The results indicate that acrylamide caused an alteration in calcium homeostasis in rat brain by decreasing the Ca2+-sequestering capacity of microsomes, and this may occur due to an efflux of calcium secondary to a microsomal structure damage. The changes of CaM in nervous system coupled with potential alteration in the intracellular Ca2+ concentration could affect many CaM-dependent enzymes (i.e. Ca2+, Mg2+-ATPase) and cyclic AMP system, and CaM or cAMP is known to be 'lexicological second messenger' that could initiate neurotoxicity, though more work is needed to elucidate the details of the mechanism.展开更多

The crystal of the title compound belongs to monoclinic, space group C2/c, with the crystal cell parameters: a=1.3316(3) nm, b=0.94444(19) nm, c=1.3485(3) nm, β=109.66(3)°, V=1.5970(6) nm 3, Z=6. The title compound possesses a supramolecular structure formed through hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions. The third-order non-linear optical(NLO) properties of the title compound were also investigated. The third-order non-linear absorption coefficient α 2 and refractive index n 2 are 0.85×10 -11 m/W -1 and -1.5×10 -19 m 2/W, respectively. The third-order non-linear susceptibility χ (3) is 3.03×10 -13 esu for 3.8×10 -5 mol/L sample concentration.展开更多

Methods: A total of 184 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group (n=92) according to the number table. The observation group was given health education, while the control group was given routine nursing, and the relevant indicators (nursing satisfaction, quality of life and disease awareness rate) were compared. Results: The scores of four indicators of quality of life were higher in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the control group was lower than that of the observation group (P<0.05). The disease treatment rate of the observation group was higher, P < 0.05. Conclusion: the implementation of health education program in chronic hepatitis B patients can improve the quality of life, nursing satisfaction and disease awareness.展开更多

Methods: 100 patients with spleen-stomach qi deficiency syndrome were selected in the hospital and randomly divided into two groups, one of which was treated by ordinary methods and the other by Sijunzi Decoction. After a period of time, check the physical conditions of the two groups of patients, and the contents are mainly divided into three aspects: The first is the clinical treatment effect of the patients, the second is the relapse of the patients, and the third is the adverse reactions of the patients. According to the comparison of the treatment results of two groups of patients, we can see the clinical application effect of Sijunzi Decoction. Results: comparing the results of the two groups of patients, it can be concluded that Sijunzi Decoction has great efficacy, which can not only improve the treatment effect of patients, but also reduce the probability of recurrence of diseases, and also has a strong inhibitory effect on adverse reactions of patients. Conclusion: through this study, it can be found that Sijunzi Decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of patients with spleen and stomach qi deficiency in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine, which can effectively improve the disease condition of patients. Therefore, it has a strong use value and is worthy of being widely used in the follow-up clinical treatment.展开更多

Methods: 100 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and chronic superficial gastritis treated in our hospital from March 2021 to September 2022 were selected. According to the different drugs used in the treatment, they were divided into western medicine group and traditional Chinese medicine group, with 50 patients in each group. Patients with chronic gastritis treated with routine western medicine domperidone and pepsin were classified into western medicine group. Patients treated with Chaihu Shugan Powder were classified into the traditional Chinese medicine group. After a one-year treatment period and drug withdrawal observation, the clinical therapeutic effect of Chaihu Shugan Powder and the recurrence of different drugs after treating chronic gastritis were emphatically analyzed. Results: the Chinese medicine group treated with Chaihu Shugan Powder showed better treatment efficiency than the western medicine group treated with conventional western medicine. Meanwhile, the disease recurrence rate of the Chinese medicine group was lower than that of the western medicine group, and the P values of the two groups were all within 0.05. Conclusion: Chaihu Shugan Powder has a better clinical effect on patients suffering from internal diseases of traditional Chinese medicine. Especially in the treatment of medical diseases such as chronic atrophic gastritis and chronic superficial gastritis, it cant help patients effectively relieve symptoms, and its recurrence rate is lower. Therefore, Chaihu Shugan Powder has high safety and obvious curative effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.展开更多
