T...Objective: to investigate the efficacy and safety of tumor targeted drug therapy. Methods: 50 patients with malignant tumors admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as study subjects. The patients were divided into control group (n25) and observation group (n25). The control group received routine chemotherapy, while the observation group received tumor targeted drug therapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, adverse reaction rate, carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), carbohydrate antigen (CA125), cytokeratin 19 fragment antigen 21-1 (CYFRA21-1), and neuron specific enolase (NSE) were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%;compared with the control group, the difference was significant after statistical software analysis (X25.3571;P0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 24.0% for nausea, 20.0% for vomiting, 12.0% for fever, and 4.0% for rash, respectively. Compared with the control group, the difference was not significant by statistical software analysis (X20.1040;X20.1166;X20.2222;X20.000;P>0.05). The levels of CEA, CA125, CYFRA21-1 and NSE in the observation group were (28.56 ± 4.65) ng/ml, (46.88 ± 8.63) U/ml, (5.66 ± 1.84) ng/ml and (21.13 ± 1.16) ng/ml respectively after 2 courses of treatment. Compared with the control group, the differences were significant (T10.1805;T12.6578;T6.1378;T8.7920;P0.05). Conclusion: in the treatment of patients with malignant tumors, the combination of tumor targeted drugs has a significant effect, can improve the level of serum tumor markers, and ensure the life safety of patients, and has fewer adverse drug reactions and high drug safety, which is worth promoting.展开更多

First, it introduces the importance of curriculum ideological and political education and the necessity of its application in higher vocational English teaching. Then it analyzes the obstacles in the implementation of this teaching concept in current higher vocational English teaching.
