Technical colleges should grasp the charac...The new enterprise apprenticeship system is introduced to deal with the adjustment of industrial structure, the enterprise technological innovation and the lifelong training. Technical colleges should grasp the characteristics of flexible and diverse training of new apprenticeship talents and speed up the development of technical education. Teachers are the main force to promote the construction of technical education. By analyzing the new requirements of the new apprenticeship system on the construction of technical teachers, it is found that there are problems such as unreasonable structure, the unobstructed circulation mechanism of enterprises and schools, the imperfect assessment and evaluation mechanism, and the imperfect system guarantee measures. On this basis, it is proposed to strengthen the construction of professional teams, the two-way flow of enterprises and schools, the drive of performance assessment to mobilize teachers and officers, and the government to accelerate the construction of teachers in technical colleges.展开更多
