On the basis of sorting out six changes in the development trend of enterprise financial management in the new era, this paper discusses five kinds of needs for the transformation and upgrading of enterprise internal financial personnel, and puts forward four abilities that financial personnel should focus on improving and three directions for their efforts in the new era. This paper is my reflection on the transformation and upgrading of financial personnel in the new era and it is also my long-term efforts in the future, sharing with the majority of financial personnel.展开更多
