慢性萎缩性胃炎薄白苔微生物的群落结构组成分析 被引量:11

目的分析慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)薄白苔微生物群落结构组成。方法选择CAG患者组(30例,均为薄白苔)和健康人对照组(健康组,30名,均为薄白苔),采用16S rRNA基因测序技术对CAG患者薄白苔的菌群结构进行研究和分析。结果(1)健康人组和CAG患者... 目的分析慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)薄白苔微生物群落结构组成。方法选择CAG患者组(30例,均为薄白苔)和健康人对照组(健康组,30名,均为薄白苔),采用16S rRNA基因测序技术对CAG患者薄白苔的菌群结构进行研究和分析。结果(1)健康人组和CAG患者组薄白苔中微生物优势菌结构组成相似。其中,在属分类水平上(相对含量>0.5%),薄白苔中优势菌属依次为链球菌属(21.85%±4.00%)、奈瑟氏菌属(14.98%±1.21%)、韦荣球菌属(6.30%±1.10%)、普雷沃菌属(3.92%±0.14%)、纤毛菌属(3.89%±1.53%)、莫拉菌属(0.64%±0.21%)等;(2)5种菌属的含量在CAG患者组和健康组中存在显著差异。CAG患者中的莫拉菌属、韦荣球菌属、纤毛菌属含量明显增加(P<0.05),链球菌属和拟普雷沃菌属显著减少(P<0.01,P<0.05);(3)将优势菌群的含量前35名的菌属绘成热图发现,健康人组薄白苔中链球菌属、拟普雷沃菌属、普雷沃菌-7属、轮生菌属、糖化菌属含量明显居高;CAG组薄白苔则以梭菌属、劳特罗普氏菌属、嗜沫杆菌属、口腔杆菌属、巨球形菌属、弯曲菌属、口腔毛绒厌氧杆菌属、纤毛菌属、韦荣球菌属的含量明显居高。结论 CAG患者薄白苔与健康人薄白苔具有相似的核心菌群骨架,但也存在一定的菌群结构差异,其可能与疾病发生有密切关系。 展开更多

为研究山东省公路与经济发展相互作用关系,建立了公路和经济发展水平测度指标体系,运用熵值法和AHP相结合的组合赋权法进行指标赋权,对发展水平进行了测度;建立了耦合协调分析模型,计算了公路与经济发展的耦合度和耦合协调度,分别从时... 为研究山东省公路与经济发展相互作用关系,建立了公路和经济发展水平测度指标体系,运用熵值法和AHP相结合的组合赋权法进行指标赋权,对发展水平进行了测度;建立了耦合协调分析模型,计算了公路与经济发展的耦合度和耦合协调度,分别从时间和空间维度分析了二者发展水平及耦合协调的演化特征。结果表明:2011—2019年,山东省公路和经济发展水平不断上升,公路一直领先于经济发展,二者均呈现“东高西低-双核突出”空间格局;二者耦合度一直较高且稳定,已全面进入耦合协调时期,呈现出“以济青通道为集聚轴线向四周不断降低”的空间格局;二者耦合协调度逐步上升的趋势明显,实现了由基本协调向中度协调的演变,空间格局较耦合度更稳定,呈现“济青双核集聚”特征;二者发展存在显著地区差异,推进地区均衡将成为下步发展的重要着力点。 展开更多

It has been commonly accepted that the bulk velocity of extragalactic jets varies in all directions. We examined the synchrotron radiation of a jet with velocity structure in the direction perpendicular to its axis and found that the spectral energy distribution (SED) is not strongly influenced by this circumstance, that there is only a small increase in the emission intensity and almost no shift in the peak frequency. For objects with smaller inclined angles θ<SUB>0</SUB> between the jet axis and the line of our sight, such as Blazars, the effect is more important. When θ<SUB>0</SUB> exceeds a critical value there is no longer any change in the SED. To compare the bulk speed with different velocity structure, an equivalent speed β is defined which would reproduce the same spectral profile. There possibly exists a stress f<SUB>μ</SUB>(y) between layers of the outflow when the velocity is not the same in the jet. 展开更多

Objective: to explore the clinical effect of upper digestive system hemorrhage under gastrointestinal endoscopy. Methods: the 100 patients with massive upper digestive system bleeding hospitalized from February 2018 to September 2020 were divided into two groups according to the treatment plan, 50 patients underwent gastroscopy, 50 patients received traditional hemostasis, and the results were compared with the time of hemostasis treatment. Results: comparing the efficacy of the two methods, the hemostasis visualization efficiency of 50 patients was 96% compared to 78%;the bleeding duration (0.87 + 0.35) d, admission days (3.4) d;1.89 + 1.12 d in treatment group, 5.8-2.1 d;significant differences between both groups (P 0.05);control patients (P 0.05). Conclusion: in the clinical treatment of patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding, it can achieve an ideal hemostasis effect in a relatively short time, and has a higher safety value. It is suggested to be widely used in clinical practice. 展开更多

Recent studies have shed significant light into the mechanisms of cytokinin metabolism and signaling. However, little is known about how the hormone is transported in planta, although it has been proposed that the hormone is presumably transported in nucleoside-conjugated forms. Here, we report the identification and characterization of cytokinin transporters in Arabidopsis. We previously reported that a gain-of-function mutation in the PGA22/AtIPT8 gene caused overproduction of cytokinins in planta. In an effort to screen for suppressor of pga 22/atipt 8 (soi) mutants, we identified a mutant soi33-1. Molecular and genetic analyses indicated that SOI33 encodes a putative equilibrative nucleoside transporter (ENT), previously designated as AtENT8. Members of this small gene family are presumed to be involved in the transport of nucleosides in eukaryotic cells. Under conditions of nitrogen starvation, loss-of-function mutations in SOI33/AtENT8 or in a related gene AtENT3 cause a reduced sensitivity to the nucleoside-type cytokinins isopentenyladenine riboside (iPR) and transzeatin riboside (tZR), but display a normal response to the free base-type cytokinins isopentenyladenine (iP) and trans-zeatin (tZ). Conversely, overexpression of SOI33/AtENT8 renders transgenic plants hypersensitive to iPR but not to iP. An in planta measurement experiment indicated that uptake efficiency of 3H-labeled iPR was reduced more than 40% in soi33 and atent3 mutants. However, a mutation in AtENT1 had no substantial effect on the cytokinin response and iPR uptake efficiency. Our results suggest that SOI33/ AtENT8 and AtENT3 are involved in the transport of nucleoside-type cytokinins in Arabidopsis. 展开更多
