The average pore size and specific surface area of these activated carbons were measured. Temperature Programmed Desorption (TPD) experiments were conducted to measure the TPD curves of dibenzofuran on the activated carbons, and then the activation energy for desorption of dibenzofuran on the activated carbons was estimated. The results showed that the Chemviron and the Norit RB1 activated carbon maintained higher specific surface area and larger micropore pore volume in comparison with the Monolith activated carbon, and the activation energy for the desorption of dibenzofuran on these two activated carbons was higher than that on the Monolith activated carbon. The smaller the pore of the activated carbon was, the higher the activated energy of dibenzofuran desorption was.展开更多
Porcine colostrum was separated into the acid soluble fraction (SF) and casein fraction (CF) by acidifying followed by centrifuge. SF was further separated by liquid chromatography and anisotropic membrane filtration...Porcine colostrum was separated into the acid soluble fraction (SF) and casein fraction (CF) by acidifying followed by centrifuge. SF was further separated by liquid chromatography and anisotropic membrane filtration. Capacities of the SF or CF of porcine colostrum, to inhibit trypsin and chymotrypsin activity and to inhibit the epidermal growth factor (EGF) degradation in pig small intestinal contents, were determined under different heat treatments. The study showed that trypsin inhibitors in porcine colostrum survived heat treatments of 100℃ water bath for up to 10 min, but exposure to boiling water bath for 30 min significantly decreased the inhibitory activity. Compared with the trypsin inhibitors, the chymotrypsin inhibitors were more heat sensitive. SF was more heat sensitive than CF. Separation of the SF of porcine colostrum by liquid chromatography and anisotropic membrane filtration revealed that the porcine colostrum protease inhibitors, those had the capacity to inhibit the trypsin chymotrypsin activity and enhanced the stability of EGF in the gastrointestinal(GI) lumen of weaned pigs, existed mainly in SF, milk derived, were a group of heat labile small proteins with molecular weight of 10 00050 000.展开更多

Trypsin and chymotrypsin inhibitory capacity in porcine colostrum, milk and their components were determined by incubating bovine trypsin or chymotrypsin in a medium. The inhibition of insulin-like growth factor I(IGF-I)and epidermal growth factor(EGF)degradation in pig small intestinal contents by porcine colostrum was measured by incubating iodinated IGF-I or EGF. Degradation of labeled IGF-I or EGF was determined by monitoring the generation of radioactivity soluble in 30% trichloroacetic acid(TCA). The results showed that porcine colostrum had high levels of trypsin and chymotrypsin inhibitory activity and increased the stability of IGF-I and EGF in pig intestinal contents. The SF was higher in inhibitory potency than CF. The present study revealed that the protease inhibitors in porcine colostrum, milk-derived and colostrum-specific, existed mainly in SF.展开更多

Based on this formulation, flow control can be solved by means of a gradient projection algorithm with properly rate iterations. The main difficulty facing the realization of the iteration algorithm is the distributed computation of the congestion measure. Fortunately, Explicit Congestion Notification (ECN) is likely to be used to improving the performance of TCP in the near future. By using ECN, it is possible to realize the iteration algorithm in IP networks. The algorithm is divided into two parts, algorithms in the router and the source. The main advantage of the scheme is its fast convergence ability and robustness, but small queue length fluctuation is unavoidable when the number of users increases.展开更多

Methods: based on years of practice, four treatments were set up to compare the effects of wheat harvesting machinery and pre-sowing operation on emergence rate, plant height and yield. Results: it was found that the harvesting machinery had a great impact on the growth and yield of maize. Under the condition of consistent operation before sowing, the emergence rate of maize with Yangma harvester increased by 8.8% and 13.5% as compared with that with Rivo harvester, and the maize yield increased by 197,143 kg. Conclusion: improving straw returning measures (including the selection of agricultural machinery) is an important method to improve the quality of straw returning, reduce the input of chemical fertilizers, and improve the quality and efficiency of crops.展开更多
Objective: to analyze the value and detection rate of dynamic video electroencephalogram in epilepsy monitoring. Methods: the study was carried out from November 2019 to October 2021. Seventy patients with epilepsy ad...Objective: to analyze the value and detection rate of dynamic video electroencephalogram in epilepsy monitoring. Methods: the study was carried out from November 2019 to October 2021. Seventy patients with epilepsy admitted to our hospital were included in the study. All patients were examined by routine electroencephalogram and dynamic video electroencephalogram, and the results were comprehensively evaluated. Results: clinical seizures and abnormal discharges were detected in 31.4% and 98.6% of the patients in the observation group and 5.7% and 55.7% of the patients in the control group. The detection rates of clinical seizures and abnormal discharges in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The detection rate of mild seizure in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the positive detection rate of moderate seizure, severe seizure and epilepsy in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Dynamic video-electroencephalogram confirmed that the epileptic seizure types were facial tonic-clonic seizure, absence seizure, myoclonic seizure, tonic seizure and dystonic seizure, accounting for 28.6%, 21.4%, 15.7%, 21.4% and 12.9% respectively;In the examination of the onset position of epilepsy by dynamic video-electroencephalogram, 40 cases of onset position were detected, and the others were not clear. 8 cases were found in frontal region, 13 cases in temporal region, 10 cases in temporal frontal region, 5 cases in occipital-temporal posterior region and 4 cases in frontal center. Conclusion: compared with routine ECG, the detection rate of dynamic video electroencephalogram is higher in epilepsy detection. It can also clarify the type and initial location of epileptic seizures and the severity of epilepsy, which can provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.展开更多

Methods: choose in February 2019 to February 2022 three years into our treatment of severe viral encephalitis children as a research sample, into the scope of the children randomly processing, part of children into the control group to accept routine nursing services, the other part into the observation group of rehabilitation care services, collect children under the influence of two different nursing services, evaluate rehabilitation nursing services, the actual effect of application in children with severe viral encephalitis. Results: children receiving rehabilitation care were significantly different from the usual care services in terms of symptom improvement time and motor function score (P < 0.05), and the collected data were statistically significant. Conclusion: children with severe viral encephalitis limbs, consciousness, nerve aspects is affected by the serious, daily life and activities, clinical application of rehabilitation care, rehabilitation nursing services can be used in improving clinical symptoms and improve children movement function score plays an important role, so it is worth promoting in clinical practice.展开更多

Methods: 100 cases of trauma patient...Objective: to analyze the related factors of death in emergency trauma patients and the treatment measures, and to provide effective reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: 100 cases of trauma patients admitted to our emergency surgery department from 2015 to 2018 were selected for this retrospective analysis, focusing on discussing and analyzing the causes of death cases. Results: among the patients with different causes of injury, the death rate from falling from height was the highest, reaching 85.71%, followed by traffic accidents, with the death rate of 42.86%. Heavy blows, knife wounds and other causes were 40.00%, 20.00% and 20.00% respectively. In terms of the causes of death, craniocerebral injury, traumatic hemorrhagic shock and traumatic asphyxia accounted for 51.85%, 25.93% and 22.22% respectively. Conclusion: in the process of emergency surgical trauma patients' treatment, targeted prevention and treatment must be carried out for the high incidence of death causes, and pre-hospital and in-hospital first aid capabilities must be strengthened, so as to ensure the scientific treatment plan and reduce the mortality rate as far as possible.展开更多
