Results indicated that the conversion capacity of the microbe is decided by the substrate characteristic when sole VFA is used as the only substrate. But when mixed substrates are used,the conversion regulations would have changed accordingly. Relationships of different substrates vary according to their locations. In the whole reactor, propionate's conversion is restrained by acetate and butyrate of high concentration. On the top and at the bottom of the reactor, conversion of acetate, but butyrate, is restrained by propionate. And in the midst, acetate's conversion is accelerated by propionate while that of butyrate is restrained. It is proved, based on the analysis of specific conversion rate, that the space distribution of the microbe is the main factor that affects substrates' conversion. The ethanol type fermentation of the acidogenic phase is the optimal acid type fermentation for the two phase anaerobic process.展开更多

Methods: a total of 62 patients with digestive system tumors who received vascular ...Objective: to consider the perioperative nursing effect of vascular interventional therapy for patients with digestive system tumors. Methods: a total of 62 patients with digestive system tumors who received vascular interventional therapy from 2020/1 to 20202/2 in our hospital were selected, and then they were given perioperative nursing. Results: all patients were successfully embolized, and none of them had ectopic embolization or bleeding at the puncture site. After operation, 48 patients (80.00%) presented varying degrees of abdominal pain, nausea and fever, which were all improved and recovered after symptomatic treatment, and were discharged successfully within 7 days. Conclusion: choice in patients with digestive system tumor vascular interventional therapy during perioperative care, by psychological intervention, nutrition, management, and preoperative preparation, intraoperative nursing, postoperative nursing care of patients with guidance and intervention, to ensure the success of the patients can embolism, greatly reduces the ectopic embolism rate and complication rate, and to promote the smooth discharge of patients. In order to improve this situation and promote the harmonious development of economy and environment, we must do a good job in environmental monitoring. By monitoring the types and contents of substances in the ecological environment, we can obtain valuable data, and then compare them with the requirements of relevant standards and take reasonable solutions to ensure the quality level of the ecological environment. In actual work, the operation and implementation of monitoring will be affected by personnel, equipment and environment, which will limit the normal development of some work. Therefore, relevant departments should intensify the research on ecological environment monitoring and formulate scientific and effective countermeasures for existing problems.展开更多
