空气源热泵作为清洁能源应用的重要组成部分,在我国北方地区大范围推广使用,由于严寒和寒冷地区室外温度过低,低温空气源热泵在实际运行中出现性能系数过低、机组和水泵耗电量偏大等问题。本文针对严寒地区某办公建筑空气源热泵供暖季... 空气源热泵作为清洁能源应用的重要组成部分,在我国北方地区大范围推广使用,由于严寒和寒冷地区室外温度过低,低温空气源热泵在实际运行中出现性能系数过低、机组和水泵耗电量偏大等问题。本文针对严寒地区某办公建筑空气源热泵供暖季进行长期监测,分析热泵实际运行特性和系统性能,探究空气源热泵实际运行效果偏低的原因,实测分析表明,热泵供回水平均温度为32.98℃和30.26℃,室温保证率为84%,经贡献率修正指数heat修正后为75%,热泵机组COP为1.55;机组启停频繁、热泵输配系统能耗过高以及机组制热量和建筑瞬时负荷不匹配均为性能系数偏低的关键因素。 展开更多

目的研究巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)和c-Jun氨基末端蛋白激酶1(JNK1)蛋白在肝细胞癌(HCC)组织和HepG2肝癌细胞中的表达,并探讨二者的相互关系。方法选择有乙肝肝硬化基础的HCC患者52例,取手术切除的癌组织及相应的癌旁组织为实验组,另选... 目的研究巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)和c-Jun氨基末端蛋白激酶1(JNK1)蛋白在肝细胞癌(HCC)组织和HepG2肝癌细胞中的表达,并探讨二者的相互关系。方法选择有乙肝肝硬化基础的HCC患者52例,取手术切除的癌组织及相应的癌旁组织为实验组,另选取20例肝血管瘤、肝破裂手术切除的肝组织标本作正常对照,应用免疫组织化学法检测MIF、JNK1和pJNK1的表达;原位杂交法检测MIF mRNA和JNK1 mRNA表达。将不同浓度的rMIF分别与HepG2肝癌细胞和L-O2人正常肝细胞共培养,通过Western blotting法检测JNK1和pJNK1蛋白的表达,通过RT-PCR检测相应蛋白在核酸水平的表达。结果MIF、JNK1、pJNK1和MIF mRNA、JNK1 mRNA在HCC癌组织和癌旁组织中的阳性表达率均明显高于正常肝组织(P均<0.05);经不同浓度的rMIF刺激后,HepG2肝癌细胞中pJNK1和JNK1 mRNA的相对表达量均呈浓度依赖性升高,尤以rMIF浓度为200 ng/ml升高最明显,与L-O2细胞比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MIF、MIF mRNA、JNK1、JNK1 mRNA、pJNK1在HCC组织和HepG2肝癌细胞中均呈高表达,MIF参与HCC进展,可能是通过激活JNK1信号通路来实现的。 展开更多

VOCs waste gas, which is called volatile organic waste gas, and often appears in industrial production in China, not only causing serious air pollution, but also causing certain harm to human health and safety, and seriously affecting people's living environment. For example, formaldehyde gas generated in people's daily decoration process belongs to waste gas. As China pays more and more attention to atmospheric environment protection in recent years, the technical requirements for VOC waste gas treatment engineering are also improved. Staffs are required to carry out treatment of VOCs waste gas around non-secondary pollution treatment technologies such as thermal damage analysis, pressure swing adsorption separation and purification of biological filter bed. This paper mainly expounds the key technologies of VOCs waste gas treatment project, the development direction of waste gas treatment and the application of new technologies. 展开更多

视障群体的数字包容研究,历经“技术中心论”“技术赋权论”以及“技术双刃剑论”,实际并未绕开“技术中心”范式。本研究基于视障者的主体能动性,运用“综合辅助技术”模型的“个人属性”理论,考察他们使用智能手机开展在线约会和恋爱... 视障群体的数字包容研究,历经“技术中心论”“技术赋权论”以及“技术双刃剑论”,实际并未绕开“技术中心”范式。本研究基于视障者的主体能动性,运用“综合辅助技术”模型的“个人属性”理论,考察他们使用智能手机开展在线约会和恋爱时的偏好与需求,并探讨这种亲密关系的本质。研究发现:(1)视障者建立亲密关系时偏好声音魅力,注重“听音识人”,体现为“声音亲密”;(2)视障者择偶时的多元标准以及与视障相关的特殊需求,植根于技术手段之外的生理、社会、经济基础,超越了“技术中心论”;(3)这种多重感官参与的情感依恋新模式,是对血缘家庭关系的补偿和超越,但面对风险和不确定性时,视障者会主动追求一种妥协型关系。 展开更多

Nitric oxide (NO) and Jasmonic acid (JA) are two key signaling molecules involved in many and diverse biological pathways in plants. Growing evidence suggested that NO signaling interacts with JA signaling. In this work, Our experiment showed that NO exists in guard cell of Vicia faba L., and NO is involved in signal transduction of JA- induced stomata closuring: (ⅰ) JA enhances NO synthesis in guard cell; (ⅱ) both JA and NO induced stomatal closure, and had dose response to their effects; (ⅲ) there are synergetic correlation between JA and lower NO concentration in regu- lation of stomatal movement; (ⅳ) JA-induced stomatal closure was largely prevented by 2-phenyl-4,4,5,5-tetrame- thylimidazoline-1-oxyl-3-oxide (PTIO), a specific NO scav- enger. An inhibitor of NO synthase (NOS) in mammalian cells, NG-nitro-L-Arg-methyl eater (L-NAME) also inhibits plant NOS, repressing JA-induced NO generation and JA-induced stomatal closure. The effects and the relationship between sali-cylic acid (SA) and nitric oxide (NO) on Vicia faba L. stomatal movement were studied. The results here showed that exogenous SA and NO induced stomatal closure, 100 mmol/L SA induced a rapid and striking NO increase in the cytosol of guard cells. This phenomenon was largely pre- vented by 200 mmol/L 2-phenyl-4,4,5,5-tetramethylimida- zoline-1-oxyl-3-oxide (PTIO), a specific NO scavenger, and 25 mmol/L NG-nitro-L-Arg-methyl eater (L-NAME), an in- hibitor of NO synthase (NOS) in mammalian cells that also inhibits plant NOS. In addition, SA-induced stomatal closure was largely prevented by PTIO and L-NAME. These results provide evidence that guard cells generate NO in response to SA via NOS-like activity, and that such NO production is required for full stomatal closure in response to SA. H-(1,2,4)-oxadiazole-[4,3-a]quinoxalin-1-one (ODQ), an inhibitor of guanylate cyclase, and nicotinamide, an antago- nist of cADPR production, inhibited the effects of SA- and NO-induced stomatal closure. It suggests that both cGMP and cADPR might mediate the signal transduction of SA and NO-induced stomatal closure. 展开更多

Although protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTPases) play an important role in signal transduction in animal cells, little is known about the function of PTPases in higher plants. Hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and mito- gen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs) are the critical com- ponents of ABA signaling pathway in guard cells. PTPase is an important regulator of MAPK, which is believed to medi- ate ABA-induced H2O2 generation in guard cells of Vicia faba L. Here, we investigate the possible role of PTPases in stomatal movement process. Phenylarsine oxide (PAO), a specific inhibitor of PTPases, could prevent ABA or H2O2-induced stomatal closure of Vicia faba L; furthermore, it could promote opening of the stomata closed by ABA or H2O2. The activity of PTPases can be effectively inhibited by PAO and H2O2. DTT had no effect on the PAO-induced inhi- bition of PTPases activity, but it could relieve the inhibition of H2O2 on PTPases activity. PAO could also inhibit the ABA-induced H2O2 generation in guard cells of Vicia faba L. These results suggested that PTPases is a critical signaling component in ABA-induced stomatal closure, and serve as targets for H2O2 lying on the signaling pathways downstream of ABA induced H2O2 generation. 展开更多
