervention group was lower, and there was an advantage compared with the control group (p < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of psychological nursing intervention in the clinical nursing process of patients with complicated hand injuries has good clinical nursing effect, which is beneficial to help patients recover better and faster body comfort.展开更多

Methods: from July 2021 to February 2022, 32 patients with failed manual catheterization ...Objective: to investigate the observation and study of the application of the preset zebra guide wire in patients with dysuria. Methods: from July 2021 to February 2022, 32 patients with failed manual catheterization were selected. Pre set zebra guide wire is applied. Results: in this study, among 32 patients with urethral catheterization difficulties, 29 had successful catheterization and 3 had failed catheterization. After surgical suprapubic cystostomy, all patients with failed catheterization improved the symptoms of urinary retention. The successful rate of catheterization with zebra guide wire in patients with difficult catheterization was 90.6%, and the prognosis of patients was good. Conclusion: the application of the preset zebra guide wire in patients with urethral catheterization difficulties is effective, most patients can successfully catheterize, and the failed patients can also improve the symptoms of urinary retention after surgical treatment. The preset zebra guide wire has important application value in patients with urethral catheterization difficulties, and it is recommended to further promote and apply it in clinical practice.展开更多
