In recent years, tobacco enterprises have been facing a complex and severe development environment and many risks and challenges. How to meet the needs of consumers, ensure the national budget income and realize the high-quality development of the tobacco industry under the system is an important way to reduce pressure. The primary task of all parties is to improve the management level of the industry itself. Based on the current situation of the marketing channels of tobacco enterprises, this paper analyzes and points out the problems existing in the marketing channel management of tobacco enterprises, such as the retail terminal management needs to be strengthened, the key links of the channel management are insufficient, the incentive system for retail customers needs to be improved, the use of new technologies such as mobile Internet and Internet of things is insufficient, and the marketing channels are in conflict, and puts forward relevant improvement countermeasures accordingly, so as to enhance the competitiveness of tobacco enterprises. 展开更多
