目的:对国内外慢性心力衰竭病人衰弱现状及危险因素的相关研究进行范围综述,为我国慢性心力衰竭病人衰弱的干预研究提供参考依据。方法:系统检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、EMbase、Web of Sci...目的:对国内外慢性心力衰竭病人衰弱现状及危险因素的相关研究进行范围综述,为我国慢性心力衰竭病人衰弱的干预研究提供参考依据。方法:系统检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、EMbase、Web of Science、CINAHL、Cochrane Library关于慢性心力衰竭病人衰弱现状及其危险因素的研究,检索时限为建库至2025年3月6日。对纳入文献按范围综述指南报告规范进行提取、分析和总结。结果:最终纳入文献25篇,纳入文献中慢性心力衰竭病人衰弱发生率为21.3%~71.3%。慢性心力衰竭病人衰弱的危险因素包括社会人口学因素、身体健康因素、疾病相关因素、心理社会因素。结论:国内外慢性心力衰竭病人衰弱发生率较高,危险因素也较为复杂多变。提示未来需要进行多中心、大样本的纵向研究,探索衰弱的影响因素,明确其关系,并开展有效的干预研究,从而逆转或延缓病人的衰弱状态,降低衰弱的发生率。展开更多
