A metal-organic coordination polymer [Cd(bpy)(BDC)]n·nbpy (bpy = 2,2-bipyri-dine, H2BDC = terephthalic acid) has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, TG and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 15.723(5), b = 21.695(5), c = 7.576(5) A, β = 116.171(7)°, V = 2319.3(18)A^3, C28H20CdN4O4, Mr = 588.88, Dc = 1.686 g/cm^3, μ(MoKα) = 0.987 mm^-1, F(000) = 1184, Z = 4, the final R = 0.0464 and wR = 0.0831 for 1882 observed reflections (Ⅰ〉 2σ(Ⅰ)). It exhibits a three-dimensional network with channels constructed from one-dimensional coordination chains via C–H…O hydrogen bonds and significant aromatic π-π stacking interactions. 展开更多

In more than a hundred years of research and practice, the theoretical research, technology and application of electrical exploration are continuously improving. The application of electrical prospecting in the exploration of metal mineral resources has been relatively mature. Electrical exploration is mainly to use the electrical difference characteristics of rock mass for exploration. The application of electrical exploration in coal mine exploration is beneficial to have a detailed understanding of various geological conditions and provide accurate data support. Especially in the complex geological environment, some coal mines are deep and need to spend a lot of manpower and material resources for exploration. The application of electrical exploration can effectively save costs and improve work efficiency. Salt-tolerant gene, CSRG1, which was isolated from a kind of salt-tolerant mangroves, Avicennia marina, constructed the transgenic plasmid, pGAM189/CSRG1. CSRG1, GUS, Kmr and Hyg^r could be transferred into tobacco genome by the ameliorated leaf discs method of agro-bacterium-mediate transformation. Thirteen stable resistant lines were obtained when fifty transgenic explants were selected through 50 mg/L hygromycin and 150 mg/L kanamycin. Assessments of PCR amplification, Southern blot analysis and GUS histochemical staining showed that CSRG1 has been integrated into the genome of the eleven transgenic lines (frequency of transformation was 22%). Northern bolt analysis revealed that CSRG1 had expressed in transgenic lines. The assessments of salt-tolerant ability and photosyn-thetic rates indicated that the survival rate of the transgenic lines is 80%—90% and the transgenic lines could increase by 30%—40% in plant height, even when they were cultivated in MS medium containing 2% NaCl and the total seawater (salinity 24). It is supposed that the special physiologic metabolic pathway formed by the products of CSRG1 can really endow the tobacco plants with the high salt-tolerant ability, not only to Na^+ stress, but also to the comprehensive stress of various ions. 展开更多
