During the winter of 2002-2003, the data of the HY-1A were applied to the sea ice monitoring and forecasting for the Bohai Sea of China for the first time. The sea ice retrieval system of the HY-1 A has been constructed. It receives 1B data from the satellite, outputs sea ice images and provides digital products of ice concentration, ice thickness and ice edge, which can be used as important information for sea ice monitoring and the initial fields of the numeric sea ice forecast and as one of the reference data for the sea ice forecasting verification. The sea ice retrieval system of the satellite is described, including its processes, methods and parameters. The retrieving results and their application to the sea ice monitoring and forecasting for the Bohai Sea are also discussed.展开更多

High purity and high strength graphite is selected as coo...This paper introduces a new titanium alloys surface strengthening treatment by using the arc-added glow discharge plasmas non-hydrogen Carburization technique. High purity and high strength graphite is selected as cooling cathode arc source for supplying carbon atoms and particle, which migrate to the titanium alloy(Ti6A14V) surface and form modified layer. Thus, the hydrogen embrittlement is avoided while the tribological behavior of the titanium alloy surface is improved in the respects of anti-friction and anti-wear ability.The tribological behavior of the modified layer under dry sliding against SAE52100 steel was evaluated on a ball-on-disc test rig. The results showed that the modified layer obtained a thickness of 30u,m at 980°C, 30minutes. The microhardness of the Ti6A14V alloy surface attained 936 HV, which was much larger than that of the T16A14V alloy. The TJ6A14V alloy was characterized by adhesion wear and scuffing under dry sliding against the steel, while the surface modified layer experienced much abated adhesion wear and scuffing under the same testing condition. This could be attributed to the carbon element with different modalities exists in the modified layer. The modified layer showed good friction-reducing and fair anti-wear ability in dry sliding against the steel. Using the SEM, XRD and XPS, the phase structure and morphology of the Carburization modified layer was analyzed.展开更多

Spatial database management systems aim at the effective and efficient management of ...Digital Orthographic Map (DOM) can be used in various applications because it contains both image features and terrain information. Spatial database management systems aim at the effective and efficient management of data related to a space, engineering design and so on. Thereby spatial database provides an efficient solution for managing DOM. According to large amounts of the DOM data in storage, a data compression based on wavelet is introduced into the storage. Another strategy to solve this problem is to decompose the raw image into tiles and store the tiles individually as separate tuples. The metadata of DOM can be used to organize and manage spatial information, especially for spatial data sharing and fast locating. A tool for browsing, zooming and querying the DOM data is also designed. We implemented these ideas in SISP(Spatial Information Sharing System) and applied the subsystem into the DOM management of Beijing City, which is an component of the Beijing Spatial Information Infrastructure.展开更多

According to the statistics of the United Nations Commodity Trade Database, the world consumes more than 50 billion tons of sand and stone resources every year, averaging 18 kilograms per person per day, second only to water resources, and among them, China is the world's largest consumer of sand and gravel, with a total consumption of more than 17.8 billion tons in 2020. The shortage of sand has become a global problem, and some areas in China have also fallen into the embarrassing situation of "no sand available". Moreover, considering the ecological hazard, sand mining has been strictly prohibited in many rivers and lakes in China, and it is an irreversible trend that mechanical sand replaces natural sand. At present, China's industrial equipment manufacturing system is the wisdom of the equipment manufacturing industry of our country's modern major industry and high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise has been dedicated to the development of technological research and innovation is an important technical content, the paper simply introduces some industrial intelligent manufacturing system in the current our country Erdaozhuang sandstone in the system need to involve the use of technology application, including the yard.
