Methods: the selected personnel in this study were elderly patients with schizophrenia who were admitted to the psychiatric department of our hospital and provided corresponding nursing services. During the period of this trial, 80 eligible patients were selected and grouped by random mathematical table. 40 patients were selected into the control group and received corresponding neuroscience treatment during this period;Among them, 40 patients were selected into the observation group and received humanistic care. There were three key indicators of the study - the measurement results of the severity of symptoms of mental classification before and after nursing, the measurement results of mental status before and after nursing, and the measurement results of social function before and after nursing. Results: through the measurement of the severity, mental state and social ability of schizophrenia, there was no significant difference in the measurement of all observation indicators before interventional treatment, and the p value was greater than 0.05;Three different results show that their indicators have been significantly improved, but their indicators have been significantly improved, mainly because of the low severity score of schizophrenia, low mental status and high social function test results. Conclusion: in the process of nursing the elderly, the use of humanistic care can improve the psychological status of patients, improve their social ability, and gradually improve their quality of life, which deserves the attention of clinical researchers.展开更多
