Methods: this study is implemented in 2021.3-2022.3, discuss samples for our fundus disease of patients in hospital, a total of 88 cases, according to the system sampling form selected patients are divided into two groups (comparison and analysis group), 44 cases / group, routine mode care care fundus disease patients, on this basis, the nursing care fundus disease analysis group patients, for the two groups of patients awareness, nursing rate, the quality of life and patient satisfaction evaluation. Results: observe the clinical effect of two groups of fundus disease patients, the analysis group of fundus disease patients to rehabilitation exercise, medication, disease knowledge, visit requirements of high awareness score and contrast group, clinical nursing effect is better than comparison group, physiological function, mental state, emotional function and social function dimensions of quality of life score higher comparison group, patient satisfaction than comparison group, group control results show P < 0.05. Conclusion: when implementing clinical holistic nursing intervention for patients with fundus diseases, quoting nursing procedures can promote the quality and efficiency of clinical nursing, improve patient awareness, and improve the quality of life, which is highly praised by the majority of medical staff and patients.展开更多
