Methods: the control study was conducted with the patients with arrhythmia included in our hospital. All the included patients voluntarily participated in this study. The control group and the observation group gave routine nursing and psychological nursing intervention respectively, and analyzed the psychological function and quality of life scores of the patients under different nursing modes. Results: before nursing, the psychological status was counted, no significant difference was found in negative psychological state, SAS and SDS compared with P > 0.05;After intervention, the psychological status, life quality and sleep quality in the observation group were better than the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: arrhythmia is a clinical incidence of cardiovascular disease and the early symptom of severe cardiovascular disease. Taking psychological nursing intervention can improve patients' psychological state, make patients actively cooperate with the treatment, and improve their psychological state and quality of life.展开更多
