There are many aspects of education, the most important of which is moral education. Moral education is an important part of school education. It plays a decisive role in improving the quality of education and the comprehensive quality of students. It adopts diversified education modes, continuously promotes moral education in secondary vocational education schools, and drives the innovation of moral education management modes to manage the overall development trend of students' ideological and political, moral, legal and psychological health. At the same time, we should also pay attention to the cultivation of students' daily living habits and behaviors, and cultivate their spirit of bearing hardships and standing hard work, unity and cooperation, mutual aid and friendship, and selfless dedication. The asymmetry of the multi-orifice spray will cause uneven heat load of the marine diesel engine,thereby affecting its working performance and service life.Therefore,an in-depth understanding of the spray and flame ch...The asymmetry of the multi-orifice spray will cause uneven heat load of the marine diesel engine,thereby affecting its working performance and service life.Therefore,an in-depth understanding of the spray and flame characteristics of multi-orifice nozzles will guide the optimization of the nozzle structure,needle design and diesel atomization and combustion process.For this reason,four groups of dual-orifice nozzles with different hole diameters(0.1-0.55 mm)and mass flow rates covering the typical marine medium-speed diesel injections are designed and customized,and the constant volume chamber(CVC)with high temperature and pressure is used to simulate the actual in-cylinder working conditions of the diesel engine for the spray visualization experiment.To study the asymmetry of the fuel sprays discharged from a diesel injector,the multi-orifice nozzle is simplified as a dual-orifice nozzle in this study.Combined with X-ray Computed Tomography(CT)imaging technology,the influences of the nozzle internal structure on the spray and flame asymmetry are studied in the constructed supercritical environment.It is found that the asymmetry of the inlet angle and the equivalent length-diameter ratio is positively correlated with the inconsistency of the dual sprays.With an increase in the injection pressure and nozzle diameter,the asymmetry of the dual spray becomes more pronounced,resulting in greater disparities in the ignition delay times and ignition positions of the two sprays.Moreover,the increase in nozzle diameter also leads to combustion instability,resulting in a flame with a serrated appearance.With the increase of ambient temperature,the proportion of liquid phase in the jet decreases and the relative density of spray front decreases.展开更多
目的既往细胞程序性死亡-受体(programmed cell death 1ligand 1,PD-L1)蛋白在实体瘤中具有重要的临床价值,而PD-L1蛋白在肿瘤治疗过程中变化较大,需多次活检进行检测,较为不便。本研究旨在分析食管鳞癌肿瘤组织中PD-L1蛋白表达及CD8^+...目的既往细胞程序性死亡-受体(programmed cell death 1ligand 1,PD-L1)蛋白在实体瘤中具有重要的临床价值,而PD-L1蛋白在肿瘤治疗过程中变化较大,需多次活检进行检测,较为不便。本研究旨在分析食管鳞癌肿瘤组织中PD-L1蛋白表达及CD8^+T细胞浸润情况,并分析其与外周淋巴细胞数量之间的相关性。方法回顾性分析2010-03-01-2011-11-30天津医科大学肿瘤医院收治的136例食管鳞癌患者临床资料,通过免疫组化法进行PD-L1及CD8^+T细胞检测,通过χ2检验分析其临床病理特征并对其与外周血淋巴细胞相关性进行评估,并通过Kaplan-Meier生存分析评估其与预后关系。结果 136例食管鳞癌患者中PD-L1阳性59例,占43.4%。CD8^+T淋巴细胞评分为0、1、2和3分患者分别有28(20.6%)、86(63.2%)、20(14.7%)和2(1.5%)例。PD-L1蛋白与性别、年龄、分期、分化程度等临床病理因素无相关性。外周淋巴细胞数量及比例与肿瘤组织内CD8^+T细胞浸润程度呈正相关关系(均P<0.01),但两者与肿瘤组织内PD-L1表达无明显相关性,均P>0.05。PD-L1表达阳性患者预后较差(P<0.001),而外周淋巴细胞数量阳性患者预后较好(P=0.018),且两者均为食管鳞癌患者的独立预后因素。结论食管鳞癌组织中PD-L1蛋白的阳性表达预示着较差的预后,具有一定临床价值。此外,外周淋巴细胞数量及比例可在一定程度反映肿瘤组织内的免疫状态,因此通过对这些指标的动态监测可以间接推测组织内肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞变化状态。展开更多
